Claims (8)

  1. Empaqueteuse pour la fabrication simultanée de plusieurs paquets de cigarettes,
    - comportant deux voies de fabrication parallèles (12, 13) présentant chacune des revolvers de pliage (15, 16) pour le pliage de flans et des transporteurs (14 ; 27, 28 ; 35, 36) pour des groupes de cigarettes, du matériau d'emballage et les paquets de cigarettes,
    - les revolvers de pliage (15, 16), les transporteurs et éventuellement d'autres groupes (revolvers de séchage 17) étant placés sur des côtés opposés d'un bâti central commun (carter 11),
    - et les revolvers de pliage (15, 16) pouvant être mus individuellement indépendamment l'un de l'autre et étant montés coaxialement, chacun d'un côté, sur les deux côtés du bâti (carter 11).
  2. Empaqueteuse selon la revendictaion 1, caractérisée par le fait que des groupes plieurs et/ou des transporteurs ainsi qu'éventuellement d'autres groupes se correspondant des deux voies de fabrication (12, 13) sont montés coaxialement sur les deux côtés du bâti, en particulier sur des parois latérales (18, 19) de celui-ci.
  3. Empaqueteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que le bâti de support de groupes plieurs, transporteurs, etc... est un carter (11) destine à recevoir des moyens moteurs des groupes plieurs, transporteurs, etc...
  4. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que des revolvers récepteurs (14), des revolvers de pliage de papier métallisé (15), des revolvers de pliage de papier (16), des revolvers de séchage (17) et éventuellement d'autres groupes des deux voies de fabrication (12, 13) sont mus par des moyens moteurs indépendants les uns des autres.
  5. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que des revolvers récepteurs (14), des revolvers de pliage de papier métallisé (15), des revolvers de pliage de papier (16), des revolvers de séchage (17) et éventuellement d'autres groupes des deux voies de fabrication (12, 13) sont mus par un mécanisme commun et peuvent être désaccouplés individuellement de celui-ci.
  6. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que les groupes plieurs et/ou les transporteurs des deux voies de fabrication (12, 13) sont montés sur le carter (11) dans une position relative correspondant à une translation, de façon telle que les cigarettes et les paquets de cigarettes (10) des deux voies de fabrication (12, 13) soient dirigés dans le même sens.
  7. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait qu'un transporteur de cigarettes (27) pour l'amenée de groupes de cigarettes (22) au revolver récepteur (14) d'une voie de fabrication (12) est dans un plan situé entre le revolver récepteur (14) et le carter (11) et qu'un transporteur de cigarettes correspondant (28) de l'autre voie de fabrication (13) est dans un plan décalé vers l'extérieur du revolver récepteur (14).
  8. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 4 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que le revolver récepteur (14), le revolver de pliage de papier métallisé (15), le revolver de pliage de papier (16) et éventuellement le revolver de séchage (17) de chaque voie de fabrication (12, 13) sont mus par un mécanisme d'avance pas à pas (40, 41) adjoint de manière appropriée qui agit sur un arbre moteur (38, 39) d'un revolver, en particulier du revolver de pliage de papier (16), les autres revolvers, en particulier le revolver récepteur (14), le revolver de pliage de papier métallisé (15) et le revolver de séchage (17), étant en prise, par l'intermédiaire de roues dentées motrices (47, 48) placées dans le carter (11), avec une roue dentée principale (46) montée sur l'arbre moteur (38, 39).
