Definitions

  • the invention relates to a formwork for erecting buildings with any layout, any generators and possibly variable wall thickness, consisting of a formwork for an interior and / or exterior formwork and several, in the horizontal direction overlapping Schalplat th.
  • a sliding formwork for the manufacture of such structures has already become known, in which lifting jacks are provided on horizontal guides that can be moved transversely to the wall, and a formwork that is variable in length and adjustable transversely to the wall.
  • These jacks are designed similar to a parallelogram with articulated corner points, so that the horizontally running part of the jacks are always arranged horizontally and the other parts of these jacks run parallel to the inclined wall. So there is a rather complicated adjustment of the formwork inclination, since all jack stands to be arranged on the circumference of the formwork must each be set to the corresponding inclination. In addition, it must be noted that all these jack stands hang together with the formwork on a concrete platform, so that not only the onward transport, but also the new adjustment of each section of the structure are associated with particular difficulties.
  • the present invention has therefore set itself the task of creating an exactly and easily adjustable formwork, which can be adapted after each building section a changed inclinations, changed wall thicknesses, etc.
  • this is achieved in that the inner and / or the outer formwork are assigned circumferentially closed, force-dissipating support rings at a horizontal distance therefrom, in which threaded spindles are held displaceably in an approximately horizontal direction, but lockable, the ends of which are held at the ends
  • Formwork panels or to formwork straps that are in contact with the formwork panels, and that between the formwork panels, seen in the circumferential direction of the formwork, the formwork panel edges are provided on the rear side of the overlapping filler pieces, the filler pieces on their building surface in the area between the side edges of the each with a spacing between successive formwork panels approximately the thickness of the formwork plates have appropriate support.
  • the formwork according to the invention can be used without anchoring the structure, since the formwork only has to be supported in the vertical direction.
  • the supporting rings conduct the force a emanating from the formwork, so that a mutual connection of the outer and inner formwork, which penetrates the structure, is not required, as in the known formwork.

  • FIG. 7 shows a partial section of the inner formwork with the lower section of a support ring
  • FIG. 8 shows an enlarged representation compared to FIG. 1 of an angular support part to be arranged on a building section that has already been produced

  • 10 shows a plan view of a formwork panel with a formwork support attached thereto; 11 shows a front view of this formwork panel;
  • FIGS. 10 to 12 shows a side view of this formwork panel; 13 to 15 a filler corresponding to the representations in FIGS. 10 to 12;
  • FIG. 16 shows a support part for an inner podium in a top view, the use of a conical structure being shown in the lowermost area and in the uppermost area;
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 The formwork shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is intended for the erection of a structure which is ring-shaped in cross section, this structure tapering upwards in the shape of a truncated cone or truncated cone and, moreover, the wall thickness of the structure decreasing towards the top.
  • An embodiment is also described in the drawings, in which the horizontal generators form circular arcs. It would also be conceivable to use such formwork for any cross-sectional shape of a building, for any generators and for variable wall thickness.
  • An inner formwork 1 and an outer formwork 2 are therefore provided here, with a formwork scaffold composed of several parts, which will be explained in more detail, and several in a horizontal direction comprehensive formwork panels 3 and 4 are provided.
  • Both the inner formwork and the outer formwork 2 are assigned at a horizontal distance from them circumferentially closed support rings 5 and 6, in which threaded spindles 7, 8, 9 and 10 are held in an approximately ho zontal direction. The free end of this thread spindles 7 to 10 engages the formwork panel 3, 4 or the formwork supports 11, 12a which are in contact with the formwork panels 3, 4
  • formwork panel edges are provided on the back of the overlapping filler pieces 13, 1, the filler pieces 13, 14 on their surface on the building side in the area between the side edges of the formwork panels 3 or spaced one after the other 4 have a support 15, 16 corresponding approximately to the thickness of the formwork panels 3, 4.
  • the formwork panels 3, 4 are supported by approximately vertically running formwork supports 11, 12 on the floor or on building sections 17 that have already been manufactured.
  • the support is provided on the floor or on a corresponding substructure, with the construction of the next building sections in each case Cladding tubes 18 are used, where with appropriate screw connections in the area of these cladding tubes 18 angular support parts 19, 20 can be attached to the manufactured sections of the building who can.
  • the formwork panels 3, 4 can therefore be supported on the angular support members 19, 20 via the formwork supports 11, 12. It is sufficient to provide such a support for each formwork panel, with extension pieces 21, 22 being fastened, for example screwed, to the corresponding formwork supports 11, 12 on the underside.
  • the remaining formwork supports 23 and 24 which follow one another at the required distance do not necessarily have to be supported by such support members 19, 20, but it would also be possible for these remaining formwork supports 23, 24 to provide such supports.
  • the angular support parts 19, 20 have a U-shaped, upwardly widening insertion opening 25 so that the formwork supports or their extension pieces 21, 22 can be introduced more easily and are also against lateral shifting.
  • the formwork supports 11, 12 or their extension pieces 21, 22 have an adjustable support part 26, 27 on their underside, which is attached to the angular support parts 19 , 290 lies on.

  • flanges 36 can be provided, with threaded sleeves 37 or corresponding through-holes being assigned to these flanges, which enable mutual screwing at the butt joints. It is also possible to assemble the inner support ring 5 from a plurality of such arc sections.
