Abstract

Une agrafe pour retenir ensemble des parties (3, 5) superposées ou pliées l'une sur l'autre d'une ébauche de boîte que l'on plie pour former une boîte ou similaire est formée d'une paire de pans (8). Une bande (10) est connectée de façon permanente à au moins un pan, et s'insère dans des fentes ou des ouvertures (6) alignées dans la partie de paroi de la boîte formée par les parties de l'ébauche superposées ou pliées l'une sur l'autre. Une fois la bande insérée dans les fentes, les parties de paroi de l'ébauche sont retenues l'une contre l'autre par les pans de l'agrafe. Un des pans peut être amovible et montable sur la bande une fois que celle-ci est insérée dans les fentes.

Claims (6)

1. Agrafe destinée à réunir des parties (3, 5) superposées ou repliées l'une sur l'autre d'une ébauche (1) pliée pour former une boîte et/ou couvercle de boîte, l'agrafe comprenant des parois à peu près planes et parallèles, et formant, dans la position prévue d'utilisation par rapport à la boîte ou le couvercle, des parois intérieure et extérieure (8, 8') adaptées pour être placées chacune sur un côté de la paroi formée par les parties d'ébauche (3, 5) superposées ou repliées en maintenant réunies et pressant l'une vers l'autre les parties de parois superposées ou pliées formées par les parties d'ébauche, l'agrafe comprenant en outre une nervure (10, 10') qui relie les deux parois de l'agrafe et s'étend le long d'au moins une partie importante d'une ligne qui est centrale par rapport aux bords latéraux des parois de l'agrafe et qui peut être insérée dans des fentes allongées rectilignes (6) qui s'étendent à travers les parties d'ébauche, les fentres étant mutuellement alignées sur les parties d'ébauche ayant été superposées ou repliées l'une sur l'autre, et s'étendant à peu près àangle droit par rapport au bord de la paroi de la boîte ou du couvercle, caractérisée en ce que les deux parois (8, 8') de l'agrafe ont des surfaces entièrement pleines, en ce que la nervure (10, 10') est résistante et à peu près parallélépipédique, et en ce qu'une paroi transversale (9, 9') s'étendant à angle droit par rapport à la nervure (10) relie les parois (8, 8') de l'agrafe.
2. Agrafe selon la revendication 1 et possédant des parois (8) rectangulaires ou circulaires, caractérisée en ce que la paroi transversale (9') relie un bord d'extémité d'une paroi (8) de l'agrafe avec la face intérieure de l'autre paroi (8) éloignée des deux bords d'extrémité de ladite autre paroi qui sont parallèles à la paroi transversale, ou le long d'une corde, de préférence un diamètre, de la face intérieure de la paroi en question d'une agrafe ayant des parois circulaires.
3. Agrafe selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la nervure (10, 10') s'étend sur deux côtés de la paroi transversale (9).
4. Agrafe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les deux parois (8, 8') de celle-ci sont biseautées le long d'au moins leurs parties de bord périphérique de leur face intérieure avec lesquelles l'agrafe doit initialement glisser sur les bords des deux parties d'ébauche (3, 5) superposées ou repliées l'une sur l'autre.
5. Agrafe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les bords d'extrémité libre ou un bord d'extrémité libre de la nervure (10, 10') sont, ou est respectivement, beseautés de manière à s'effiler vers l'extérieur.
6. Agrafe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie de paroi épaissie (11) est prévue à une extrémité de l'agrafe ou le long d'une partie de la périphérie de celle-ci pour faciliter la manipulation de l'agrafe.
