Claims (1)
- Méthode pour la rectification des surfaces internes cylindriques d'un alésage et la rectification plane simultanée de la surface frontale d'une pièce à usiner, en particulier pour l'usinage oscillante,
caractérisée en ce qu'une meule (2) en forme de champignon ayant une section de base (3) et une section de tête (4) est utilisée,a) la section de tête (4) ayant un diamètre plus grand que la section de base (3), et ayant une surface arrière de rectification dirigée vers la section de base (3),b) la section de base (3) ayant une section décroissante vers la section de tête (4), et ayant donc une surface conique de rectification,c) la surface arrière de rectification de la section de tête (4) s'étendant rectangulairement par rapport à la surface de rectification de la section de base (3), par fixer la meule (2) à un mandrin de rectification (1) et par mettre celle-ci, lors de la rectification, en une position parallèle par rapport à l'axe (12) de la pièce à usiner par inclinaison du mandrin de rectification (1).
