Description

Frachtbehälter für Lufttransporte
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Frachtbehälter für Luft¬ transporte mit auf einer Bodenplatte angeordnetem Trag¬ gerüst, welches von der Bodenplatte aufragende Profile und diese verbindende Querprofile aufweist sowie mit einer das Traggerüst wenigstens teilweise ausfachenden und an Stegen der Profile angebrachten Beplankung verse¬ hen ist, wobei die Profile an Knotenstellen des Trag¬ gerüstes zumindest teilweise durch Knotenbleche verbun¬ den sind.
0 Ein Frachtbehälter dieser Art ist der DE-OS 21 19 536 zu entnehmen. Die dort dargestellten Seitenwände bestehen aus zwei parallelen Vertikalpfoεten, welche durch ein Firstprofil verbunden sind. Ein auskragender Teil des Firstprofils überspannt eine außerhalb der Bodenplatte 5 verlaufende Zone der Seitenwand, welche von Profilen eingefaßt ist und von der Bodenplatte ab bis etwa zur Hälfte der Seitenwandhöhe eine schräge Kante aufweist.
Diese Form des Frachtbehälters ermöglicht seine An¬ passung an den runden oder ovalen Querschnitt eines Q Flugzeugrumpfes und ist für Luftfrachtbehälter zwingend.
Als nachteilig hat es sich bei diesem Stande der Technik erwiesen, daß die unterschiedlich ausgestalteten Profile an den Knotenstellen nur mit großem Aufwand und unter anpassender Verformung der Knotenbleche aneinander ς festzulegen sind. Angesichts dieser Gegebenheiten hat sich der Erfinder das Ziel gesetzt, eine Vereinfachung des Zusammenbaus solcher Frachtbehält r vorzuschlagen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe führt, daß die Knotenbleche eben ausgebildet und an Stegen der Profile festgelegt sind, die mit einer Profilwand fluchten und diese über einen hohlprofilartigen Abschnitt des Profiles hinaus verlängern.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Profile führt dazu, <3aß auch bei dem Zusammenfügen von Profilen in einem Winkel oberhalb oder unterhalb von 90° keine Verformungen der Knotenbleche mehr erforderlich sind. Dies ermöglichen die Verlängerungsstege der einen Profilwand. Für dieses Merkmal der durch Stege einseitig oder beidseits verlängerten Profilwand wird für den Einsatz bei Lufttransportbehältern ein besonderer Schutz begehrt, da diese Ausbildung im Containerbau unüblich ist; Stege werden bisher aus einer Außenfläche einer Seitenwand herausgeformt, verlaufen also in einer Mittelachse des Querschnittes. Die Verlegung dieser Stege in die Ebene einer Seitenwand führt zu einer außerordentlichen Verbesserung der Gesamtkonstruktion des Frachtbehälters. Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfin¬ dung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung be¬ vorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele sowie anhand der Zeich¬ nung; diese zeigt in:

Ein Frachtbehälter 9 für Luftransporte ist über einer — mit Laschenleisten 10 versehenen — Bodenplatte 11 mit einem Traggerüst ausgestattet, welches zwei Seitenrahmen aus jeweils zwei Vertikalprofilen 12, 13 einem Firstpro¬ fil 14 bzw. 15, einem davon nach unten ragenden kurzen Rahmenprofil 14, 16 und einem in einem Winkel w geneig¬ ten Schrägprofil 18 besteht. Die beiden Seitenrahmen sind durch Querprofile 20 verbunden und nehmen Blech¬ tafeln 22 als Ausfachungen auf. Die Profile 12 bis 16, 18 sind miteinander sowie mit den Laschenleisten 10 der Bodenplatte 11 durch ebene Knoten¬ bleche 30 verbunden. Um eine Verformung der Knotenbleche 30 zu vermeiden sind gemäß Fig. 5, 6, 7 die Vertikalpro- file 13, 12 sowie die Firstprofile 15 von besonderer Ausbildung; sie bestehen aus einem rechteckigen Hohlpro¬ fil mit Seitenwänden 28, 29 der Außenlänge a von bei¬ spielsweise 35 mm "und einer Dicke b von 1,4 mm. Die Seitenwand 29 ist in Fig. 5 beidseits über das Hohlpro- fil hinaus durch Stege 27 verlängert (Kraglänge e = 23 mm) zu einer Gesamtlänge i von 81 mm. Im Beispiel der Fig. 6, 7 besteht nur eine einseitige Verlängerung durch einen Steg 27 (Gesamtlänge i der Wand 29 bis 27 hier: 58 mm) .

Claims

A N S P R D E C H E
1. Frachtbehälter für Lufttransporte mit auf einer Bodenplatte angeordnetem Traggerüst, welches von der Bodenplatte aufragende Profile und diese verbindende Querprofile aufweist sowie mit einer das Traggerüst wenigstens teilweise ausfachenden und an Stegen der Profile angebrachten Beplankungen versehen ist, wobei die Profile an Knotenstellen zumindest teil¬ weise durch Knotenbleche verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Knotenbleche (30) eben ausgebildet und an Stegen (27) der Profile (12 bis 16, 18) festgelegt sind, die mit einer Profilwand (29) fluchten und diese über einen hohlprofilartigen Abschnitt des Profils hinaus verlängern.
2. Frachtbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich¬ net, daß die Profilwand (29) beidseits mit fluchten¬ den Stegen (27) versehen ist.
