Abstract

Verpackung für Speisefett, Käse od.dgl., mit einem tiefgezo­genen Behälter (2) und einem ebenfalls tiefgezogenen Deckel (31). Beide bestehen aus Kunststoff, wobei der Behälter (2) durch­sichtig ist. Der Deckel (31) ist mit Ansätzen (6, 7) ausgerüstet, so daß er nach dem Umdrehen der Verpackung als Tablett benutzt werden kann. Der Behälter (2) dient dann als Schutzglocke für das Füllgut, wobei beide im originalverpackten Zustand durch ein folienartiges Gebilde (4) getrennt sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung insbesondere für Speisefett, Käse od.dgl., mit einem tiefgezogenen Behälter aus Kunststoff und einem ebenfalls tiefgezogenen, aus Kunst­stoff bestehenden Deckel.
  • Derartige Verpackungen sind in der Praxis beispielsweise als Margarineverpackungen bekannt. Für festere Produkte werden sie jedoch nicht eingesetzt, weil die Entnahme des Füllgutes aus dem tiefgezogenen Behälter verhältnismäßig schwierig ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der die Entnahme des Füllgutes erleichtert ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der tiefgezogene Behälter an seiner Innenseite mit einem foli­enartigen Gebilde ausgekleidet ist. Dadurch löst sich das Füllgut beim Umstürzen der Verpackung vom Behälter, der dann als glockenförmiges Oberteil fungiert, während der Deckel den Boden der Verpackung bildet. Nach dem Abnehmen des glockenförmigen Oberteils kann das folienartige Gebilde entfernt werden. Das Füllgut liegt dann frei zugänglich auf dem als Tablett dienenden Deckel.
  • Bei einer sehr vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht der tiefgezogene Behälter aus einem transparenten Kunststoff. Dadurch ist das Füllgut nach dem Wiederver­schließen der Verpackung gut sichtbar. Darüber hinaus ergibt sich bei der noch im Originalzustand befindlichen Verpackung der Vorteil, daß das folienartige Gebilde sichtbar ist und als Informations- und Werbeträger eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß das folienartige Gebilde an wenigstens einer Stelle mit einem ergreifbaren Lappen ausgerüstet ist. Damit ist dann das Abnehmen des folienartigen Gebildes vom Füllgut sehr einfach zu handhaben. Der Lappen kann zwischen dem folienartigen Gebilde und dem tiefgezogenen Behälter eingefaltet oder bei einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung zwischen dem tiefgezogenen Behälter und dem Deckel herausgeführt sein.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der als Stülpdeckel ausgebildete Deckel an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten seines überstehenden Randes je einen nach außen abstehenden Ansatz aufweist. Dadurch kann der Deckel tablettartig verwendet werden.
  • Eine ebenfalls vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ist erfindungs­gemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden anderen Seiten des überstehenden Randes nach innen gerichtete Noppen vorgesehen sind, welche den Deckel am Rand des Behälters festlegen. Durch diese Anordnung von Haltenoppen wird einer­seits ein fester Halt des Deckels am Behälter und umgekehrt erzielt, andererseits aber ein verhältnismäßig einfaches öffnen ermöglicht.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand zweier Ausfüh­rungsbeispiele veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Ansicht einer Verpackung mit tiefgezogenem Behälter und Deckel und
    • Fig. 2 ein Schaubild einer umgedrehten Verpackung mit teilweise abgenommenem Behälter.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine Verpackung bezeichnet, die aus einem tiefgezogenen Behälter 2 aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff sowie einem ebenfalls aus Kunststoff tiefgezogenem Deckel 3 besteht. Der durchsichtige Behälter 2 ist an seiner Innen­seite mit einem folienartigen Gebilde 4 ausgekleidet, das lose im Behälter liegt und aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen kann; es muß entsprechend dem zu verpackenden Füllgut ausgewählt sein und kann mit Informationen für den Verbraucher bzw. mit Werbeaussagen bedruckt sein. Der Deckel 3 ist in seinem den Behälterrand übergreifenden Rand 5 leicht konisch ausgebildet, d.h. er ist zu seinem offenen Ende hin verjüngt, um einen sicheren Halt am Behälter zu gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus ist der Deckel 3 an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit je einem nach außen abstehenden Ansatz 6 bzw. 7 ausgestattet.
  • In Fig. 2 ist die Verpackung umgedreht, so daß der Deckel 31 die Unterseite bildet und als Tablett benutzt werden kann. Dabei dienen die Ansätze 6 und 7 als Handgriffe zum leich­teren Anfassen des Tabletts. Der Deckel 31 ist im Gegensatz zum Deckel 3 mit einem geraden Rand 51 ausgestattet und an seinen von Ansätzen freien Seiten mit nach innen stehenden Noppen 8 versehen, welche einerseits einen festen Halt zwischen Deckel 31 und Behälter 2 gewährleisten, anderer­seits aber ein einfaches öffnen der Verpackung zulassen.
  • Bei dem in Fig. 2 dargestellten Abheben des glockenförmigen Behälters 2 vom Tablett-Deckel verbleibt das folienartige Gebilde 4 am Füllgut. Das folienartige Gebilde ist an den Schmalseiten der Verpackung übereinander gefaltet und mit zwei Lappen 9 und 10 versehen, an denen es erfaßt und vom Füllgut abgehoben werden kann.
  • Nun kann der glockenförmige Behälter 2 wieder auf den Ta­blett-Deckel aufgesetzt werden und das Füllgut während des abschnittweisen Verbrauchs gut schützen.

Claims (6)

1. Verpackung insbesondere für Speisefett, Käse od.dgl., mit einem tiefgezogenen Behälter aus Kunststoff und einem eben­falls tiefgezogenen aus Kunststoff bestehenden Deckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der tiefgezogene Behälter (2) an seiner Innenseite mit einem folienartigen Gebilde (4) ausge­kleidet ist.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der tiefgezogene Behälter (2) aus einem transparenten Kunststoff besteht.
3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 od. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das folienartige Gebilde (4) an wenigstens einer Stelle mit einem ergreifbaren Lappen (9,10) ausgerüstet ist.
4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ergreifbare Lappen (9,10) zwischen dem tiefgezogenen Behäl­ter (2) und dem Deckel (3,31) herausgeführt ist.
5. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als Stülpdeckel ausgebildete Deckel (3,31) an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten seines überstehenden Randes (5,51) je einen nach außen abstehenden Ansatz (6,7) aufweist.
6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden anderen Seiten des überstehenden Randes (51) nach innen gerichtete Noppen (8) vorgesehen sind, welche den Deckel (31) am Rand des Behälters (2) festlegen.
