Claims (9)

1. Elément de contact pour des contacts électriques de coupure, notamment une languette de contact pour des relais électromagnétiques, et dans lequel sur un support réalisé en un métal commun est disposé un revêtement de contact à trois couches, qui est formé galvaniquement et dont la couche la plus extérieure est constituée par du rhodium et dont la couche médiane est constituée par de l'argent ou de l'or, caractérisé par le fait que la couche inférieure du revêtement de contact est constituée par un alliage de palladium-nickel possédant une teneur en nickel comprise entre 10% et 40% et une épaisseur comprise entre 2 µm et 10 µm, que la couche médiane formée d'or ou d'argent possède une épaisseur inférieure à 1 µm, et que la couche extérieure de rhodium possède une épaisseur comprise entre 0,4 µm et 1 µm.
2. Elément de contact suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'alliage de palladium-nickel possède une teneur en nickel comprise entre 20% et 30%.
3. Elément de contact suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la couche de palladium- nickel possède une teneur en nickel égale à environ 25%.
4. Elément de contact suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la couche de palladium-nickel possède une épaisseur comprise entre 4 µm et 6 µm.
5. Elément de contact suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la couche de palladium- nickel possède une épaisseur de 5 um.
6. Elément de contact suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la couche d'or ou d'argent possède une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 µm et 1 µm.
7. Elément de contact suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la couche d'or ou d'argent possède une épaisseur égale à 0,5 µm.
8. Elément de contact suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la couche de rhodium possède une épaisseur égale à 0,5 µm.
9. Elément de contact suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les couches de contact sont déposées au moyen d'un procédé sélectif de galvanoplastie, mis en oeuvre par exemple à l'aide d'un dispositif de galvanoplastie à buses, un dispositif de galvanoplastie à brosses ou un dispositif de galvanoplastie au laser.
