  • the roller holder 38 consists of two spaced-apart swinging arms 39, 40 which are attached at one end 39A, 40A to a swinging axle 42 accommodated in a bearing 41 attached to the door panel 6, so as to be permitted to be pivoted about the bearing 41.
  • a tube 43 is securely attached to the arms 39, 40, and a mounting shaft 44 for a door guide roller 5 is accommodated by said tube 43, as illustrated in Fig. 2.
  • the swinging arms 39, 40 are attached by means of bolted connections 45 to a mounting plate 46, which is secured to the inner face 6A of the door by means of screws 47, and which comprises two flanges 48, 49 projecting at right angles from the door panel 6, one for each arm 39, 40.
  • the bolts 45 are accommodated in curved openings 50 in the flanges and in holes 51 which extend through the swinging arms 39, 40.
  • a suitable mounting component 52 which is received in an adjacent section 61 of the door panel and which is attached to the shaft 42 by means of a tongue 53 containing a hole, forms a link between two sections 61, 62 of the door panel which are thus hingedly interconnected.

Claims (9)

1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung für den Fall eines Federbruches an einer Decken-Rolltür (6) oder einem ähnlichen Verschlusselement (6), das sich zwischen einer hochgefahrenen und einer heruntergefahrenen Endstellung bewegt, wobei die Tür an einer schraubenförmigen Türbetätigungsfeder (1) befestigt und von Führungsrollen (5) oder ähnlichen Führungsgliedern gesteuert ist, welche in sich längs der vorgesehenen Bewegungsbahn der Tür erstreckenden Spuren (4) laufen, und wobei die schraubenförmige Türbetätigungsfeder (1) um eine Stütze (16) gewunden und mit einer Klammer (20) an dieser befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
   dass das eine, freie Ende (1A) der Feder einen vorragenden Teil bildet, der bei normalem Türbetrieb mit einem Anschlag (14) zusammenwirkt, der das Federende (1A) an einem Punkt im Abstand vom äusseren Rand des Federendes abstützt.
   dass das obere Ende eines Bewegungsübertragungsglieds (8), beispielsweise eines Seils (9), am äusseren Rand des Federendes (1A) und das entgegengesetzte Ende an einer Auslöseeinrichtung (7) befestigt ist,
   dass ein mit den Führungsrollen (5) in den Spuren (4) zusammenwirkendes Türbremselement (8) mit der Auslöseeinrichtung verbunden ist und bei Betätigung der Auslöseeinrichtung (7) aus einer eingefahrenen Stellung (I), in der es freigabebereit ist und die Führungsrollen (5) in den zugehörigen Spuren (4) frei hin- und herlaufen, in eine Türbremsstellung (II) führbar ist, in der das Element (8) in die Bewegungsbahn der Rollen (5) hineinragt und somit die weitere Bewegung der Tür anhält,
   dass die Auslöseeinrichtung (7) das Türbremselement (8) in dessen Freigabestellung (I) hält, wenn das Federende (1A) vom Anschlag (14) abgestützt und die Feder (1) gespannt ist, jedoch bei einem das Federende (1A) von seiner Stütze (14) lösenden und demzufolge das Seil (9) dehnenden Bruch der Feder (1) das Türbremselement (8) auslöst, so dass das Element (8) seine Türbremsstellung (II) einnimmt, in der es in die zugehörige Spur (4) hineinragt und somit die Bewegungsbahn der Rollen (5) darin blockiert.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als Bewegungsübertragungsglied wirkende Seil (9) am vorragenden Teil (1A) der Betätigungsfeder (1) vorzugsweise mittels einer Hülse (11) befestigt ist, welche an ihrem anderen Ende ein Loch zur Befestigung am Federende aufweist.
3. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seil (9) in einem sich zwischen dem Federende (1A) und dem Türbremselement (8) erstreckenden Seilschutzrohr (10) untergebracht ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türbremselement (8) ein mit einer Anzahl Bremsansätze (24) versehener, federbetätigter Bremsklotz (23) ist, der in einem an der Seite einer Spur (4) angebrachten Gehäuse (28) angeordnet ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bremsklotz (23) mittels vom Boden (28A) des Gehäuses vorragender Führungsglieder (33) gesteuert ist, welche vorzugsweise eine Anzahl in Bohrungen (34) im Bremsklotz (23) untergebrachter Führungsbolzen sind.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine vorzugsweise aus gebogenem Federmaterial hergestellte Auslösefeder (25) in einem vom Boden (28A) des Gehäuses (28) und dem Bremsklotz (23) abgegrenzten Raum (28B) untergebracht ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Bremsänsatze (24) eine Aussparung (37) zur Aufnahme eines Teils einer Führungsrolle (5) od. dgl. aufweist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsansätze als Auflagen für am Türelement (6) befestigte, pendelnde Rollenhalter (38) dienen.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslöseeinrichtung (7) einen am Bewegungsübertragungsseil (9) befestigten Bolzen (9) umfasst, der mit einer am Gehäuse (28) befestigten Halterung (27) verbunden ist, um den Bremsklotz (23) zwangsläufig in seiner Auslösestellung (I) zu halten.
