Claims (20)

1. Dichtung aus mindestens einem verformbaren polymeren Kunststoff, welche zwischen einem ersten Element (3) und einem zweiten Element (4) mit Spiel angeordnet ist, wobei die Dichtung zwei Lippen (1, 2) aufweist, welche je einen Vorsprung der Dichtung darstellen, und welche seitlich an dem Element (3) und mit mindestens einem Verankerungselement der Dichtung (20a, 20b) an dem anderen oder gegen das andere Element (4) angeordnet sind, ebenso wie mit mindestens einem an das Spiel angepasste Element (5,10a bis 10d, 11,13,17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an das Spiel angepasste Element ein Kern ist, der einerseits verformbar, um sich an die durch Fabrikationstoleranzen hervorgerufene Schwankungen anzupassen, und andererseits ausziehbar ist, und daher auch an die Verringerung der aus dem Zusammenbau des ersten und zweiten Elements hervorgehenden Spiels anpassungsfähig ist, wobei mindestens ein Element eine transversale Ausdehnung aufweist, um unterschiedliche Werte zu ermöglichen, welche das geringste Spiel zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Element festlegen.
2. Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (1 Oa, 11, 13, 17) massiv ist.
3. Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (5, 10b bis 10d) hohl ist.
4. Dichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (5, 10b) eine innere Ausdehnung (9, 9b) aufweist, welche nach außenhin geschlossen ist.
5. Dichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (10c, 10d) eine Aussparung (9c, 9d) aufweist, welche nach außenhin offen ist.
6. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieselbe Verankerungselemente (6a bis 6d, 6, 8a, 8b, 6d, 12a, 12b, 14) des Kerns (5, 10a bis 10d, 17) aufweist, welche in dem die Dichtung umschließenden Körper angeordnet sind.
7. Dichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (8a, 8b, 8a, 12a, 12b, 14) des Kerns (1 Oa bis 10d, 11, 13) im Bereich des Dichtungskörpers angeordnet sind.
8. Dichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente des Kerns (10d) mindestens ein Verstärkungsgerippe (8a) als Bestandteil aufweisen, welches im Bereich des den Kern umschließenden Dichtungskörpers angeordnet ist.
9. Dichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente des Kerns (10a bis 10d, 11, 13) mindestens eine Lippe (8a, 8b, 12a, 12b, 14) als Bestandteil aufweisen welche im Bereich des den Kern umschließenden Dichtungskörpers angeordnet ist.
10. Dichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (6a bis 6d, 6c, 6d) des Kerns (5, 10a bis 10d, 17) Bestandteil des eigentlichen Kerns sind.
11. Dichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente des Kerns (5, 10a bis 10d, 17) mindestens ein Verstärkungsgerippe (6a bis 6d, 6) als Bestandteil aufweisen, das im Bereich des Kerns angeordnet ist.
12. Dichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente des Kerns (10d) mindestens eine Lippe 6d) als Bestandteil des Kerns aufweisen.
13. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ausziehbare Kern mit einer Zugfeder versehen ist.
14. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ausziehbare, hohle Kern mindestens aus zwei Hauptbestandteilen gebildet ist, um das Herausnehmen zu erleichtern.
15. Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieselbe eine Sicherheitslippe (16) aufweist zum Inanschlagbringen, wenn die zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Element verformte Dichtung gegen die der Lippe (16) gegenüberliegende Schulter (15) angedrückt wird, wobei die Schulter (15) dergestalt im Bereich der Dichtung angeordnet ist, daß sie die maximale zulässige Verformung bestimmt für welche eine effektive und dauernde Dichtwirkung aufrechtzuerhalten ist.
16. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (5, 10a bis 10d, 11, 13) im Bereich des Dichtungskörpers angeordnet ist.
17. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (17) zumindest partiell im Bereich wenigstens einer der Dichtungslippen angeordnet ist.
18. Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern einen abweichenden Härtegrad und eine abweichende Dichte, nämlich kleinere, gleiche oder höhere Werte diese Parameter aufweist, im Vergleich zu denjenigen des Dichtungskörpers oder der Dichtungslippe, die den Kern umschließt.
19. Dichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungslippen abweichende Werte des Härtegrades und/oder der Dichte aufweisen im Vergleich zu denen des Dichtungskörpers, der den Kern umschließt.
20. Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieselbe wenigstens einen in dem Verankerungselement der Dichtung versenkten Hauptbestandteil mit höherem Härtegrad und/oder höherer Dichte aufweist, welcher die Verankerung erleichtert und wobei der Härtegrad und/oder die Dichte des des Hauptbestandteils höhere Werte aufweisen als die der Masse des Verankerungselements, die ihn umschließt.
