Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'alliages à base d'aluminium de résistance et ductilité élevées et de faible densité consistant essentiellement en 2,5 à 5 % en poids de Li, 0,15 à 2 % en poids de Zr, 0 à 5 % en poids d'au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe composé de Cu, Mg, Si, Sc, Ti, U, Hf, Be, Cr, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, le solde étant de l'Al. L'alliage reçoit de multiples traitements de vieillissement après avoir été mis en solution. La microstructure de l'alliage est caractérisée par la précipitation d'une phase composite dans sa matrice d'aluminium.
