Abstract

Es handelt sich um eine Verschlußkappe für Behälter, wie Flaschen, Dosen oder dgl., mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung in Form einer Schnur oder Kordel (4) aus Kunststoff, die mit ihren Enden an die ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehende Verschlußkappe (1) einstückig angeformt ist, sowie mit einer über ein Filmscharnier (3) mit der Verschlußkappe (1) verbundenen Schließklappe (2). Die Schnur oder Kordel (4) ist beim geschlossenen Behälter zumindest teilweise innerhalb der Kontur der Verschlußkappe (1) mit der Außenoberfläche derselben bündig unterbringbar. Dazu ist die Verschlußkappe (1) zu beiden Seiten der geschlossenen Schließklappe (2) abgestuft. Die Schnur oder Kordel (4) ist mit dem freien Ende der Schließklappe (2) über Abreißstege (6) verbunden. Dadurch ist es möglich, zusammen mit dem Schließen der Schließklappe (2) auch die Schnur oder Kordel (4) maschinell und automatisch zumindest teilweise versenkt unterzubringen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verschlußkappe der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung.
  • Aus dem DE-GM 84 14 322 ist eine Aufhängevorrichtung für mit einer Verschlußkappe ausgestattete Behälter bekannt, und diese Verschlußkappe entspricht der gattungsgemäßen. Die Aufhängevorrichtung besteht aus einer wie eine Kordel geformten Kunststoffschnur, die eine Aufhängeschlaufe bildet und mit ihren Enden an die Verschlußkappe einstückig angeformt ist.
  • Um die mit dem Abstehen der Aufhängevorrichtung bei früher bekannten Verschlußkappen zusammenhängenden Probleme zu beseitigen, wird die kordelartige, einstückig an die Verschlußkappe aus Kunststoff angespritzte Aufhängeschlaufe in eine schmale Nut eingelegt, die sich über einen Teil der Verschlußkappe und quer über die Schließklappe erstreckt. Das Einlegen der Kordel oder Schnur in die Nut kann jedoch nicht maschinell automatisch erfolgen, so daß immer noch ein manueller Arbeitsgang erforderlich ist, wenn auch die Kordel oder Schnur nicht mehr über die Außenkontur der Verschlußkappe vorragt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die gattungsgemäße Verschlußkappe mit der Aufhängevorrichtung so zu gestalten, daß das Verschließen der im geöffneten Zustand über das Filmscharnier einstückig mit der Verschlußkappe verbundenen Schließklappe automatisch erfolgen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Kennzeichnungsmerkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Eine zweckmäßige Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist im Unteranspruch gekennzeichnet.
  • Durch die Erfindung ist es möglich, beim maschinellen Schließen der Schließklappe die Kordel oder Schnur in die Abstufungen der Verschlußkappe einzulegen, so daß kein zusätzlicher manueller Arbeitsgang notwendig ist. Erst bei Gebrauch der Flasche o.dgl. kann die Kordel oder Schnur an den Abreißstegen von der Schließklappe getrennt und als Aufhängevorrichtung verwendet werden.
  • In den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Verschlußkappe dargestellt. Dabei zeigt
    • Fig. 1 eine zur Hälfte geschnittene Seitenansicht der Verschlußkappe bei geöffneter Schließklappe,
    • Fig. 2 die Draufsicht auf die Verschlußkappe bei geöffneter Schließklappe,
    • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2,
    • Fig. 4 die Draufsicht auf die Verschlußkappe mit geschlossener Schließklappe und
    • Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie V-V in Fig. 4.
  • Die Verschlußkappe (1) ist mit einer Schließklappe (2) einstückig aus Kunststoff gespritzt, wobei die Verbindung zwischen Verschlußkappe (1) und Schließklappe (2) durch ein Filmscharnier (3) gebildet wird. Eine ebenfalls einstückig angespritzte Schnur oder Kordel (4) ist an ihren Enden bei (5) mit der Verschlußkappe (1) und über Abreißstege (6) mit dem freien Ende der Schließklappe (2) verbunden. Die komplette Verschlußkappe (1) verläßt das Spritzwerkzeug wie in den Fign. 1 bis 3 dargestellt.
  • Nach den Fign. 4 und 5 ist die Schließklappe (2) geschlossen, was maschinell und automatisch geschehen kann. Dabei legt sich die Schnur oder Kordel (4) in Abstufungen (7), die zu beiden Seiten der geschlossenen Schließklappe (2) in der Verschlußkappe (1) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Schließklappe (2) ihrerseits in einer weiteren Vertiefung (8) versenkt sein kann, so daß ihre Oberfläche mit dem Grund der beidseitigen Abstufungen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegt.
  • Wenn beim Verbraucher die Schnur oder Kordel (4) als Aufhängevorrichtung benutzt werden soll, kann diese an den Abreißstegen (3) von der Schließklappe (2) getrennt werden.

Claims (2)

1. Verschlußkappe für Behälter, wie Flaschen, Dosen oder dgl., mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung in Form einer Schnur oder Kordel aus Kunststoff, die mit ihren Enden an die ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehende Verschlußkappe einstückig angeformt ist, sowie mit einer über ein Filmscharnier mit der Verschlußkappe verbundenen Schließklappe, wobei die Schnur oder Kordel beim geschlossenen Behälter zumindest teilweise innerhalb der Kontur der Verschlußkappe mit der Außenoberfläche derselben bündig unterbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe (1) zu beiden Seiten der geschlossenen Schließklappe (2) abgestuft ist und daß die Schnur oder Kordel (4) mit dem freien Ende der Schließklappe (2) über Abreißstege (6) verbunden ist.
2. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geschlossene Schließklappe (2) in einer weiteren Vertiefung (8) der Verschlußkappe (1) sitzt, derart, daß die Oberfläche der Schließklappe (2) mit dem Grund der beidseitigen Abstufungen (7) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegt.
