Definitions

  • the invention relates to an air texturing machine according to the preamble of the first claim. Because a large number of threads (e.g. 216) are processed on such an air texturing machine, there must be a corresponding number of machine parts with an identical function (e.g. godets and their drives). As a result, the construction of such an air texturing machine is both technically complex in terms of operation and in terms of drive, and on the other hand confusing. The simple, clear structure is a key technical factor for the usability of such a machine.
  • Such an air texturing machine has become known from DE-A 36 23 370, in which the processing points for carrying out different process variants of the texturing process are designed differently.
  • the individual processing points are each made up of conveyor modules and a texturing module 20 in which the machine parts are arranged next to one another.
  • the invention is based on the object of creating an air texturing machine that has a simple, clear structure that is simple in terms of drive technology, a simple adjustment of the speed of machine parts with the same function and a simple adjustment the translation ratios between functionally identical machine parts of a processing point.
  • the embodiment of the invention according to claim 3 allows POY threads to be used for the core thread and the effect thread despite a low overall height and simple drive construction, and to stretch them before the air texturing treatment.
  • the development of the air texturing machine according to claim 4 is advantageous for thread processing, since it integrates a known stabilization zone (DE-C 27 49 867) into the treatment of each entire thread.
  • the drive technology according to claim 5 is characterized by low control engineering effort. In addition, it is ensured according to claim 6 that despite many godets that can be driven at different speeds, the drive remains clear and is easily convertible to other speeds and gear ratios.
  • Claim 8 provides a simple way to set the gear ratios at the same time at all processing points.
  • the air texturing machine is extended by a heating device for each processing point, without thereby disturbing the clear structure of the machine and the clarity of the individual processing points.
  • the exit godet of the heating zone is preferably also arranged on the upper leg of the lying V.
  • the measure according to claim 10 frees up space in the winding area for further functionally necessary parts which are assigned to a plurality of processing points.
  • FIG. 1 shows a field with four processing points.
  • the processing points are located on the front of a machine front plate 9.
  • Each processing point is used to create a thread, e.g. Sewing thread, which is composed of a core thread 10 and an effect thread 11. Both threads 10 and 11 are combined to form the overall thread 14 and textured together by the air nozzle.
  • the threads in the form of supply spools 12 are parked on the gate 13 in front of the machine front.
  • the two threads, core thread 10 and effect thread 11 are drawn off from the supply spools 12 and guided horizontally from the creel to the air texturing machine.
  • the threads are first passed through a thread cutter 26, which is actuated when a thread monitor, which is arranged in the region of the winding, indicates that one of the threads has broken.
  • a thread cutter 26 which is actuated when a thread monitor, which is arranged in the region of the winding, indicates that one of the threads has broken.
  • the core thread 10 is guided downward to the input godet 1 of the first draw zone and from there vertically downwards through a heating device 21 with a draw pin (29) to the output godet 2 of the first draw zone.
  • the effect thread 11 is guided downward from the thread cutter 26 parallel to the core thread 10 and drawn between the input godet 3 and the output godet 4 of the second drawing zone, with a drawing pin 22 being wrapped around it.
  • core thread and effect thread are combined to form the overall thread 14 and jointly introduced into the texturing nozzle 20.
  • the texturing nozzle is located on the side next to the stretching zone of the effect thread in a closed box 27 which has a glass door at the front and in which there is a water bath at the bottom. This allows one of the threads to be passed through the water bath while the other is guided freely.
  • a wetting nozzle can be arranged in the box 27, through which water is applied to one of the threads.
  • the entire thread is guided horizontally out of the texturing box 27 and guided downward.
  • the thread then runs vertically upwards between the input godet 5 and the output godet 6 of a third stretching zone parallel to the thread path of the preceding stretching zones and the texturing zone.
  • the thread runs upward from the exit godet 6 through the heating rail 23 of the heating zone. It turns around at the upper end and again runs vertically downward through the heating rail 23.
  • the thread is withdrawn from the heating zone by exit godet 7 and then guided to one of the winding devices 15 via a thread guide. It should be mentioned that the thread can be applied to the heating device 23 by means of a thread guide 25 which can be pushed up and down.
  • the winding devices 15 consist of coil frames 17, between which the coil sleeves are stretched.
