Abstract

Eine für einen Dampferzeuger bestimmte stationäre Wirbelschichtfeuerung mit einem erhöhten Feststoffumlauf und einer Feststoffrückführung ist bisher nur unter atmosphärischem Druck betrieben worden.
Zur Erhöhung der Leistung und zur Einpassung des Dampferzeugers in eine bestehende Dampfkraftanlage vorgegebener Leistung sind die Brennkammer (1) des Dampferzeugers mit den Konvektionsheizflächen (5), die Grobabscheider (6) und das Rückführsystem (8, 9, 10) von einem auf Druck ausgelegten Druckgefäß (15) umschlossen. Dabei werden durch Fluidisierungsgeschwindigkeiten von 1 bis 5 m/s in dem Freiraum (4) oberhalb der Wirbelschicht (3) Feststoffgehalte von 0,5 bis 5 kg Feststoff pro kg Rauchgas eingehalten, die Rauchgase auf 300 bis 500 Grad C gekühlt und die Temperatur in der Wirbelschicht und die Last über die Menge der in die Wirbelschicht (3) rückgeführten Feststoffe geregelt (Zeichnung).
