Abstract

Vorrichtung (1) zum Bandagieren von flexiblen, länglichen Dingen (20), bestehend aus einer Einrichtung (7) für einen Vorschub der Dinge (20) und einem koaxial zu der Längsachse der Dinge (20) angeordneten Wickelrad (12), das mit einem mitlaufenden Bandrollenträger (13) versehen ist, wobei erfindungsgemäß die Vorschubeinrichtung (7) mit einem Vorschubschlitten (8) versehen ist, der parallel zur Wickelradrotationsachse bzw zur Längsachse der Dinge (20) fahrbar ist und wickelradseitig eine Halteeinrichtung (9) für den Anfang der Dinge (20) aufweist, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (7) zwei senkrecht übereinander angeordnete und senkrecht ortsveränderbare Rollen (10, 11) aufweist, die mit ihren Rotationsachsen quer zur Längsachse der Dinge (20) orientiert sind und eine Rolle (10) als Vorschublängenmeßwertaufnehmer (10') und die andere Rolle (11) als Vorschubantrieb (11') vorgesehen ist, wobei der Vorschubschlitten (8) teilweise oder ganz mit dem Vorschubantrieb (11') synchronisiert ist und die Vorschublänge durch Soll- und Istwertvergleich über eine elektrische Programmsteuerung (2) gesteuert wird.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung nach der Gattung des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
  • Eine solche bekannte Vorrichtung weist eine Einrichtung für einen Vorschub der Dinge auf, wobei diese aus einer umlaufenden Kette für den Vorschub der Dinge besteht und die Kette mit gleichmäßig angeordneten Greifklemmen für die zu bandagierenden Dinge versehen ist. Zum Pro­grammieren von Bandagierschritten sind entsprechende Reiter vorgesehen Durch die endliche räumliche Ausdehnung dieser Reiter sind die Bandagierschritte in ihrer Wahl eingeschränkt Ein automatisches Bandagieren vom nahen Anfang der Dinge ist hierbei nicht möglich.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung nach der Gattung des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 zu schaffen, die die oben genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist, die ein einfaches Bandagieren in beliebigen Bandagierschritten und Bandagierlängen ermöglicht, geringere Rüstzeiten benötigt und eine hohe Reproduziergenauigkeit im Banda­gieren aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch den kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
  • Ein besonders vorteilhaftes Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung ist das programmierte Bandagieren von flexiblen Kabel­ strängen zu Kabelbäumen. Gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 wird durch einfache Handhabung an der Vorrichtung ein programmierbares Bandagieren ermöglicht.
  • Durch die in Nähe des Wickelrades angeordneten senkrecht übereinander angeordneten Rollen, wobei eine als Vorschub­längenmeßwertaufnehmer und die andere als Vorschubantrieb ausgebildet ist, wird ein Verdrehen der Dinge beim Bandagieren vorteilhafterweise verhindert.
  • Zwecks Überwindung des endlichen Vorschubbereichs des Vorschubschlittens übernimmt kurz vor Erreichen des Vorschubschlittenwegendes der Rollenvorschubantrieb den weiteren Vorschub der Dinge, wobei der Anfang der Dinge von der Halteeinrichtung über eine Steuerung gelöst wird.
  • Eine Bandvorratskontrollvorrichtung sorgt dafür, daß bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Bandrollenmindestdurch­messers der Bandagiervorgang gestoppt wird, damit durch Aufsetzen einer neuen Bandrolle das Bandagieren lückenlos fortgesetzt werden kann.
  • Der Mindestdurchmesser der Bandrolle kann sowohl über eine Hebelmechnik wie auch über eine Lichtschranke kontrolliert werden.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil ist darin zu sehen, daß die Vorrich­tung eine Bandabschneidvorrichtung aufweist, die nach Programmende eines Bandagiervorgangs oder bei Erreichen eines Bandrollenmindestdurchmessers das Band automatisch abschneidet.
  • Besonders präzises Bandabschneiden ergibt sich dadurch, daß die Bandabschneidvorrichtung mit einem senkrecht zum Band orientiertes, drehbares Messer versehen ist.
  • Durch eine elektrische Programmsteuerung ist die Vorrich­tung über entsprechende Software in kürzester Zeit für ein anderes Bandagierprogramm umrüstbar Auch lassen sich damit in kürzester Zeit sämtliche Bewegungsorgane der Vorrichtung gezielt umprogrammieren und logisch miteinander verknüpfen.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben.
  • Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 eine Frontansicht auf die Vorrichtung nebst der Programmsteuerung;
    • Fig. 2 und 3 die Vorschubeinrichtung in einer Bandagieran­fangsposition;
    • Fig. 4 bis 7 die Vorschubeinrichtung mit einem aktivierten Rollenvorschubantrieb;
    • Fig. 8 und 9 die Bandabschneidvorrichtung;
    • Fig. 10 und 11 eine Hebelmechanik-Bandvorratskontrollvor­richtung;
    • Fig. 12 eine Lichtschranken-Bandvorratskontroll­vorrichtung;
    • Fig. 13 ein Blockschaltplan für die Verknüpfung von Vorrichtungsorganen mit der Programm­steuerung;
    • Fig. 14 ein durch die Vorrichtung herzustellender Kabelbaum;
    • Fig. 15 bis 20 verschiedene Bandagierschritte zur Herstel­lung des Kabelbaumes nach der Fig. 14.
  • Fig 1 zeigt eine Vorrichtung 1 mit einer elektronischen Programmsteuerung 2, die ein Diskettenlaufwerk 3, ein Eingabetastenfeld 4 und ein Display 5 aufweist und mit einer Halterung 6 mit verschiedenen Antriebsorganen der Vorrichtung 1 verbunden ist. Die Vorrichtung 1 weist eine Vorschubeinrichtung 7 auf, die einerseits aus einem Vorschubschlitten 8 mit einer Halteeinrichtung 9 für das Halten von länglichen Dingen besteht und andererseits zwei senkrecht übereinander angeordnete und senkrecht ortsveränderbare Rollen 10, 11 aufweist, die mit ihren Rotationsachsen quer zur Längsachse der Dinge orientiert sind und eine Rolle 10 als Vorschublängen­meßwertaufnehmer 10ʹ und die andere Rolle 11 als Vorschub antrieb 11ʹ vorgesehen ist. Der Vorschubschlitten 8 ist parallel zur Wickelradrotationsachse bzw. zur Längs­achse der Dinge fahrbar ausgestaltet. Rechts neben der Rollen 10, 11 ist ein Wickelrad 12 angeordnet, daß mit einem mitlaufenden Bandrollenträger 13 versehen ist und von einer Sicherheitshaube 14 umschlossen sind. Rechts neben dem Wickelrad 12 ist ein Zuführungskanal 15 für das Zuführen von länglichen Dingen angeordnet. Zwischen den Rollen 10, 11 und dem Wickelrad 12 ist eine Bandabschneidvorrichtung 16 angeordnet, die bei Ende des Bandagiervorgangs oder bei Ende des Bandvorrats 17 das Band in Nähe der länglichen Dinge abschneidet. Am Bandrollenträger 13 ist eine Bandvorratskontrollvor­richtung 18 vorgesehen, die dazu dient daß rechtzeitig vor Ende des Bandvorrats 17 der Bandagiervorgang auto­matisch beendet wird, um dann mit einem neuen Bandvorrat 17 den Bandagiervorgang programmgemäß fortführen zu können.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht die Vorschubeinrich­tung 7 in einer Bandagieranfangsposition. Hierzu ist der Vorschubschlitten 8 von seiner linken, gestrichelten Ruheposition 19 mit der Halteeinrichtung 9 in das Wickel­rad 12 eingefahren, wobei mittels der Halteeinrichtung 9 der Anfang der zu bandgierenden Dinge 20 verbunden ist. Vorzugsweise eignet sich zum Bandagieren ein ein­seitig klebendes Band 21. In dieser Startposition liegen die Rollen 10, 11 soweit auseinander, daß der Vorschub­schlitten 8 ungehindert durch diese sich in die Start­position bewegen kann. Eine Draufsicht auf die Vorschub­einrichtung 7 nach Fig. 2 zeigt die Fig. 3. Für ein programmiertes Halten der Dinge 20 mittels der Halteein­richtung 9 steht diese in Wirkverbindung mit einem steuerbaren Hubzylinder 22, womit die Halteeinrichtung 9 steuerbar ist. Wie gestrichtelt angedeutet, ist einer­seits die Rolle 11 mit einem Motor 23 verbunden und andererseits ist der Vorschubschlitten 8 über eine steuerbare Kupplung 24 mit dem Motor 23 verbunden, der zugleich als Weggeberantrieb 23ʹ dienen kann. Zur Kontrolle bzw. Messung des vorgegebenen Weges kann der Vorschubschlitten 8 mit einer digitalisierten Weg­längenskala 25 versehen werden, die mittels des optischen Sensors mit der Steuerung 2 korrespondiert.
