Claims (2)

  1. Einrichtung zum induktiven Erwärmen der Ränder (1) eines durchlaufenden metallurgischen Produktes (2), die Induktoren aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Induktor (3) aus einem E-förmigen Joch (4) mit drei je eine Spule tragenden Polen besteht, wobei zwei äußere Pole (6, 7) entlang einer ersten Achse (14) fluchtend und sich im Abstand so gegenüberstehend angeordnet sind, daß sie einen Luftspalt zwischen sich bilden, und daß ein mittlerer, in Richtung einer zweiten, zur ersten Achse (14) senkrecht stehenden Achse (13) orientierter Pol (5) relativ zu den beiden äußeren Polen zurückgesetzt angeordnet ist, um nicht in den Bereich des Luftspalts zu gelangen, wobei die Spulen (8, 9, 10) der drei Pole so angebracht sind, daß im Betrieb die Summe der in die beiden äußeren Pole (6, 7) eintretenden oder aus ihnen austretenden Flüsse dem aus dem mittleren Pol (5) austretenden oder in ihn eintretenden Fluß entspricht.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Induktoren (3) auf Trägern montiert sind, die transversal zur Fortbewegungsstruktur des Metallprodukts beweglich sind.
