Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rod lock for sheet metal cabinet doors according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a rod lock can be found in DE-OS-34 07 700.
  • This rod lock has compared to others Constructions such as those from German Utility model 85 05 588 or from European Patent specification 00 54 225 are known, the advantage that with band-shaped push rods is worked so that the total width of the rod lock remains considerably narrower than in the earlier constructions and therefore possibly also in the relatively narrow canting space of sheet metal cabinet doors Can be accommodated, this type of accommodation the has the particular advantage that on the one hand the inner light Volume of a control cabinet for other components, in particular Switching devices, fully available, on the other hand otherwise dead space is exploited, and finally, which is of particular importance, the rod lock is located outside the area of the cabinet to be sealed, so that the rod closure of the aforementioned Kind of any sealing devices are dispensable.
  • a disadvantage of the known rod lock is that by special design of the middle part (Fig. 8 document) or the ends of the push rod (Fig. 7) (Arrangement of teeth on the narrow sides of the push rods) these push rods for both left and for cabinet doors hinged on the right can be used, however, if the teeth are not up to Rod end is continued, or other obstacles Slip through, not easy pre-assembled lock to be changed, rather must with removal of a cap 38 (Fig. 3) and one Circlip (in ring groove 32) before the pinion in cumbersome Way disassembled from the castle. Only the rods can be taken out in the desired way changed, reinserted and the pinion mounted again will.
  • From DE-A-2 033 042 is known per se, in a transmission for one Espagnolette fitting to form the gearbox housing from two identical parts and to store the drive pinion in the gear housing.
  • the gear housing forms also guide slots for a drive rod. Two connecting rods cannot are driven, and the housing is also unrelated to a key catch or key tag.
  • DE-GM 74 03 366 is a drive housing for a locking device known for windows, doors or the like, in which profile sections as the starting material suitable length, into the recesses for a pinion and in individual production Through and threaded holes for bolts are made. Convertibility from right to left is not addressed and because of asymmetry the housing halves are also not given, just as can not in a simple manner Direction of opening and closing can be selected or changed.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a rod lock for sheet metal cabinet doors develop the preamble of claim 1 such that it continues to the right and can be used on the left and also the closing and opening direction of the Lock remains freely definable, but at the same time a subsequent change without cumbersome disassembly work, while the construction of the Drive the push rod should be modified so that its individual Components can also be made from simple plastic materials on request can without stability problems.
  • the drive should act as axially as possible on the flat bar, to prevent unwanted canting that increases friction. At the booth In technology, such canting phenomena cannot always be prevented because there the drive engages on one side on the flat bar.
  • the cap part can be removed without additional removal a pinion lock, such as a circlip, the Pinion together with one or two push rods take out the rod lock and for example by moving the push rods or by exchanging one Push rod the rod lock to a new task adapt.
  • the construction also allows that Use of plastics for the individual parts of the drive, which simplifies manufacture and noise reduced when the lock is pressed.
  • the construction also allows the pinion to engage in the center Push rods and in this way prevents tilting and thus possibly increased friction and correspondingly increased Power requirement.
  • the construction is also from Advantage as they adapt easily to a locking system lets that the replacement of various handles, locking devices and should enable the like. Of the Rod closure according to the invention is therefore more versatile usable as is the case with the prior art.
  • cap part in the cap bottom central opening for the nut storage and one top and one each located below the central opening, inside the cap protruding eyes, each with a countersunk hole Includes a mounting screw.
  • the cap part for the purpose of replacing for example the rods, but also to change the type dismantle the actuator easily.
  • Projections By projecting over the base part and over the end face Projections can also be arranged a leaf spring, who attaches to the circumference of the nut and this against unwanted Secures rotation, especially if the nut circumference in Distance of 90 ° flats to accommodate the leaf spring in has the rest positions of the closure.
  • the lock can be the base of both a swivel lever lock be part of a hand lever lock, a double-bit lock or another one Closure. There may only be a single part of the entire closure, which in turn too leads to significant cost savings, both in terms of Manufacturing as well as in terms of storage and Assembly.
  • the especially the tilt-free transmission of the driving forces serves from the pinion to the rods, is the flat profile having rod of the rod lock axially symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis and with respect to a transverse axis, the halved the perforated or toothed area of the rod.
  • Fig. 1 shows a view of the canting space 10 a sheet metal cabinet door 12 one in rod lock arranged in this room 14, consisting of a lock 16, one of which rod 18 running in the canting space 10 going out, for one, inside the castle 16, but also on the door leaf 12 in a rod bearing 20 is slidably mounted.
  • the sheet metal door 12 is via hinge straps 22, see Fig. 2, hinged to the cabinet body 24, which in turn the other tilting room 11 take advantage of one between the outside Take advantage of tilting space 11 by one between the outer bend 26 and one welded on the inside of the door leaf, one Seal 28 receiving profile sheet 30 is formed is. It is common in metal cabinets that have such tilting spaces 10, 11 in the canting space for the lock rectangular opening 32 or 34 arranged, with planned use of retractable Swivel lever locks are two symmetrical arranged to the horizontal door center 36 Rectangular openings 32 and 34.
  • an axial sectional view along line B-B of FIG. 1 is a hook-like projection on the cabinet body 24 38 screwed into the when closing the rod lock one of the lock rod 18 carried double roller pin 40 penetrates and so forms a lock 42.
  • Section D-D reproduced which rod guide 20 in the corner space of the folding channel 10 arranged and designed so that the ribbon bar 18 inserted into the guide can be.
