Abstract

Bei einem Etagenturm zur Warenausstellung umfassend mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Etagenböden (10), welche durch eine Mehrzahl von Abstandsstützen (12) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, wird vorge­schlagen, daß längs einer Vorderkante (16) einer Grundplatte (14) des jeweiligen Etagenbodens eine von dieser aus im wesentlichen abwärts gerichtete Vorder­wand (18) und längs einer Hinterkante (21) der Grund­platte (14) eine von dieser aus im wesentlichen auf­wärts gerichtete Hinterwand (22) vorgesehen ist und daß die Grundplatte (14) von der Vorderkante zur Hin­terkante nach unten geneigt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Etagenturm zur Warenaus­stellung umfassend mindestens zwei übereinander ange­ordnete Etagenböden, welche durch eine Mehrzahl von Abstandsstützen lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, und eine Standfläche zum Aufstellen auf einen im wesent­lichen horizontalen Standboden, wobei ein Etagenboden von einer Grundplatte gebildet und von einer Umfassungs­wandanordnung umgeben ist.
  • Ein solcher Etagenturm ist beispielsweise aus dem DE-GM 84 03 538 bekannt. Dabei ist ein Etagenboden von einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Platte gebildet, welche ringsum von der Umfassungswandanordnung um­schlossen ist. Die Umfassungswandanordnung steht dabei längs aller Kanten jeweils gleich weit nach oben und unten über die Horizontale der Grundplatte des Etagenbodens über.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Etagen­turm gattungsgemäßer Art dahin weiterzubilden, daß die Sicht auf die jeweils vordersten ausgestellten Waren verbessert wird und gleichwohl eine sichere Auflagerung der Waren auf dem jeweiligen Etagenboden auch dann ge­währleistet ist, wenn die Standstabilität der Waren, etwa bei hohen Packungen mit kleiner Standfläche, von Haus aus gering ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorge­schlagen, daß die Umfassungswandanordnung längs einer Vorderkante der Grundplatte eine von dieser aus im wesentlichen abwärts gerichtete Vorderwand und längs einer Hinterkante der Grundplatte eine von dieser aus im wesentlichen aufwärts gerichtete Hinterwand umfaßt und daß die Grundplatte bei Auflage der Standfläche auf dem Standboden von der Vorderkante zur Hinterkante nach unter geneigt ist.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform sind die auf dem jeweiligen Etagenboden stehenden Waren bis herab zu ihrer Standfläche voll sichtbar. Durch die Neigung des Etagenbodens nach rückwärts und unten ist sicherge­stellt, daß die Waren zum Kippen nach rückwärts neigen und an der Hinterwand eine stabile Anlage finden.
  • Durch im wesentlichen keilförmige Seitenwände läßt sich erreichen, daß die Etagenböden raumsparend gestapelt werden können, da zwei übereinander gelegte Etagen­böden zusammen jeweils ein im wesentlichen quaderför­miges Gebilde ergeben. Überdies ergibt sich eine aus­reichende Seitenstabilität der ausgestellten Gegen­stände zumindest im rückwärtigen Bereich, die sich durch Reibschluß unter Schwerkrafteinwirkung auch auf die jeweils vorderen Gegenstände überträgt, die dann auch von der Seite guter Einsichtmöglichkeit unter­liegen.
  • Die Unterkanten der keiligen Seitenwände horizontal verlaufen zu lassen, empfiehlt sich insbesondere aus optischen Gründen, hat aber auch den technischen Vor­teil, daß eine Kontrolle des ordnungsgemäßen Regalauf­baus möglich ist.
  • Weiter empfiehlt es sich, daß die Oberkante einer Seiten­wand bei auf dem Standboden aufliegender Standfläche im wesentlichen geradlinig von dem Niveau der Grund­platte im Bereich ihrer Vorderkante zur Oberkante der 80 Hinterwand verläuft. Dadurch wird im Vorderbereich optimale Einsichtmöglichkeit und im Hinterbereich optimale Standfestigkeit der ausgestellten Ware ge­währleistet, wobei sich letztere wieder reibschlüssig auf die vorderen Gegenstände überträgt.
  • Um einen besonderen Standfuß einzusparen und als Stand­ fuß einen Etagenboden verwenden zu können, wird vorge­schlagen, daß die Standfläche von den Unterkanten der Seitenwände und gegebenenfalls von der Unterkante der Vorderwand und/oder der Hinterkante der Grundplatte des untersten Etagenbodens gebildet ist.
