Claims (8)

1. Mélangeur comprenant :
a) une cuve (1) en plusieurs parties (5, 6) se reliant de manière amovible les unes aux autres et dont au moins une première (5) est transportable,
b) un bâti fixe (2) sur lequel la cuve formée de ses différentes parties réunies se monte de manière à pouvoir pivoter d'au moins 180° autour d'un axe horizontal (4) d'une position initiale à une position dans laquelle s'ef­fectue le mélange, une seconde partie (6) de la cuve étant disposée sur la première (5) de manière à former un couver­cle lorsque la cuve est en position initiale et à former le fond de cette cuve (1) lorsque celle-ci est en position de mélange,
c) un outillage mélangeur (9) monté rotatif sur la seconde partie (6) de la cuve et commandé par le côté exté­rieur de cette seconde partie de cuve par l'arbre (11) d'un moteur de commande (12), caractérisé en ce que :
d) l'outillage mélangeur (9) se relie de manière amovible par son moyeu (10) et au moyen d'un dispositif d'accouplement (24, 25) à l'arbre (11) du moteur de com­mande (12) et
e) la première partie (5) de la cuve porte la seconde (6), disposée à la manière d'un couvercle, ainsi que l'outillage mélangeur (9) même lorsqu'elle est en con­dition de transport.
2. Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la seconde partie (6) de la cuve comprend un plateau (13) formant un couvercle et comportant d'une part un alésage central (16) de montage étanche du moyeu (10) de l'outillage mélangeur de manière à en autoriser la rotation et d'autre part un bord circonférentiel extérieur formant une bride (13a) de liaison amovible avec l'extrémité supé­rieure de la première partie (5) de la cuve.
3. Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un châssis porteur (3) fixé sur l'axe horizontal de pivotement (4) monté sur le bâti fixe (2) forme le sup­port du moteur de commande (12) ainsi que d'un dispositif de fixation (22) permettant l'assujettissement amovible dudit châssis porteur auxdites première et seconde parties (5, 6) de la cuve.
4. Melangeur selon les revendications 1 et 3, carac-­térisé en ce que e dispositif d'accouplement entre le moyeu (10) de l'outillage mélangeur et l'arbre (11) du moteur de commande (12) est formé d'une liaison par cônes de serrage (24, 25).
5. Mélangeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la liaison par cônes de serrage comprend un alé-­sage conique central (25) réalisé dans le moyeu (10) et formant également un orifice de déversement du produit devant subir le mélange.
6. Mélangeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de désaccouplement actionné par une source d'énergie, prévu sur le châssis de support (3), équipé d'au moins un poussoir (26) et agissant contre le côté supérieur (13) de la seconde partie (6) de la cuve est destiné à assurer le dégagement de la liaison par accouple­ment entre l'arbre de commande (11) et le moyeu (10) de l'outillage mélangeur.
7. Mélangeur selon les revendications 2 et 3, carac­térisé en ce que le châssis de support (3) comporte, du côté dirigé vers la seconde partie (6) de la cuve, un an­neau cylindrique de centrage (20) s'engageant sur un collet de centrage (21) qui fait partie de la seconde partie de la cuve, qui est en saillie vers le châssis de support et qui entoure l'alésage central (16).
8. Mélangeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs auxiliaires de réglage en hauteur et de guidage sont prévus dans la liaison entre le châssis de support (3) et la seconde partie (6) de la cuve.
