Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de support extensible, dont l'allongement et le raccourcissement résultent de l'actionnement d'une pompe à air et d'une valve.
Le dispositif comporte une chambre à air (15), constituée, à l'extérieur d'un corps tubulaire (6), par la surface d'une membrane simple (17) et de la surface intérieure d'un cylindre (16), et positionnée de façon à maximiser le rendement de l'actionnement latéral d'une tige (14), guidée par le corps du cylindre (24), et qui actionne à son tour une plaque (3) intégrée au corps tubulaire mâle (6) d'un dispositif télescopique (1), et maintenue parallèle par rapport à la paroi (7) qui lui est opposée dans le corps tubulaire, et à permettre ainsi l'allongement/le raccourcissement d'un système de pans articulés (5) de faible largeur, en accordéon, complétés de pans symétriques (4), de manière à définir des croisillons articulés autour d'axes (11) pouvant occuper toute la hauteur du dispositif télescopique avant et après son extension.
Ce dispositif, utilisé comme piétement est particulièrement adapté à l'obtention d'une proclive/déclive et/ou d'une surélévation pour des lits utilisés en milieu hospitalier.
