Claims (11)
- Verschalungsplatte für die Fertigung einer Betonstruktur, welche eine im wesentlichen horizontale Unterseite bildet, wobei die Verschalungsplatte folgendes aufweist:- eine ebene Platte (1) mit einer Außenoberfläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Beton in Kontakt zu kommen, und einer Innenoberfläche,- ein fester Rahmen (2) auf den Rändern der Innenoberfläche der Platte,- Mittel zum Verbinden des Rahmens mit den Rahmen benachbarter Platten,- Stege (5) auf der Innenoberfläche der ebenen Platte, die parallel sind und sich zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Rahmens erstrecken,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (5) eine größere Höhe besitzen als der Rahmen (2) und daß sie zusammen mit den Stegen (5) einer benachbarten Platte eine Lauf- oder Gleitfläche bilden können, wenn die Verschalung zusammengebaut ist, und
daß die Stege (5) einer Platte geeignet sind, zusammen das gesamte Gewicht des Betons, der während der Fertigung der Betonstruktur auf die Platte gegossen wird, auf eine darunterliegende stützstruktur zu übertragen. - Verschalungsplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene Platte (1) aus einem nichtgefüllten Zellenmaterial besteht und daß die Platte auf ihrer Außen- und Innenseite mit einem Überzug aus undurchlässigem Material versehen ist.
- Verschalungsplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nichtgefüllte Zellenmaterial eine wabenmusterartige Struktur hat, wobei die Zellen senkrecht zu der Ebene der Platte sind.
- Verschalungsplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nichtgefüllte Zellenmaterial ein geschlossenporiger Plastikschaum ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ausschalen und Rollen, insbesondere geeignet zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens, welches Verschalungsplatten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 verwendet, wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes aufweist:- ein Gehäuse (12) mit einer Basis (13) und zwei Seitenwänden (14),- eine Stütze oder Auflage (18), die in dem Gehäuse bewegbar ist,- Mittel (22), die fähig sind die Stütze nach Belieben in einer ersten Position entfernt von der Basis zu halten und sie sich bis zu einer zweiten Position näher in der Basis Versetzen zu lassen;- zumindest eine Rolle (15), die in dem Gehäuse achsparallel zu der Basis angebracht ist und deren höchster Punkt weiter von der Basis entfernt ist als die Außenfläche der Stütze in deren zweiter Position,- und Mittel zur Verbindung der Basis des Gehäuses mit einer Tragstruktur,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütze (18) eine Stützplatte parallel zu der Basis (13) ist und in dem Gehäuse senkrecht zu der Basis bewegbar ist, und
dadurch daß die Mittel zur Verbindung der Basis des Gehäuses mit der Tragstruktur Mittel aufweisen zum Versetzen der Basis im wesentlichen senkrecht zu ihrer Ebene, sowie einen Kugelkopf, welcher gestattet die Orientierung der Basis mit Bezug auf die Tragstruktur innerhalb gewisser Grenzen zu variieren. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Halten der Tragplatte und zum sich Versetzenlassen derselben einen Nocken (20) aufweisen, der in dem Gehäuse angebracht ist und auf die Innenseite der Tragplatte (18) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken (20) eine Laufrolle (30) trägt, die der Tragplatte (18) zugewandt ist, wenn diese in der ersten Position ist, und welche angebracht ist zum Erleichtern des Versetzens des Nocken beim Entfernen aus der ersten Position.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Halten der Tragplatte und zum sich Versetzenlassen derselben Keile aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel aufweist zum Parallelhalten der Tragplatte zu sich selbst während ihres Weges von der einen Position in die andere, welche zapfen (19) formschlüssig verbunden mit der Tragplatte bilden, die in den Seitenwänden des Gehäuses vorgesehene, vertikale Öffnungen oder Schlitze (17) durchdringen.
- Verfahren zur Fertigung einer Betonstruktur mit einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Unterseite, die zumindest teilweise vom Boden entfernt ist, wie beispielsweise ein Brückenbelag, mit Hilfe einer verschalung, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:- man bringt Verschalungsplatten (1), deren Oberseite im wesentlichen horizontal ist, auf einer Stützstruktur (2) an,- man gießt Beton auf die Verschalungselemente,- nach dem Abbinden des Betons schreitet man zum Ausschalen durch Abtragen der Verschalung,- man verschiebt die Verschalung seitwärts über eine begrenzte Entfernung unter Zuhilfenahme von Laufrollen (5) oder von Gleitoberflächen, auf denen die Verschalung ruht, um die vorschalung von der Struktur zu lösen,und durch folgendes gekennzeichnet;a) man verwendet Verschalungsplatten (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,b) zum seitlichen Versetzen der Verschalung läßt man die Stege (5) der Verschalungsplatten mit den Rollen (15) der Ausschalungs- und Rollvorrichtungen, die am Oberteil der Stützstruktur angebracht sind und gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9 ausgebildet sind, oder mit Gleitoberflächen zusammenwirken,c) man verschiebt die Verschalung seitwärts bis zumindest eine Verschalungsplatte jenseits der Betonstruktur (29) ist, die gegossen wurde und die man abbinden ließ, und Zumindest eine andere Verschalungsplatte unterhalb der Struktur bleibt,d) man trennt die Verschalungsplatte(n) von den anderen unter der Struktur gebliebenen Verschalungselementen und man entfernt sie,e) man wiederholt die Schritte c) und d) bis ein Verschieben entsprechend des Schrittes c) alle jenseits der Betonstruktur bleibenden Verschalungsplatten mitnehmen könnte,f) man verschiebt die verbleibenden Verschalungsplatten bis jenseits der Struktur und man entfernt sie,g) man baut dann das Stützgerüst ab.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man beim Schritt d) eine Gruppe von Verschalungselementen vom Rest der Verschalung trennt, man diese Gruppe wegnimmt und man das Auseinandernehmen am Boden vollendet.
