Abstract

Es wird ein Kühlmöbel beschrieben, das einen Möbelkorpus 1 mit einer in seinem oberen Randbereich befindlichen Stoßleiste 5 aufweist. Der obere Rand des Möbelkorpus ist als Auflagefläche für einen Informationsträger 10 ausgebildet. An der Stoßleiste 5 ist eine die Auflagefläche bedeckende Abdeckung 6 schwenkbar angelenkt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus und einer in dessen oberen Randbereich befindlichen Stoßleiste.
  • Kühlmöbel, wie beispielsweise Kühltheken, Kühlregale, Tiefkühltruhen etc., die in Selbstbedienungsmärkten aufgestellt sind, sind mit Stoßleisten versehen, um ihre Oberflächen gegen Beschädigungen durch Einkaufswagen zu verhindern. Bei den Stoßleisten handelt es sich in der Regel um Kunststoff- oder Metallprofile, die an der Außenwand des Möbelkorpus befestigt sind.
  • Zur Auszeichnung der in dem Kühlmöbel ausgestellten Ware ist es bekannt, Preisschilder unmittelbar an der Ware oder an im Kühlmöbel angeordneten Halterungen anzuordnen. Bei Kühlregalen werden Preisschilder oder Scannerstreifen beforzugt an den vorderen Rändern der Regalböden befestigt. Bei Tiefkühltruhen befinden sich derartige Informationsträ­ger häufig an Zwischenwänden im Innern des Warenraums.
  • Bei Verkaufstheken ist es bereits bekannt, Preisschilder in einer Halterung am vorderen Rand des MÖbelkorpus anzuordnen (DE-PS 28 14 634).
  • Die bekannten Anordnungen weisen den Nachteil auf, daß die Informationsträger teilweise schlecht erkennbar oder schwer zugänglich angeordnet sind oder den zugehörigen Waren nicht immer eindeutig zugeordnet werden können.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühlmöbel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem auf einfache Weise Informationsträger übersichtlich angeordnet werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der obere Rand des Möbelkorpus als Auflagefläche für einen Informationsträger ausgebildet ist und daß an der Stoßbleiste eine die Auflagefläche bedeckende Abdeckung schwenkbar angelenkt ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß liegt der Informationsträger unmittelbar auf dem oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus auf. Zum Schutz gegen Verunreinigung und Beschädigung ist der Informationsträger mit einer Abdeckung bedeckt, die schwenkbar mit der Stoßleiste verbunden ist.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist die Abdeckung an ihrer Schwenkachse eine im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmige Verdickung auf, die in eine entsprechend geformte Ausnehmung an der Stoßleiste eingesetzt ist. Mit Vorteil sind die Verdickung und/oder die Ausnehmung elastisch ausgebildet, so daß die Abdeckung von vorne in die Stoßleiste eingedrückt werden kann.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist die Ausnehmung unterhalb des oberen Randes der Stoßleiste vorgesehen. Die Stoßleiste überragt hierbei die Abdeckung, die dadurch weitgehend gegen Verkratzen geschützt ist.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgenstandes ist die Abdeckung mittels eines Filmscharniers an der Stoßleiste befestigt. Das Filmscharnier ist aus einem biegsameren Material als die Abdeckung hergestellt (z.B. Polyurethan) und ermöglicht es, die Abdeckung relativ zu der Stoßleiste hochzuklappen. Vorzugsweise wird das Filmscharnier in einem Arbeitsgang zusammen mit der Stoßleiste und der Abdeckung extrudiert.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes besitzt die Abdeckung an ihrem der Stoßleiste gegenüberliegenden Rand einen nach oben gerichteten Vorsprung. Der Vorsprung, insbesondere in Kombination mit der die Abdeckung überragenden Stoßleiste schützt die Abdeckung vor dem Verkratzen durch auf den Rand des Kühlmöbels abgestellte Einkaufskörbe oder durch Verpackungsmaterial beim Befüllen des Kühlmöbels.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind an der Abdeckung und am oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus auf der der Stoßleiste gegenüberliegenden Seite ineinander einrastende Befestigungselemente vorgesehen.
  • Die ineinander einrastenden Befestigungselemente sind vorzugsweise durch einen Schnappbügel in Kombination mit einem Vorsprung gebildet. Der Schnappbügel befindet sich vorzugsweise am Rand der Abdeckung, der Vorsprung am Kühlmöbel oder an der Auflagefläche für den Informationsträger.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist die Stoßleiste in ihrem oberen Bereich eine Verstärkung aus einem Material größerer Härte auf. Dadurch wird dieser Bereich vor Verkratzen geschützt.
  • Die Erfindung sowie weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand eines schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
  • Hierbei zeigen:
    • Figur 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Kühlmöbel im Querschnitt,
    • Figur 2 eine Detailansicht der Halterung für einen Informationsträger und
    • Figur 3 eine Detailansicht einer modifizierten Halterung für einen Informationsträger.
  • Als Beispiel für ein Kühlmöbel gemäß der Erfindung zeigt Figur 1 einen Querschnitt eines Kühlregals, das einen Möbelkorpus 1 aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material, wie z.B. Kunststoffschaum, einen Kältemittelverdampfer 2 sowie einen Ventilator zur Luftumwälzung 3 und mehrere Regalböden 4 aufweist. Am Möbelkorpus ist in seinem oberen Randbereich an seiner Vorderseite eine Stoßleiste 5 befestigt. Sie dient zum Schutz des Kühlmöbels vor Beschädigungen. Am oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus 1 ist in Verbindung mit der Stoßleiste 5 eine Abdeckung 6 für einen Informationsträger angeordnet. Einzelheiten des Informationsträgerhalters sind Figur 2 zu entnehmen, die einen Ausschnitt A aus Figur 1 zeigt.
