Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Sammeln und Entfernen von Produkten, insbesondere von Müll u.ä. Abfällen, die in einem Behälter wie z.B. einem elastischen Wegwerf-Müllbeutel aus Kunststoff gesammelt und in diesem entfernt werden sollen, wobei die Vorrichtung einen aus einem runden Körper (1) gebildeten Stutzen besitzt, der durch eine feste waagrechte Fläche wie z.B. eine Arbeitsfläche (5) - insbesondere in einer Küche - geführt wird, sodaß er über diese Arbeitsfläche hinausragt oder plangleich mit ihr in Form einer Öffnung abschließt, die mit einem abnehmbaren Deckel (9) verschlossen werden kann, wobei der Stutzen mit seiner Unterseite über einen abnehmbaren Behälter (24) übersteht, der zur Aufnahme der Produkte bzw. Abfälle dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    a) der Stutzen aus einem runden, aus zwei kegelstumpfförmigen, an ihrer kleinen Grundfläche aneinandergefügten Teilen gebildeten Körper besteht, sodaß er an seiner Oberseite einen kegelstumpfförmigen Teil (2) besitzt, dessen große Grundfläche nach oben weist und einen Trichter bildet, wobei das kegelstumpf- bzw. trichterförmige Oberteil des Stutzens einen zylindrischen Außenrand (19) mit Rillen (20, 21) zum leichteren Festhalten eine Klebstoffes bzw. festen Zusammenkleben des Außenrandes mit der in der festen waagrechten Arbeitsfläche (5) vorgesehenen runden Aussparung (4) aufweist und unten an einen umgekehrt ausgerichteten kegelstumpfförmigen Teil (3) anschließt, dessen größere Grundfläche nach unten weist,
    b) die kreisförmige, der großen Grundfläche des umgekehrten kegelstumpfförmigen Teiles (3) entsprechende Grundfläche (23) des Stutzens (1) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der - abgesehen von einem leichten Spiel - mit dem Durchmesser der Klebefläche (19) bzw. der zylindrischen Aussparung in der Arbeitsfläche (15) übereinstimmt, sodaß anhand der identischen Grundfläche (23) des Stutzens ein leichtes Einzeichnen der anzufertigenden Aussparung möglich ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (1) an seiner Oberseite einen Kragen (22) aufweist, der leicht über die Haltefläche (15) wie z.B. die vom Stutzen durchbrochene Arbeitfläche (15) hinausragt, wobei der Kragen (22) nach außen über die in der Arbeitsfläche angebrachte Aussparung übersteht und eine Kante aufweist, die sich zum Außenrand hin verjüngt, bis sie in Höhe der Oberseite der Arbeitsfläche (15) in diese ausläuft.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kreisförmige Verbindungsbereich zwischen den beiden kegelstumpfförmigen Hälften mit einem Innenvorsprung (7) in Form einer "Tropfleiste" ausgebildet ist, sodaß beim Einfüllen von Flüssigkeit in den Trichter Flüssigkeitsreste ins Innere des Beutels tropfen und nicht an der Innenseite des Unterteils (3) des Stutzens entlangfließen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kegelstumpfförmige Oberteil des Stutzens mit einem abnehmbaren Deckel (9) zusammenpaßt, dessen Außenfläche zur einwandfreien Verbindung mit der Innenwand des kegelstumpfförmige Stutzens mindestens eine Lippe besitzt, deren Auflagefläche an der Innenwand des kegelstumpfförmige Stutzens durch einen Winkel (11) so bestimmt ist, daß ein hermetisches lineares Anliegen der Lippe rund herum an der Innenwand (6) des kegelstumpfförmigen, einen Trichter bildenden Stutzens gewährleistet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (9) auf seiner Außenkante zwei übereinanderliegende kreisförmige Lippen mit von oben nach unten abnehmendem Durchmesser besitzt, sodaß die abgewinkelten Kanten (11, 13) der beiden Lippen auf zwei unterschiedlichen Ebenen an der Innenwand (6) des kegelstumpfförmige Stutzens anliegen, wodurch zwei Ebenen für den hermetischen Verschluß des Stutzens durch zwei übereinander liegende kreisförmige Kontaktflächen gewahrleistet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (9), der zwei Lippen (11, 13) zur einwandfreien Verbindung mit der Oberseite des kegelstumpfförmige Stutzens besitzt, aus einer oberen, durch einen zylindrischen Kranz (12) nach unten verlängerten Scheibe (10) besteht, wobei die beiden linearen Auflageflächen rund herum einerseits durch die abgewinkelte Kante (11) der Scheibe und andererseits durch die Grundfläche (13) des zylindrischen Kranzes gebildet werden.

Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (10) auf ihrer Oberseite eine koaxial kranzförmige Vertiefung aufweist, die mit einem dekorativen Oberflächenelement (16) versehen sein kann, das insbesondere zu der Oberfläche der festen waagrechten Fläche darum herum paßt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (11) eine flexible rohrförmige Struktur (36) zur einmaligen Benutzung aufweist, die über die Außenwand des kegelstumpfförmigen Unterteils des Stutzens gestülpt ist, an dem er mit einem Spannring befestigt ist, wobei das Unterteil der flexiblen rohrförmigen Struktur in einen - ggf. ein Stockwerk tiefer - sich darunter befindlichen Behälter mündet.
  9. Variante einer Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (11) an eine steife rohrförmige Struktur (37) angeschlossen ist, die unter Anbringung einer entsprechenden Dichtung (39) über die Außenwand des kegelstumpfförmigen Unterteils des Stutzens gestülpt ist, wobei das Unterteil der steifen rohrförmigen Struktur in einen - ggf. ein Stockwerk tiefer - sich darunter befindlichen Behälter mündet.
