Abstract

Le dispositif décrit comporte un tambour (1) cylindrique rotatif autour d'un axe horizontal, muni de plusieurs compartiments (2) recourbés ménagés dans la section du tambour pour recevoir chacun un produit imprimé plié, ces produits étant introduits individuellement dans les compartiments à la périphérie du tambour et déposés, dans la moitié inférieure de la rotation du tambour, sur la bande transporteuse; les compartiments (2) sont agencés côte à côte en deux groupes dans le sens longitudinal du tambour et les compartiments des deux groupes alternent mutuellement dans le sens circonférentiel du tambour, les compartiments de l'un des groupes s'étendant vers l'intérieur depuis un côté frontal du tambour en alignement avec un dispositif correspondant d'amenée du produit imprimé, et les compartiments de l'autre groupe se chevauchant dans une partie centrale. Chaque compartiment (2) est pourvu d'un coulisseau (5) précontraint contre le côté frontal du tambour, lequel coulisseau est déplaçable par un palpeur (6) passant sur une came de commande (7) pendant une partie de la rotation du tambour accompagnée d'une translation du produit inprimé (D) dans la section de chevauchement des deux groupes de compartiments.

Claims (3)

1. Dispositif pour réunir et déposer en formation imbriquée des produits imprimés pliés sur un transporteur comportant un tambour cylindrique (1) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe horizontal, et pourvu de plusieurs compartiments (2) de forme courbe dans une section transversale du tambour, qui s'ouvrent vers la périphérie du tambour pour recevoir chacun unproduit imprimé plié (D), ces produits imprimés étant admis un par un dans les compartiments à la périphérie du tambour et étant déposés sur le transporteur (8) dans la moitié inférieure de la rotation du tambour, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (2) du tambour (1) sont disposés en deux groupes adjacents dans le sens longitudinal du tambour et les compartiments de ces deux groupes alternent respectivement dans le sens circonférentiel du tambour, les compartiments (2) de chaque groupe s'étendant vers l'intérieur, à partir d'une face d'about du tambour, en ligne avec un dispositif associé d'alimentation de produits imprimés et chevauchant les compartiments de l'autre groupe dans un segment médian correspondant à la dimension d'un produit imprimé (D) et que chaque compartiment (2) est pourvu d'un coulisseau (5) présollicité contre la face d'about du tambour et mobile parallèlement à l'axe du tambour, ce coulisseau pouvant être déplacé, vers le milieu longitudinal du tambour, par un palpeur (6) situé du côté de la face d'about du tambour et suivant une came de commande (7) durant un un segment de la rotation du tambour, tout en amenant le produit imprimé (D) dans le segment de chevauchement des deux groupes de compartiments.
2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment de tambour fermé (3) s'étend à partir du segment de chevauchement de chaque compartiment (2) respectivement jusqu'à l'autre face d'about du tambour.

Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque groupe de compartiments est associée, dans la zone de l'entrée des produits imprimés individuels (D) dans les compartiments (2), à une came (4) ou saillie analogue, pour soulever le bord antérieur de chaque produit imprimé.
