Claims (6)

1. Un dispositif servant à dégager la fermeture (L) d'un conteneur scellé, le dispositif étant composé d'une base (41) sur laquelle est monté un corps (34, 34A) ayant une surface agrippante (G), le corps (34, 34A) étant fixé à la base (41) au moyen d'une cheville rigide (35, 52), et une surface (33, 39) qui, en formant une courbe d'un rayon qui s'agrandit graduellement, se prolonge à partir du corps et accuse une surface glissante pour la fermeture (L), la surface courbe (33, 39) et la surface agrippante (G) formant des surfaces opposées (33, 39; G) déterminant un espace qui peut recevoir, en la calant, la fermeture (L) qui doit être dégagée, caractérisé en ce que le corps (34) est déformable et des crans d'arrêt (36) placés autour de la cheville (35) sont présents pour limiter la déformation du corps (34) sous la force de la rotation et réduire la charge transmise à la cheville (35).

Un dispositif qui, selon la revendication 1, est caractérisé en ce que le corps déformable (34) est attaché au-dessus de la cheville de fixation (35) qui est perpendiculaire à la base (41), des projections (36) étant présentes autour de la cheville (35) pour limiter la déformation du corps déformable (34).
3. Un dispositif qui, selon la revendication 2, est caractérisé en ce que les projections (36) sont présentes sur la cheville (35) et déterminent des compartiments adjacents à la cheville (35) pour y retenir le matériel déformable.
4. Un dispositif qui, selon toute revendication précédente, est caractérisé en ce que le corps déformable (34) est mni d'une protubérance (37) servant à limiter le mouvement de rotation du corps déformable (34) autour de la cheville (35).
5. Un dispositif qui, selon toute revendication précédente, est caractérisé en ce que deux surfaces glissantes (39) sont présentes, l'une (39) étant plus rapprochée de la surface agrippante (G) que l'autre (33), chaque surface glissante déterminant avec la surface agrippante (G) un espace pour recevoir, en tant que cale, la fermeture (L) à degager.
6. Un dispositif qui, selon toute revendication précédente est caractérisé en ce que'il a été fondu en plastic thermorésistant à partir d'un moule.
