Abstract

Un dispositif d'indication électromagnétique possédant une pluralité de clapets à bascule (7) triangulaires, asymétriques par rapport à l'axe de rotation, qui sont disposés sur un tableau (1) sous la forme d'une matrice. Un aimant de polarisation est appliqué sur le clapet à bascule au voisinage de l'axe de rotation. Claims (17)

1. Dispositif d'affichage électromagnétique comprenant un grand nombre de volets basculants (7) disposés en matrice sur une plaque (1), les volets (7) étant asymétriques par rapport à l'axe de rotation (8), un aimant de polarisation (14) étant disposé sur chaque volet basculant (7) à proximité de l'axe de rotation (8) et le mouvement du volet basculant (7), monté rotatif, depuis une première position à une seconde position étant produit par un électroaimant (19) qui lui est coordonné fixe et est placé derrière la plaque (1), caractérisé en ce qu'un réseau de supports (2) est disposé sur le dessus de la plaque (1), en alignement avec les bords extérieurs de celle-ci, de manière que quatre supports (2) forment chaque fois les angles d'un carré, que chaque support (2) présente le palier pour le tourillon (6) d'un volet basculant ou les deux paliers (5) pour les tourillons (6) de deux volets basculants (7) voisins, de forme triangulaire, dont l'axe de rotation (8) coïncide avec l'hypothénuse.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pointe (12) du volet basculant (7) est arrondi.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les supports (2) présentent un rétrécissement bilatéral (4).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le palier (5) est constitué d'une première surface formant un coussinet supérieur (3) et d'une deuxième surface située à côté de la première et formant un coussinet inférieur.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le palier (5) présente une face de butée (10) pour l'extrémité arrondie (11) du tourillon (6).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du volet basculant (7) dans la région de l'axe de rotation (8) correspond au diamètre des tourillons (6).
7. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le volet basculant (7) comporte une partie rectangulaire située entre les deux tourillons (6) et diminuant en épaisseur depuis celle des tourillons (6) à celle de la surface triangulaire proprement dite.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un évidement (27) servant à recevoir l'aimant de polarisation (14), en forme de disque, est ménagé entre l'axe de rotation (8) et l'extrémité de la partie rectangulaire (13).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure de la plaque (1) présente des évidements (15) qui reçoivent les flasques (16) des carcasses de bobine (17) des électroaimants (19), lesquels sont disposés sur une plaque à circuits imprimés (18).
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (1) présente des perçages (20) à travers chacun desquels le noyau (21) enforme de tige d'un électroaimant (19) s'avance jusqu'à proximité du dessus de la plaque (1).
11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les perçages (20) sont recouverts par une feuille (22) collée sur le dessus de la plaque (1) et dont le côté supérieur est pourvu d'un motif triangulaire correspondant à un volet.
12. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le côté inférieur de la plaque (1) porte des appuis (23) contre lesquels s'applique le côté de la plaque à circuits imprimés (18) portant les électroaimants (19).
13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le côté inférieur de la plaque (1) porte des chevilles à segments extensibles (24) qui font saillie à travers des trous (28) correspondants de la plaque à circuits imprimés (18) et pressent cette plaque contre les appuis (23).
14. Dispositif selon une des revendications 9, 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de fixation (25) sont disposés sur le côté de la plaque à circuits imprimés (18) portant les électroaimants (19).
