Description

  • La présente invention concerne une capsule télescopique pour un tube ou flacon contenant un liquide, une pâte ou une crème, capsule qui reste solidaire de ce tube ou flacon dans les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture, conformément au préambule de la revendication 1 annexé.
  • On connaît par le document US -A 4 295 584 une capsule télescopique pour récipient obturé par un plateau comprenant un orifice latéral par lequel peut sortir le produit par coulissement de la capsule autour du goulot du flacon.
  • Le document FR-A 1 145 077 montre une capsule télescopique de ce genre qui coulisse dans le goulot. Le document FR-A 1 190 757 montre une capsule télescopique comportant un tube télescopique qui coulisse autour d'un élément relié à un récipient tubulaire.
  • Sur la base du document WS-A 4 295 584, l'invention se caractérise comme énoncé dans la partie caractérisante de la revendication 1.
  • Des formes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention sont représentées, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, au dessin annexé.
    • La fig. 1 est une élévation latérale d'une forme de réalisation de la capsule téléscopique pour tubes et flacons.
    • La fig. 2 est une coupe-élévation correspondant à la fig. 1.
    • La fig. 3 est une coupe prise suivant la ligne 111-III de la fig. 2.
    • La fig. 4 est une coupe vue sensiblement suivant la ligne IV-IV de la fig. 2.
  • Au dessin, le tube télescopique 35 est obturé par un dessus ou plateau 36 et délimite un conduit en équerre 37 qui débouche latéralement pour le passage d'un produit contenu dans une bouteille ou flacon.
  • Le tube 35 peut coulisser à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe 38 formant une cloison transversale 39 de support d'un embout tubulaire 40 muni de lèvres ou autres joints d'étanchéité 41 qui portent contre la surface externe de la partie 37a du conduit 37.
  • Un poussoir 42 fait saillie latéralement du tube 35 et ce poussoir est relié à l'enveloppe 38 par exemple par un guide 43 en forme de queue d'aronde comme montré par la fig. 4.
  • Le poussoir 42 est disposé à l'extérieur d'une saignée 44 que délimite le tube 35 pour chevaucher partiellement l'enveloppe 38. De plus des butées 45, 46 sont prévues sur l'enveloppe 38 et le tube 35 pour limiter la course de ce dernier.

Claims (3)

1. Capsule télescopique pour tubes ou flacons, comprenant un tube télescopique (35), obturé par un dessus ou plateau (36), avec orifice latéral (37) pour le passage, en position d'ouverture, d'un produit contenu dans le tube ou flacon, caractérisé en ce que ledit tube télescopique (35) est coulissant dans une enveloppe (38) pouvant être relié au tube ou flacon et solidaire d'un poussoir de manoeuvre (42) mobile par rapport à un guide (43) et est muni d'au moins un relief d'arrêt (46) coopérant avec au moins un relief d'arrêt (45) de l'enveloppe (38) pour empêcher l'éjection dudit tube télescopique, ledit tube télescopique (35) formant intérieurement un conduit en équerre (37) débouchant dans ledit orifice (37) et dans un embout (40) tubulaire supporté par une cloison transversale (39) de l'enveloppe (38) par rapport à laquelle le tube télescopique (35) peut coulisser.
2. Capsule télescopique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie (37a) du conduit en équerre qui s'étend à l'intérieur de l'embout (40) est reliée à la paroi de celui-ci par des joints (41).
3. Capsule télescopique selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le tube télescopique (35) délimite une saignée (44) emboîtant une partie de l'enveloppe (38) par rapport à laquelle il coulisse, ladite saignée étant recouverte extérieurement par le poussoir (42) relié à l'enveloppe par le guide (43) en forme de queue d'aronde.