  • Die Stoßleiste 5 weist ein nach innen zeigendes horizontales Fortsetzungsteil 7 auf, das auf dem oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus 1 aufliegt und diesen mit einer Lasche 8 umgreift. Das horizontale Fortsetzungsteil 7 besitzt an seiner Oberseite eine Auflagefläche 9 für einen Informationsträger 10. Die Auflagefläche 9 ist geringfügig eingesenkt, so daß die Oberfläche des Informationsträgers bündig mit der Oberfläche des Fortsetzungsteils 7 abschließt.
  • An seinem der Stoßleiste 5 gegenüberliegenden Rand besitzt das horizontale Fortsetzungsteil 7 einen über die Lasche 8 vorstehenden horizontalen Vorsprung 11, der Teil eines Befestigungselements für die Abdeckung 6 ist.
  • Die Stoßleiste 5 ist derart am Kühlmöbel 1 befestigt, daß sie über den oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus 1 übersteht. Etwa in Höhe der Auflagefläche 9 weist die Stoßleiste eine im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmige Ausnehmung 12 auf, die nach außen geöffnet ist. Die Abdeckung 6 weist an einem Ende eine im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmige Verdickung 13, die in die Ausnehmung 12 eingesetzt ist. Mit Hilfe dieser Anordnung ist die Abdeckung 6 schwenkbar mit der Stoßleiste verbunden. Die Richtung der Schwenkbewegung ist durch einen Pfeil 14 symbolisiert.
  • Die Abdeckung 6 ist vorzugsweise aus einem durchsichtigen Material, insbesondere aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff gefertigt. Der Durchmesser der Verdickung 13 ist etwas kleiner als der Durchmesser der Ausnehmung 12, jedoch geringfügig größer als die Breite der Öffnung in der Ausnehmung 12. Zur Bildung der Verdickung 13 ist das Ende der Abdeckung 6 kreisförmig gebogen, wobei der Kreis nicht vollständig geschlossen ist. Dadurch ist die Verdickung 13 komprimierbar und die Abdeckung 6 kann durch Drücken in die Ausnehmung 12 eingesetzt werden.
  • An ihrem der Stoßbleiste 5 gegenüberliegenden Rand besitzt die Abdeckung 6 einen nach oben weisenden Vorsprung 15, der bei geschlossener Abdeckung die Abdeckung vor dem Verkratzen durch auf dem oberen Rand des Kühlmöbels abgestellte Gegenstände schützt. Der Abschluß der Abdeckung 6 besitzt die Form eines nach unten weisenden Hakens 16. Dieser ist Teil des Befestigungselements für die Abdeckung 6 und bildet das Gegenstück zu dem Vorsprung 11. Zum Schließen der Abdeckung 6 wird diese nach unten gedrückt, bis der Vorsprung 11 im Haken 16 einrastet.
  • Zum Schutz der Stoßleiste 5 gegen Verkratzen ist diese in ihrem oberen Bereich mit einer Verstärkung 17 versehen. Die Verstärkung 17 ist vorzugsweise aus Metall oder aus einem hartem Kunststoff (härter als das Material der Stoßleiste 5) gefertigt und durch Kleben, Aufdampfen oder Anextrudieren bei der Herstellung der Stoßleiste mit dieser verbunden. Die Verstärkung 17 kann bei Bedarf eine andere Farbgebung als die Stoßleiste aufweisen.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine Halterung für einen Informationsträger, bei der die Abdeckung 6 mittels eines Filmscharniers 18 an der Stoßleiste 5 schwenkbar befestigt ist. Für die übrigen Bauteile wurden analoge Bezugsziffern wie in Figur 2 verwendet. Das Filmscharnier ist aus einem Material größerer Elastizität als die Abdeckung 6 gefertigt und ermöglicht es, die Abdeckung 6 relativ zur Stoßleiste 5 aufzuklappen. Das Material kann im Bereich des Filmscharniers eine Verdünnung aufweisen. Im Ruhezustand liegt die Abdeckung 6 auf einer an ihrem freien Ende angeformten Verdichtung 19 in einer entsprechend geformten Vertiefung 20 im horizontalen Fortsetzungsteil 7 der Stoßleiste 5 auf. Die Verdichtung 19 steht dabei geringfügig über den vorderen Rand des Fortsetzungsteils 7 über. In diesem Bereich kann die Abdeckung zum Aufklappen gefaßt werden.

Claims (7)

1. Kühlmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus und einer in dessen oberen Randbereich befindlichen Stoßleiste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand des Möbelkorpus (1) als Auflagefläche für einen Informationsträger (10) ausgebildet ist und daß an der Stoßleiste (5) eine die Auflagefläche (9) bedeckende Abdeckung (6) schwenkbar angelenkt ist.
2. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung an ihrer Schwenkachse eine im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmige Verdickung (13) aufweist, die in eine entsprechend geformte Ausnehmung (12) an der Stoßleiste (5) eingesetzt ist.
3. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (12) unterhalb des oberen Randes der Stoßleiste (5) vorgesehen ist.
4. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (6) mittels eines Filmscharniers (18) an der Stoßleiste (5) befestigt ist.
5. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (6) an ihrem der Stoßleiste (5) gegenüberliegenden Rand einen nach oben gerichteten Vorsprung (15) besitzt.
6. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Abdeckung (6) und am oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus (1) auf der der Stoßleiste (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite ineinander einrastende Befestigungselemente vorgesehen sind.
7. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßleiste (5) in ihrem oberen Bereich eine Verstärkung (17) aus einem Material größerer Härte aufweist.