  • Nachdem der Vorschubschlitten 8 mit den Dingen 20 aus dem Bereich der beiden Rollen 10, 11 und dem Wickelrad 12 herausgefahren ist, fahren die beiden Rollen 10, 11 derart zusammen, daß sie in Kontakt mit den länglichen Dingen 20 stehen, daß einerseits die Rolle 10 als Meßwert­aufnehmer 10ʹ und andererseits die Rolle 11 als Vorschub­antrieb 11ʹ wirkt. Diese Position zeigt die Fig. 4, wobei die beiden Rollen 10, 11 bzw. der Vorschubantrieb 11ʹ von der Vorschubgeschwindigkeit synchron mit dem Vorschubschlitten 8 nach links in Richtung des Pfeiles 26 verläuft.
  • Eine Draufsicht auf die Vorschubeinrichtung 7 gemäß der Fig. 4 ist in der Fig. 5 dargestellt.
  • Wird die maximale Weglänge des Vorschubschlittens 8 erreicht, ohne daß die Bandagierlänge der Dinge 20 ereicht ist, wird programmgemäß die Haltevorrichtung 9 vom Hubzylinder 22 gelöst, wodurch die Dinge 20 nach unten fallen und nun allein der Vorschubantrieb 11ʹ den Vorschub der Dinge 20 übernimmt. Diese Position ist in der Fig. 6 dargestellt.
  • Eine Draufsicht auf die Vorschubeinrichtung 7 gemäß der Fig. 6 ist in der Fig. 7 dargestellt.
  • Die Figuren 8 und 9 zeigen eine pneumatisch betriebene Bandabschneidvorrichtung 16, die sich in der passiven Position (Fig. 9) außerhalb des Wickelrades 12 befindet Diese Position 27 ist in der Fig. 8 dargestellt. Zum Abschneiden des Bandagierbandes 21 wird die Bandabschneid­vorrichtung 16 durch den Kolbenzylinder 28 in die ge­strichelte Position gebracht. Eine Draufsicht auf diese Position ist in der Fig. 9 dargestellt. Dann wird die Bandabschneidvorrichtung 16 weiter in die gestrichelte Position über den Kolbenzylinder 29 gebracht. Das Band 21 befindet sich in einem Schlitz 30, wobei ein senkrecht zum Band 21 orieniertes, über eine Achse 31 drehbares Messer 32 angeordnet ist und von einem Kolbenzylinder 33 antreibbar ist. Durch diesen Schnitt des Messers 32 um die Achse 31 wird ein sicherer Schnitt des Bandes 21 erreicht. Nach Beendigung des Schnitts wird die Bandabschneidvorrichtung 16 in umgekehrter Reihenfolge in die passive Position 27 (Fig. 8) von der Steuerung 2 gebracht.
  • In der Fig. 10 und 11 ist eine Bandvorratskontrollvor­richtung 18 mit einer den Bandrollenmindestdurchmesser messenden Einrichtung 34 dargestellt, die bei Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Mindestdurchmessers den Bandagiervor­gang über eine Hebelmechanik 35 stoppt. Der Bandrollen­durchmesser wird von einer Rolle 36 abgetastet und je nach Bandrollendurchmesser den Hebel 37 über die ortsfeste Achse 38 bewegt, wodurch über die Achse 39 der Hebel 40 über die ortsfeste Achse 41 gemäß der Fig. 11 verschwenkt wird, wodurch ein Tasthebel 42 bei einem vorgegebenen Mindestdurchmesser in eine Ausneh­mung 43 fährt und mit einem anderen Ende ein Näherungs­schalter 44 aktiviert, der seinerseits über die Steuerung 2 den Bandagiervorgang beendet. Eine kontaktlose Bandvor­ratskontrollvorrichtung 18 wird mittels einer Licht­schranke 45 erreicht, wobei einerseits der Bandroller 46 ein Lichtsender 47 und andererseits ein Lichtempfänger 48 angeordnet ist, der die Funktion eines Näherungsschal­ters 44 aufweist.
  • In der Fig. 13 ist ein Blockschaltbild für die Steuerung der Vorrichtung 1 dargestellt, die Strich/Punktlinien stellen Druckluftleitungen 49, die gestrichelten Linien mechanische Antriebe 50 und die durchgehenden Linien steuerungs- bzw. Signalwege 51 dar. In logischer Ver­knüpfung sind von der Programmsteuerung 2 ein Druckluft­generator 52, die Motoren 23, 53 und die Bandvorratskon­trollvorrichtung 18 verbunden. Weiterhin ist ein Drehgeber 54 vorgesehen, der die vorgegebene Umdrehungszahl des Wickelrades 12 mit der Vorschubeinrichtung 7 über den Motor 23 mittels eines Weglängenskalameßwertaufnehmers 25ʹ und des Vorschublängenmeßwertaufnehmers 10ʹ synchronie­siert.