  • the total threads 14 become finished bobbins 16 on the bobbin tubes spooled.
  • the traversing thread guide is indicated at 18 and the drive roller at 53.
  • the threads are still passed through an oil device 19 (rollers partially immersed in a liquid bath and partially wrapped by the thread).
  • the winding devices are arranged close together and with a different, smaller pitch than the processing points. This creates space below the processing points for the arrangement of a control device 28 by which the field of processing points shown is controlled.
  • a device 29 for roughening the entire thread 14 produced can also be arranged in the third stretching zone. This is shown for one of the processing points. Such a device is described in German Patent 32 10 784.
  • the godets 1, 3 and 6 of the first to third stretching zones are arranged on an upper leg and the godets 2, 4, 5 of the first to third stretching zones are arranged on a lower leg of a lying V.
  • the functional parts of the stretching and texturing zones, in particular heating device 21, stretching pin 22, texturing box 27 with texturing nozzle 20 and possibly roughing device 29 lie in the area circumscribed by the legs of the V.
  • the individual zones of a processing point that is to say the first and second stretching zone, texturing zone and third stretching zone, lie vertically and parallel next to one another, so that a multiply folded thread path results.
  • All input godets 1 and all output godets 2 of the four processing points shown lie on a horizontal line.
  • the whorls are assigned as follows: Vortex 41 of the entrance godet 1 of the first stretching zone Eddies 42 of the starting godet 2 of the first stretching zone Vortex 43 of the entrance godet 3 of the second stretching zone Vortex 44 of the exit godet 4 of the second stretching zone Vortex 45 of the entrance godet 5 of the third stretching zone Vortex 46 of the exit godet 6 of the third stretching zone Vortex 47 of the exit godet 7 of the heating zone.
  • the whorls of a processing point lie on the legs of a V.
  • the functionally identical whorls of neighboring processing points lie on a horizontal line.
  • a lead whorl is used, which is designated here with the letter L.
  • the whorls of the respective input and output godets of a stretching zone are in turn connected to one another by toothed belts. Different stretching ratios can be set by keeping whorls of different sizes ready and using them depending on the desired stretching ratio.
  • the individual stretching zones are driven by the drive motors 31 to 33, each of which drives one of the whorls. These three motors can be replaced by one, in which case the three speed groups are coupled with change gears with a toothed belt.
  • the stretching ratio of the first stretching zone is set by the transmission belt 34, which drives the input godets 1 with the output godets 2 in connection with the whorl sizes.
  • the drive motor 32 serves to drive the whorls of the input godets 3 and output godets 4 of the second stretching zone.
  • the drive motor 32 is connected to a whorl 44 of the output godets 4 of the second stretching zone by means of a drive belt.
  • the input godets 3 of the second stretching zone are driven by transmission belts 35.
  • Drive motor 33 serves to drive the third stretch zone. It is connected to one of the whorls 45 of the entrance godet of the third stretch zone by drive belts. The output godets 46 are driven by transmission belts 36.
  • the output godets 7 of the heating zone with the whorls 47 are driven by transmission belts 37 with simultaneous reversal of the direction of rotation with a predetermined transmission ratio by selection of suitable whirl sizes from one of the whorls.
  • the transmission belts 34, 35, 36, 37 are tensioned by tensioning rollers 38, 39, 40, 48, 49.
  • Fig. 3 shows schematically the drive of the rewind.
  • drive motor 51 serves to drive the drive rollers 53, on which the coils 16 rest in circumferential contact.
  • Drive motor 52 serves to drive the traversing devices, of which the grooved rollers 54 are shown for guiding the traversing thread guide 18 back and forth.
  • the arrangement of the whorls, as shown in FIG. 3, enables many machine parts to be connected to one another in a very clear and technically simple manner. Because only one motor is provided for the godets of a stretching zone, the speeds of the stretching zones can be set independently of one another. The speed ratios are simply set and clearly displayed by the transmission belts 34, 35, 36, 37 in conjunction with the whorl sizes. By setting the speeds and speed ratios of a processing point, the corresponding settings for all other processing points are made at the same time.
  • the drive motors can be speed controlled independently of one another, for example by specifying the drive frequency.
  • the drive motors have a fixed speed ratio to each other.
