Abstract

In den Kompaktaten zur Verwendung als Reinigungsmittel für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen sind jeweils reinigungswirksame Schmelzmassen mit Tabletten oder Tabletten mit Schmelzmassen unterschiedlicher Kaltwasserlöslichkeit kombiniert.
  • Rezepturen: a) Kaltwasserlösliche Schmelzmasse für den Vorspülgang: 30 - 80 Gew.-% Natriummetasilikatnonahydrat, 10 - 50 Gew.-% Natriummetasilikatpentahydrat, 10 - 58 Gew.-% wasserfreies Natriummetasilikat und ggf. 2 - 10 Gew.-% Elektrolyte; ggf. 1 - 5 Gew.-% schaumarme nichtionische Tenside;
  • b) Kaltwasserlösliche Tablettenmasse: Sie enthält Alkalimeta­ silikatnonahydrat und Pentaalkalitriphosphat mit einem Kristall­ wassergehalt von bzw. 15 - 18 Gew.-% im Gewichtsverhältnis von 0,35 : 1 bis 1 : 1, bezogen auf wasserfreie Substanzen; ggf. 1 - 5 Gew.-% schaumarme nichtionische Tenside;
  • c) Bei ansteigender Wassertemperatur lösliche Reinigungsschmelz­ masse: 5 - 45 Gew.-% wasserfreies Pentanatriumtriphosphat und 10 - 50 Gew.-% Natriummetasilikate im Gewichtsverhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 1,7, 0,2 - 4 Gew.-% Aktivchlorverbindungen;
  • d) In warmen Wasser lösliche Tablettenmasse enthält Alkalimeta­ silikate und Pentaalkalitriphosphat im Gewichtsverhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 1,7 bei bevorzugtem Einsatz von wasserfreiem Alkalimeta­ silikat der Korngröße unterhalb 0,8 mm, oder ein Gemisch aus wasserfreiem Metasilikat und dem Nonahydrat im Gewichtsver­ hältnis von maximal 1,2 : 1, sowie 0,5 - 2 Gew.-% aktivchlor­ abspaltende Verbindungen.
