Abstract

Claims (9)

1. Charnière pour meuble, avec un boîtier (11), susceptible d'être introduit dans un évidement de porte ou similaire et un bras de charnière (12), qui est relié de façon articulée au boîtier (11), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une attache articulée (13), et qui est fixé à une plaque de montage rapide (16) au moyen d'une vis de fixation (18), la plaque de montage rapide (16) étant de son côté fixée de façon amovible à une partie de support ( 14 ), susceptible d'être fixée côté meuble, et pourvue d'un cliquet (16a) sollicité élastiquement, qui saisit, à l'aide d'un ergot de maintien (22), une saillie (22a) de la partie de support (14), et le bras de charnière (12) étant pourvu d'un capuchon de recouvrement (17), le recouvrant et recouvrant au moins la vis de fixation (18), relié au bras de charnière, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon de recouvrement (17) est pourvu d'un dispositif de blocage, situé dans la zone de pivotement du cliquet (16a) et agissant directement sur celui-ci, empêchant l'actionnement du cliquet (16a).
2. Charnière pour meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage du capuchon de recouvrement (17) se compose d'un tourillon (25) gui pénètre dans un évidement (26) du cliquet (16a).
3. Charnière pour meuble selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le tourillon (25) est réalisé sous forme de tourillon expansible et est susceptible d'être introduit par pression dans l'évidement (26), en obtenant un ajustage légèrement serré.
4. Charnière pour meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon de recouvrement (17) est fixé à rotation sur le cliquet (16a), dans la zone opposée à l'ergot de maintien (22), et l'axe de rotation du capuchon de recouvrement (17) est parallèle à et espacé de l'axe de pivotement du cliquet (16), le dispositif de blocage libérant le cliquet (16a) dans une position angulaire déterminée du capuchon de recouvrement (17) par rapport au bras de charnière (12).
5. Charnière pour meuble selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que, du côté opposé à l'ergot de maintien (22), est associée au cliquet (16a) une butée fixe, contre laquelle prend appui la surface frontale, tournée vers elle, du capuchon de recouvrement (17), lors du passage de la position angulaire déterminée par rapport au bras de charnière (12).
6. Charnière pour meuble selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la butée fixe est formée par deux protubérances (36) parallèles et espacées l'une de l'autre, disposées sur la plaque de montage rapide (16).
7. Charnière pour meuble selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, dans la zone de support du capuchon de recouvrement (17), le cliquet (16a) est fourchu, une tige (25), sur laquelle le capuchon de recouvrement (17) est disposé tournant, étant insérée dans la nervure latérale formée.
8. Charnière pour meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon de recouvrement (17) est disposé tournant sur le cliquet (16a), à l'aide d'une liaison par ajustement de forme ou d'une liaison par encliquetage.
9. Charnière pour meuble selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon de recouvrement (17) est pourvu d'un tourillon expansible (27), qui est inséré par pression dans un trou allongé (28) du bras de charnière (12).