  • Die Vorderkante kann Befestigungsmittel für einen Werbe­träger aufweisen, wobei diese Befestigungsmittel als ein nach oben offener Wechselrahmen für das Einschieben des Werbeträgers ausgebildet sein können.
  • Wie schon aus dem DE-GM 84 03 538 bekannt, können die Etagenböden im wesentlichen rechteckigen Umriß besitzen. Generell empfiehlt es sich - und dies gilt insbesondere für Etagenböden mit rechteckigem Umriß -, daß die Etagen­böden durch insgesamt vier Abstandsstützen miteinander verbunden sind, von denen zwei in der Nähe der Vorder­wand und zwei weitere in der Nähe der Hinterwand je­weils seitenwandnah angebracht sind.
  • Um eine optimale Sicht von vorne zu gewährleisten, ist vorgesehen, daß an den Seitenwänden außenseitig je­weils zwei Doppelfassungen zur Aufnahme des unteren Endes einer oberen Abstandsstütze und des oberen Endes einer unteren Abstandsstütze angebracht sind.
  • Im Hinblick auf ein glattes Erscheinungsbild von außen und auf gute und übersichtliche Reinigungsfähigkeit empfiehlt es sich, daß die Doppelfassungen sich jeweils über die Höhe der Seitenwand an der jeweiligen Stelle der Seitenwände erstrecken.
  • Herstellungstechnisch im Hinblick auf Spritzgußtechnik ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Doppelfassungen als Fassungsröhren ausgebildet sind, welche jeweils durch eine Mittelwand in obere und untere Fassungs­ taschen unterteilt sind.
  • Um vorne und hinten mit identischen Abstandsstützen auszukommen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß sich die Mittel­wände vorderer und hinterer Fassungsröhren jeweils in einer gemeinsamen Horizontalebene befinden, wenn die Standfläche auf dem Standboden aufliegt.
  • Um die Abstandsstützen bei vorgegebenem Widerstandsmo­ment mit möglichst geringer Ausladung gegenüber den Seitenwänden ausführen zu können, empfiehlt es sich, daß die Abstandsstützen und die Doppelfassungen im Querschnitt jeweils polygonal sind und daß jeweils eine seitenwandnahe Begrenzungswand einer Doppelfassung in der zugehörigen Seitenwandebene liegt. Besonders günstige Reinigungsmöglichkeiten ergeben sich dann, wenn die Abstandsstützen und die Doppelfassungen jeweils gleichschenklig trapezförmigen Querschnitt besitzen und wenn von den Begrenzungswänden der Doppelfassungen je­weils zwei parallel zu der jeweiligen Seitenwand sind, während zwei weitere zur Außenseite der jeweiligen Seitenwand hin divergieren. Es sind dann tote Winkel, die schwer zu reinigen sind, vollständig vermieden.
  • Um aus gleichen Teilen zusammengesetzte Etagentürme mit möglichst geringem Zwischenraum nebeneinandersetzen zu können und gleichwohl eine Fluchtung der vorderkanten der Etagenböden benachbarter Etagenregale zu erhalten, ist vorgesehen, daß die Doppelfassungen an der einen Seitenwand und die Doppelfassungen an der anderen Seitenwand paarweise in Längsrichtung der Seitenwände gegeneinander versetzt sind.
  • Die beiliegenden Figuren erläutern die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen. Es stellen dar:
    • Fig. 1 in Perspektive einen erfindungsgemäßen Etagen­turm;
    • Fig. 2 eine Unteransicht eines Etagenbodens in Pfeil­richtung II der Fig. 3;
    • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach Linie III-III der Fig. 1;
    • Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV der Fig. 1 und
    • Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf zwei benachbarte Etagen­böden zweier benachbart aufgestellter Etagen­türme.
  • In Fig. 1 erkennt man drei Etagenböden 10, die durch jeweils vier Abstandsstützen 12 in Abstand miteinander verbunden sind. Der unterste Etagenboden 10 dient dabei als Standfuß.
  • Jeder Etagenboden 10 umfaßt eine Grundplatte 14, die -­wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich - von vorne und oben nach hinten und rückwärts geneigt ist. An der Vorderkante 16 der Grundplatte 14 schließt unten ein Vorderwand 18 an, die einstückig mit einem Wechselrahmen 20 zum Einstecken eines Werbeträgers ausgeführt ist. An die Hinterkante 21 der Grundplatte 14 schließt sich nach oben eine Hin­terwand 22 an. Die Seitenwände 24, 24′ sind - wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich - keilig mit einer Unterkante 26 und einer Oberkante 28. Die Unterkante 26 liegt im aufgestellten Zustand des Etagenturms horizontal und bildet einen Teil der Standfläche. Die Oberkante 28 läuft von der Vorderkante 16 der Grundplatte 14 zur Oberkante 30 der Hinterwand 22.
