Claims (10)

1. Machine de coupe circulaire destinée à la coupe de produits alimentaires, en particulier saucisses, jambon, lard, viande, fromage ou similaire, comprenant un bâti de base (1), sur lequel sont agencés, en particulier avec faculté de réglage en inclinaison, une tête de découpe pourvue d'une unité d'entraînement (8) et comportant un couteau circulaire (9) décrivant un mouvement planétaire et une unité d'admission de produit qui comporte un guidage (4) pour produit à découper présentant une surface de support pour le produit à découper, ladite machine comprenant de plus des organes (6) de maintien du produit à découper et un dispositif d'avance (5), caractérisée en ce que la position relative entre au moins la surface de support pour le produit à découper ainsi que les organes de maintien du produit à découper et le plan de coupe du couteau peut être modifiée au moyen d'une unité d'actionnement (7, 12) commandable, sur une course de recul prédéterminée et en particulier pour une courte durée.

Machine de coupe circulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'alimentation en produit comprend un cadre extérieur (2) monté sur le bâti de base (1) et un chariot (3) guidé en translation sur le cadre extérieur (2), en ce que le dispositif d'avance (5), le guidage (4) du produit à découper et les organes de maintien (6) du produit à découper sont intégrés dans le chariot (3), et en ce que il est prévu entre le cadre extérieur (2) et le chariot (3) une unité d'actionnement (7) commandable, en particulier sous la forme d'un agencement à piston-et-cylindre pour produire une course relative prédéterminée entre le cadre extérieur (2) et le chariot (3).

Machine de coupe circulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu en avant du couteau circulaire en rotation (9) un coulisseau (10) commandable entre une position de blocage et une position de libération, et en ce que l'extrémité côté couteau du guidage (4) de produit à découper prévu sur le chariot (3) est disposée à l'extrémité de la course d'avance du chariot (3), effectuée au moyen de l'unité d'actionnement (7), dans le trajet de déplacement du coulisseau (10) et au voisinage direct du couteau circulaire (9), tandis qu'il existe à l'extrémité de la course de recul du chariot (3) une distance par rapport au couteau circulaire (9) comprise entre 15 et 40 mm, en particulier d'environ 30 mm.

Machine de coupe circulaire selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu entre le chariot (3) et l'articulation (13) côté chariot de l'unité d'actionnement (7) un organe de réglage (12) destiné au déplacement du point d'articulation de l'unité d'actionnement (7). 5. Machine de coupe circulaire selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'agencement à piston-et-cylindre constituant l'organe de réglage (12) attaque au moyen d'un levier (14) un axe excentrique sur lequel sont articulées l'unité d'actionnement (7) et une pièce de liaison (15) solidaire du chariot, le chariot (3) étant déplacé par rapport à l'unité d'actionnement (7) ou par rapport au cadre extérieur (2) par déplacement du levier.
8. Machine de coupe circulaire selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, en vue de la formation morceaux d'entame du produit à découper, l'unité d'actionnement (7) et l'entraînement à broche du dispositif d'avance (5) sont activés simultanément.
9. Machine de coupe circulaire selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu sur le chariot (3) un organe de maintien vers le bas fonctionnant à la manière d'un frein et agissant sur le produit à découper respectif, et au moins un dispositif destiné au suivi latéral de la butée.
10. Machine de coupe circulaire selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la butée est ajustable au moyen d'une force de ressort.
