Claims (9)

1. Schreibgerät mit einem rohrförmigen Körper (1, 1′), einer Kappe (2) und einem Schreibelement (3, 3′), welches mit einem Schreiborgan (21) ausgebildet ist und eine füllbare Tintenpatrone (24) aufnehmen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es umfaßt:
- ein Verbindungselement (7, 7′), welches relativ zum Körper (1) frei drehbar und mit diesem translatorisch verbunden ist;
- ein Steuerorgan (5, 5′), welches dem Benutzer vom Äußeren des Schreibgerätes zugänglich ist und mit dem Verbindungselement verbunden ist;
- Mittel zur Sicherstellung der Kopplung des Verbindungselementes (7, 7′) und des Schreibelementes (3, 3′), sodaß eine Drehbewegung des Verbindungselementes in einer bestimmten Richtung eine Längsverschiebung des Schreibelementes (3, 3′) in einer ebenfalls bestimmten Richtung im Hinblick auf seine Montage bzw. Demontage bewirkt; und
- Mittel zur Sicherstellung einer Dreh-Verbindung und einer Ermöglichung einer Translationsbewegung des Schreibelementes (3, 3′) relativ zum Körper (1, 1′).
2. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schreibelement (3) und der Körper (1) drehfest und für eine Translationsbewegung frei durch Zwischenschaltung von einander gegenüberliegend angeordneten Rillen (16) mit komplementärer Form verbunden sind.
3. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan (5′) an einem inneren Vorsprung (27) des Körpers (1) anliegt.
4. Schreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan (5′) und der Körper (1) einander gegenüberliegend angeordnete, ringförmige Nuten (46, 47) aufweisen, in welchen ein Ring (48) angeordnet ist.
5. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (7) einen integralen Bestandteil des Steuerorganes (5′) bildet.
6. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schreibelement (3′) im Inneren des Körpers (1′) durch einen rohrförmigen Bereich (4) verlängert ist, welcher mit mit einem Gewinde versehenen Bereich des Steuerorgans (5′) verbunden ist.
7. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bereich des Schreibelementes (3′) gegenüber einer Rotationsbewegung in einer Bohrung (31) des Körpers (1) blockiert ist und einen Vorsprung (35) aufweist, welcher in eine schraubenförmige Nut des Rohres (7′) eingreift.
8. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drehmomentbegrenzer-Einrichtung zwischen dem Steuerorgan (5′) und dem Verbindungselement (7′) angeordnet ist.
9. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehmomentbegrenzer-Einrichtung ein Sperrad (41) umfaßt, welches in einen Bereich des Rohres (7′) mit entsprechender Form eingreift.
