Abstract

Ein Komplettkolben (1), insbesondere zur doppelseitigen Druckbeaufschlagung durch pneumatische Medien weist einen an einer Kolbenstange (2) anmontierbaren Einspann­ flansch und einen am Einspannflansch (8) befestigten Ab­ dichtteil (4) auf, der mit wenigstens einer Dichtlippe (6, 7) an der Innenwand eines den Kolben (1) verschieblich aufnehmen­ den Zylinders (3) abdichtend anliegt. Der Abdichtteil (4) ist aus hochverschleißfestem, trockenlauffähigem Polytetra­ fluoräthylen-Werkstoff mit niedrigem Reibkoeffizienten geformt und mit einem Einspannflansch (8) aus duroplastischem Werkstoff fest verbunden.