  • Am Beispiel eines zu bandagierenden Kabelbaumes 55 gemäß Fig. 14 wird der Bandagiervorgang näher erläutert.
  • Die mit einer Ziffer versehenen Pfeile geben die Reihen­folge und Richtung des Bandagiervorgangs vor. Die Werte x₁ bis x₆ geben die jeweilige Bandagierlänge vor; mit y₁ bis y₄ sind die nicht zu bandagierenden Längen vorge­geben.
  • Die Fig. 15 bis 20 verdeutlichen die einzelnen manuellen und programmierten Arbeitsschritte, wobei die rechteckigen Felder die Programmierung über das Display 5 anzeigt.
  • Gemäß Fig. 15 wird in einem ersten Arbeitsschritt 1 der Anfang eines einseitig klebendes Bandes 21 an den Anfang des Kabelbaumes 55 angelegt. Nachdem die Schutzhaube (nicht dargestellt) das Wickelrad 12 abgesichert hat, beginnt der Bandagiervorgang bei einer Anzeige von 0 mm und endet nach einer Bandagierlänge von 1190 mm (= x₁). Danach wird das Band 21 automatisch von einer Bandabschneideinrichtung 16 abgeschnitten. In einem zweiten Schritt 2 wird der Kabelbaum 55 in Pfeilrich­tung mit einem Vorschub von 180 mm Länge (= y₁) bewegt. Dann öffnet sich automatisch die Schutzhaube zum manuellen Anlegen des Bandanfangs an den Kabelbaum 55 (Fig. 16), womit nach Schließen der Schutzhaube in einem dritten Schritt 3 der Kabelbaum 55 mit einer Wickellänge von 210 mm (= x₂) versehen wird. Nach dem automatischen Abschneiden des Bandes 21 öffnet sich automatisch die Schutzhaube. Eine Mitnehmerzange (Halteeinrichtung 9) wird in eine Anfangsposition gebracht, um das Kabelbaum­ende bzw. den Anfang mit der Mitnehmerzange zu verbinden (Fig. 17). Daran schließen sich die Arbeitsschritte 6 bis 8 gemäß der Fig. 17 bis 20 an.

Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Bandagieren von flexiblen, läng­lichen Dingen (20), bestehend aus einer Einrichtung (7) für einen Vorschub der Dinge (20) und einem koaxial zu der Längsachse der Dinge (20) angeordneten Wickelrad (12), das mit einem mitlaufenden Bandrollen­träger (13) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (7) mit einem Vorschub­schlitten (8) versehen ist, der parallel zur Wickelrad­rotationsachse bzw. zur Längsachse der Dinge (20) fahrbar ist und wickelradseitig eine Halteeinrichtung (9) für den Anfang der Dinge (20) aufweist, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (7) zwei senkrecht übereinander angeordnete und senkrecht ortsveränderbare Rollen (10, 11) aufweist, die mit ihren Rotationsachsen quer zur Längsachse der Dinge (20) orientiert sind und eine Rolle (10) als Vorschublängenmeßwertaufnehmer (10ʹ) und die andere Rolle (11) als Vorschubantrieb (11ʹ) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Vorschubschlitten (8) teilweise oder ganz mit dem Vorschubantrieb (11ʹ) synchronisiert ist und die Vorschublänge durch Soll- und Istwertvergleich über eine elektrische Programmsteuerung (2) gesteuert wird.
2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die Rollen (10, 11) in Nähe des Wickelrades (12) angeordnet sind.
3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß der Vorschubschlitten (8) mit einem Weggeber­antrieb (23ʹ) versehen ist.
4. Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rollenvorschubantrieb (11ʹ) durch eine Steuerung (2) aktiviert wird und der Anfang der Dinge (20) von der Halteeinrichtung (9) über die Steuerung (2) gelöst wird.
5. Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandrollenträger (13) mit einer Bandvorratskontrollvorrichtung (18) versehen ist.
6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die Vorrichtung (18) mit einer den Bandrollen­mindestdurchmesser messenden Einrichtung (34) versehen ist und bei Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Mindestdurch­messers den Bandagiervorgang stoppt.
7 Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messung des Mindestdurch­messers über eine Hebelmechanik (35) oder eine Lichtschranke (45) erfolgt.
8. Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bandabschneidvorrichtung (16) vorgesehen ist.
9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die Bandabschneidvorrichtung (16) mit einem Schlitz (30) für das abzuschneidende Band (21) versehen ist und ein senkrecht zum Band (21) orientiertes, drehbares Messer (32) aufweist.