  • An den Seitenwänden 24 sind als Doppelfassungen ausge­bildete Fassungsröhren 32, 34 einstückig angebracht, die unterschiedliche Höhen besitzen entsprechend der Höhe der Seitenwände 24 an der jeweiligen Anbringungsstelle. Die Fassungsröhren 32 und 34 sind - wie aus Fig. 2 er­sichtlich - im Querschnitt trapezförmig mit zueinander parallelen Begrenzungswänden 32a, 34a, 32b, 34b und zur Seitenwand 24 divergierenden Begrenzungswänden 32c, 34c, 32d, 34d. Die Begrenzungswände 32b, 34b sind Teile der Seitenwände 24. Die Abstandsstützen 12 sind ent­sprechende trapezförmige Hohlprofile. Die Fassungs­röhren sind - wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich - durch Mittel­wände 32e, 34e in obere und untere Fassungstaschen 32 I, 34 I bzw. 32 II und 34 II unterteilt. Jede dieser Fas­sungstaschen nimmt ein Ende einer oberen bzw. unteren Abstandsstütze 12 auf. Man erkennt, daß die Mittelwände 32e und 34e auf gleicher Höhe liegen. Damit ergeben sich unterschiedliche Höhen der Fassungstaschen. Andererseits können sämtliche Abstandsstützen 12 gleich lang sein, was die Montage erheblich erleichtert.
  • Fig. 5 läßt erkennen, daß die Fassungsröhren 32, 34 an der einen Seitenwand 24 gegenüber den Fassungsröhren 32′, 34′ an der anderen Seitenwand 24′ paarweise in Längsrichtung der jeweiligen Seitenwand zueinander ver­setzt sind, so daß eine Stellung zweier benachbarter Etagentürme gemäß Fig. 5 möglich ist, in der deren be­nachbarte Seitenwände 24, 24′ minimalen Abstand haben und die Vorderkanten 16 miteinander fluchten.
  • Fig. 2 läßt eine Versteifungsrippe 36 an der Unterseite 80 der Grundplatte 14 erkennen. Die Lage dieser Verstei­fungsrippe 36 ist so, daß sie trotz Versetzung der Fassungsröhren 32 und 32′ mit beiden Enden jeweils an einer der Fassungsröhren 32 und 32′ angreift. Weiter­hin läßt Fig. 2 Knotenelemente 38 erkennen, welche die Vorderwand 18 gegenüber der Grundplatte 14 versteifen. Die Hinterwand 22 ist durch einen Flansch 40 versteift.
  • Die Etagenböden 10 können einstückig aus thermoplasti­schem Material gegossen oder gespritzt sein. Das thermo­plastische Material kann dabei undurchsichtig oder be­vorzugt transparent sein.
  • Neben den bereits erwähnten Versteifungsrippen 36 können, wie in den Fig. 2 und 3 kenntlich gemacht, noch weitere in Tiefenrichtung des Regalbodens ver­laufende Versteifungsrippen 80 vorgesehen sein, welche die Grundplatte 14 und die Vorderwand 18 versteifen.

Claims (20)

1. Etagenturm zur Warenausstellung umfassend mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Etagenböden (10), welche durch eine Mehrzahl von Abstandsstützen (12) lösbar mitein­ander verbunden sind, und eine Standfläche zum Aufstellen auf einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Standboden, wobei ein Etagenboden von einer Grundplatte (14) gebildet und diese von einer Umfassungswandanordnung (18, 22, 24, 24′) umgeben ist,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,

daß die Umfassungswandanordnung (18, 22, 24, 24′) längs einer Vorderkante (16) der Grundplatte (14) eine von dieser aus im wesentlichen abwärts gerichtete Vorderwand (18) und längs einer Hinterkante (21) der Grundplatte (14) eine von dieser aus im wesentlichen aufwärts gerichtete Hin­terwand (22) umfaßt und daß die Grundplatte (14) bei Auflage der Standfläche auf dem Standboden von der Vorderkante (16) zur Hinterkante (21) nach unten geneigt ist.
2. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfassungswandnaordnung (18, 22, 24, 24′) zwei im wesentlichen keilförmige Seitenwände (24, 24′) umfaßt.
3. Etagenturm nach Anpspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterkante (26) einer Seitenwand (24) bei auf dem Standboden aufliegender Standfläche im wesent­lichen horizontal verläuft.
4. Etagenturm nach Anpspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberkante (28) einer Seitenwand (24) bei auf dem Standboden aufliegender Standfläche im wesent­lichen geradlinig von dem Niveau der Grundplatte (14) im Bereich ihrer Vorderkante (16) zur Oberkante (30) der Hinterwand (22) verläuft.
5. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standfläche von den Un­terkanten (26) der Seitenwände (24, 24′) und gege­benenfalls von der Unterkante der Vorderwand (18) und/oder der Hinterkante (21) der Grundplatte (14) des untersten Etagenbodens (10) gebildet ist.
6. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Vorderwand (18) Befestigungsmittel (20) für Werbeträger angebracht sind.
7. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (20) von einem nach oben offenen Wechselrahmen für das Einschieben eines Wer­beträgers gebildet sind.
8. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatten (14) der Etagenböden (10) im wesentlichen rechteckigen Umriß besitzen.
9. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etagenböden (10) durch insgesamt vier Abstandsstützen (12) miteinander ver­bunden sind, von denen zwei in der Nähe der Vorder­wand (18) und zwei weitere in der Nähe der Hinter­wand (22) jeweils seitenwandnah angebracht sind.
10. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Seitenwänden (24, 24′) außenseitig je­weils zwei Doppelfassungen (32, 34) zur Aufnahme des unteren Endes einer oberen Abstandsstütze (12) und des oberen Endes einer unteren Abstandsstütze (12) angebracht sind.
11. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelfassungen (32, 34) sich jeweils über die Höhe der Seitenwand (24, 24′) an der jeweiligen Stelle der Seitenwände (24, 24′) erstrecken.
12. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß die Doppelfassungen (32, 34) als Fassungsröhren ausgebildet sind, welche jeweils durch eine Mittelwand (32e, 34e) in obere und untere Fassungstaschen (32 I, 32 II, 34 I, 34 II) unterteilt sind.
13. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Mittelwände (32e, 34e) vorderer und hinterer Fassungsröhren (32, 34) jeweils in einer gemeinsamen Horizontalebene befinden, wenn die Standfläche auf dem Standboden aufliegt.

Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandsstützen (12) und die Doppelfassungen (32, 34) im Querschnitt jeweils polygonal sind und daß jeweils eine seiten­wandnahe Begrenzungswand (32b, 34b) einer Doppel­fassung (32, 34) in der zugehörigen Seitenwandebene liegt.
15. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandsstützen (12) und die Doppelfassungen (32, 34) viereckigen Querschnitt haben.
16. Etagenturm nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandsstützen (12) und die Doppelfassungen (32, 34) jeweils gleichschenklig trapezförmigen Querschnitt besitzen und daß von den Begrenzungs­wänden der Doppelfassungen (32, 34) jeweils zwei (32a, 32b, 34a, 34b) parallel zu der jeweiligen Seitenwand (24) sind, während zwei weitere (32c, 32d, 34c, 34d) zur Außenseite der jeweiligen Seiten­wand (24) hin divergieren.
17. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelfassungen (32, 34) an der einen Seitenwand (24) und die Doppelfassungen (32′, 34′) an der anderen Seitenwand (24′) paarweise in Längsrichtung der Seitenwände (24, 24′) gegenein­ander versetzt sind.

Etagenturm nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelfassungen (32, 34, 32′, 34′) paarweise soweit gegeneinander versetzt sind, daß bei Neben­ einanderaufstellung von zwei aus identischen Teilen aufgebauten Etagentürmen die Fassungen (32, 34, 32′, 34′) benachbarter Seitenwände (24, 24′) in Längs­richtung dieser Seitenwände gegeneinander anschlagen und die Vorderkanten (16) der Grundplatten (14) be­nachbarter Etagenböden (10) miteinander fluchten.
19. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (14) an ihrer Unterseite durch eine Versteifungsrippe (36) versteift ist, welche zwischen zwei paarweise zu­sammengehörigen Doppelfassungen (32, 32′) verläuft.
20. Etagenturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte(14)an ihrer Unterseite durch quer- und/oder längsverlau­fende Versteifungsrippen(36, 80)versteift ist.
