Definitions
- the invention relates to a mirror luminaire for a rod-shaped lamp, in particular fluorescent tube, with longitudinal mirrors running parallel to the lamp on both sides and arranged transversely to it below the lamp, with the base of its double parabolic cross section aligned with the lamp, with the louvres on the louvres have a hat-shaped cover with reflecting surfaces along the length of its cross section along its length, and the cutting line of the cover with a plane running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the lamp has a concave curvature symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the lamp.
- a mirror lamp of this type is known for example from the literature DE 31 12 210 C2.
- the hat-shaped cover here consists of a mirrored molded part, which is placed on the base of the grid lamella and increases in height from the middle of the grid lamella, starting from a central area. Undesired reflections on this cover can certainly be avoided with such a hat-shaped cover, but the effort required for this is considerable.
- the invention has for its object to provide a mirror luminaire of the type described in the introduction, a further solution for a louvre with a reflective hat-shaped cover, which, among other things, the luminance distribution to be set at office workstation lights, in particular the light distribution caused by the louvre slats shielding required here at a radiation angle ⁇ ⁇ 50 ° is not destroyed.
- the invention is based on the finding that the curved contour of the hat-shaped cover, which rises towards the edge in order to avoid undesirable reflections in the extension of a grid lamella, does not have to be designed continuously but can also be approximated in that, starting from a flat center piece, this flat center piece on both sides through a pyramid-shaped, each up to Slat edge-extending hat is complemented with flat side surfaces to the desired hat-shaped cover.
- This design achieves in an extremely advantageous manner that the louvre lamella, including this hat-shaped cover designed in this way, can be formed from a sheet metal part in a simple and cost-saving manner, that is to say that a special base-side attachment in the form of a mirrored molded part can be dispensed with.
- FIG. 1 shows two longitudinal mirrors LS with a parabolic contour, between which the rod-shaped lamp L, for example a fluorescent tube, is arranged in a symmetrical arrangement in the upper half.
- a flat roof mirror DS is provided above the lamp L, which e.g. can also be the inside of the lamp housing.
- Transverse louvres RL are arranged transversely to the longitudinal mirrors LS and anchored at their ends therein, which have a double parabolic wedge-like cross-section and are aligned on the foot side against the lamp.
- the grid louvres RL are provided on the foot side with a flat reflective cover A, which can be realized, for example, from the edge of the lamella walls LW bent into the horizontal on the foot side.
- the range ⁇ > 50 ° thus represents the shielding area of the luminaire, in which, if the BAP condition is to be met, the luminance is ⁇ 200 cd / m2.
- a critical light beam O is entered, which clarifies that the flat cover A of the grid slats RL on the foot side outside the central region can lead to the image of the image of the grid slats RL reflected on the foot flat cover Lamp L can emerge from the light opening of the lamp SL via multiple reflection in conjunction with the longitudinal mirrors LS at an angle ⁇ > 50 °. This destroys the desired shielding in the range ⁇ > 50 °.
- the image corresponding to FIG. 1 of the lamp SL according to FIG. 2 now uses a hat-shaped cover A in the form of a flat middle part MS instead of the flat cover of the grid louvres RL on the base, to which a four-sided, towards the respective longitudinal mirror LS is more open on both sides pyramid-shaped hat H connects.
- the section line shown in FIG. 2 of the contour of this hat-shaped cover with a plane perpendicular to the lamp axis represents an approximation to a concave curvature in the form of a parabola, which here, due to the angle of attack ⁇ of the flat middle piece MS continuing the flat middle piece MS on opposite sides, of the hats H is determined.
- the oblique sides H2 and H3 of the pyramid-shaped hats H also favor the emission of the light reflected from them via a few reflections from the lamp, without the lamp being shielded in the critical planes (C0-C180 and C90-C270) is significantly impaired.
- the special design of the base-side covering of the louvres RL from a flat middle piece MS and pyramid-shaped hats H, as shown in FIG. 2, allows the formation of the louvres RL including the hat-shaped cover from each in an extremely advantageous manner a single sheet metal part.
- FIG. 3 A first embodiment for such a sheet metal part BT1 is shown in FIG. 3. It has a shape symmetrical to the edge line KL forming the tip of the double parabolic cross section of the raster lamella RL and has three sheet metal sections at the free ends of the two lamella walls LW, one of which is from the middle sheet metal section, the flat middle piece MS and the hats H with the top side H1 and the oblique sides H2 and H3 are each formed from two sheet metal sections lying opposite one another.
- This gap SP enables the lamella walls LW in the resilient anchoring of the ends of the louvre slats RL in appropriately designed slots in the longitudinal mirrors LS according to FIG. 2 at their foot ends so that they can be moved towards each other elastically so that their edge-side anchoring in the slots mentioned the longitudinal mirror LS can be carried out easily and without the risk of deformation.
- the narrow gap SP causes a slight increase in the light losses which are inherently undesirable due to the louvres RL.
- the gap can be avoided if the two sheet metal sections forming the middle piece MS on the one hand and the sheet metal sections forming the upper side H1 on the other hand overlap slightly at the joint. As shown in Fig. 3, this can e.g. are brought about in that the three sheet metal sections adjoining a lamella wall LW are provided on one side with an extension VL indicated by dash-dotted lines. Of course, this extension VL can also be distributed over the three sheet metal sections on both opposite sides of the sheet metal part BT1, so that its contour is again symmetrical with the edge line KL.
- the grid lamella RL formed from the sheet metal part BT1 with the desired extension VL according to FIG. 3 is shown in perspective in FIG. 5.
- the overlapping joint running parallel to the edge line KL is indicated by ÜS.
- the gap can also be avoided if the contour of the sheet metal part to be formed to form the grid lamella RL with a hat-shaped cover, as shown by the sheet metal part BT2 according to FIG. 6, is symmetrical to the center line ML, which is perpendicular to that Point of the double parabolic cross-section forming edge line KL is aligned.
- the sheet metal sections provided for the formation of the two pyramid-shaped hats H are assigned to one half HE2, while the sheet metal section provided for the center piece MS of the cover is assigned to the other half HE1 is.
- raster lamella RL shows in perspective, here is the joint between the free end of the flat middle piece MS and the rear lamella wall LW on the one hand and the oblique sides H2 of the pyramid-shaped hats H and the front slat wall LW on the other hand moved into the transition with the slat walls LW.
- This shock does not cause any loss of light.
- the two lamella walls LW can spring against one another practically over the entire foot width of the double parabolic cross section.
- Mirror lights of the type described can be used as ceiling and recessed lights as well as pendant lights in offices, where, for example with regard to VDU workstations, special requirements must be placed on the light distribution.
