Claims (8)
- Générateur d'impulsions avec un disque denté (16) entraînable par un arbre rotatif (27), monté tournant autour d'un axe de rotation (15), et avec une fourche oscillante de commande (18) qui est montée pivotable autour d'un axe de pivotement (17) prévu rigide en dehors de la zone de rotation du disque denté (16) grâce à un trou oblong (20) prévu dans la fourche oscillante de commande (18) et montée décalable en direction de l'axe de rotation (15) et qui, sous la précontrainte d'un ressort de pression (23) en forme de tige ou de lame agissant sur la face extérieure (24) de la fourche oscillante de commande (18) opposée à l'axe de rotation, engrène avec un élément d'encliquetage (21) dans un entredent (22) du disque denté (16) lui faisant face, de sorte que, lors de la rotation du disque denté (16), la fourche oscillante de commande (18) soit déviable selon le sens de rotation du disque denté (16) vers l'un ou l'autre côté et soit dégageable par translation en direction du disque denté (16) lorsque l'élément d'encliquetage (21) saute la pointe de la dent du disque denté (16) actionnée justement par l'élément d'encliquetage (21), et de sorte que selon le sens de déviation l'un des deux jeux de contacts (7, 8, 11 ou 9, 10, 12) soit commandable par la fourche oscillante de commande (18), caractérisé en ce que :- la face extérieure (24) possède deux arêtes extérieures latérales (25, 26) qui reposent toutes les deux sur le ressort de pression (23) en position de repos et qui déterminent la position d'encliquetage de la position de repos de la fourche oscillante de commande (18) et de la position respective de l'arbre rotatif (27) ;- chaque jeu de contacts (7, 8, 11 ; 9, 10, 12) comprend respectivement un ressort de contact mobile (11 ou 12) qui est agencé dans le sens de la ligne de jonction imaginaire (19) reliant l'axe de rotation (15) du disque denté (16) à l'axe de pivotement (17) de la fourche oscillante de commande (18) de telle sorte qu'en vue de dessus l'arbre rotatif (27), l'axe de rotation (15) et la fourche oscillante de commande (18) actionnant les ressorts de contact (11, 12) soient prévus entre les deux ressorts de contact (11, 12) ;- la fourche oscillante de commande (18) possède respectivement un bras amenable en liaison active avec un ressort de contact (11, 12) qui peut dans chaque cas agir dans une section (11.1, 12.1) des ressorts de contact (11 ou 12) qui s'étend entre leur point fixe (5 ou 6) et les contacts (14).
- Générateur d'impulsions selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des deux cotés, d'une manière en soi connue, dans la zone de pivotement de la fourche oscillante de commande (18), une butée de limitation (8, 9) qui empêche la fourche oscillante de commande (18) de continuer de pivoter et qui peut déclencher un déplacement longitudinal de celle-ci en direction du trou oblong (20).
- Générateur d'impulsions selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'une broche de contact (8, 9) forme la butée de limitation.
- Générateur d'impulsions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les paires de contact (8 à 10) et les ressorts de contact (11, 12) sont fixés ou logés dans un fond (2) et que le disque denté (16), la fourche oscillante de commande (18) et le ressort de contact (23) sont fixés ou logés dans un couvercle (3).
- Générateur d'impulsions selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) et le couvercle (3) sont regroupables par enfichage dans un boîtier fermé (1) et sont éventuellement collés et/ou soudés.
- Générateur d'impulsions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le disque denté (16) est accouplé de manière rigide avec un pignon (33) ou forme une unité constructive avec celui-ci et que ce dernier est entraînable par une roue dentée (34) reliée à l'arbre rotatif (27).
- Générateur d'impulsions selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que les ressorts de contact (11, 12) sont agencés du côté du disque denté (16) opposé au pignon (33) et décalés latéralement par rapport au disque denté (16).
- Générateur d'impulsions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'encliquetage (21) se situe dans le même plan que le disque denté (16), que les ressorts de contact (11, 12) sont agencés au-dessus ou en dessous du disque denté (16) et que les bras d'actionnement (28) sont agencés dans le plan des ressorts de contact (11, 12).
