Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour homogénéiser un mélange de liquides, en forme d'un arrangement cylindrique d'au moins deux organes de comminution agencés sur des supports (11,13; 12), l'organe de comminution extérieur (1) stationnaire étant un anneau (3,17) présentant des fentes (4), et l'organe de comminution intérieur (2) rotatif comportant au moins deux ailes (18), caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième anneau (5,16) à fentes (6) est disposé autour de l'anneau (3,17) de l'organe de comminution extérieur (1), et que les deux anneaux (3,5; 17,16) sont déplaçables l'un par rapport à l'autre le long de leur axe médian (M) commun.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (4,6) de l'anneau intérieur (3,17) et extérieur (5,16) sont disposées environ perpendiculairement à l'axe médian (M).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau extérieur (5) est susceptible d'être attaché au support (11) de l'organe de comminution extérieur (1) au moyen d'une vis (7).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau extérieur (5) est fixé en rotation pendant le déplacement par un arrêt anti-rotatif (19,20).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il fait partie d'un appareil et est disposé dans un récipient (8) qui présente une arrivée (9) et une sortie (10), l'anneau extérieur (16) étant disposé au-dessus de l'arrivée (9) et connecté au récipient (8), et l'anneau intérieur (17) étant connecté au support (13) et disposé dans un passage (14) dans le récipient (8) de manière déplaçable par rapport à l'anneau extérieur (16).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les faces frontales des ailes (18) sont conformées en lames tranchantes, les faces frontales présentant par rapport aux surfaces latérales un angle qui dévie de 90°.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les ailes présentent des perforations.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les ailes (18), en particulier leurs tranchants, sont durcies à froid ou revêtues d'un matériau à résistance mécanique élevée.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les côtés étroits des fentes (5,6) faisant face aux tranchants des ailes sont conformés en arêtes tranchantes.
