Abstract

Die Vorrichtung weist eine drehbare Trommel (l) auf, deren Mantel aus zwischen zwei gegenseitig abgestützten Endflanschen (2,3) gespannten Drähten (4) besteht, wobei dieser Mantel vom Beschickungsende (3) zum gegenüberliegenden Ende (2) hin sich konisch erweitert, so dass der gegenseitige Abstand der Drähte (4) entlang der Trommel stetig grösser werdend ist. Vorzugsweise sind die in Umfangsrichtung aufeinanderfol­ genden Drähte (4) jeweils abwechselnd auf einem inneren Teilkreis und auf einem konzentrisch dazu äusseren Teilkreis an jedem der beiden Endflansche (2,3) befestigt. Im Trommelquerschnitt sind die Drähte (4) dann auf zueinander konzentrischen Kreisen und um eine halbe Teilung versetzt zueinander angeordnet. Das in die drehbare Trommel eingefüllte, vorzugsweise aus Kerngut bestehende zu sortierende Produkt wird veranlasst, über die inneren Drähte zu kippen und fällt dann zwischen den Drähten nach aussen. In dem sortierten Kerngut ist dann ein kontinuierlicher Uebergang von der kleinsten bis zur grössten Kerngutgrösse vorhanden und eine Unterteilung lässt sich durch beliebige Zwischenwände im Auffangbehälter erreichen.
