Abstract

Le dispositif comporte une débobineuse (20) sur laquelle est enroulée la bande (22) à traiter, une bobineuse (21) munie d'un moteur d'entraínement pour enrouler la bande traitée et au moins un outil de coupe (15) fixé de chaque côté le long du chemin où se déplace la bande, de sorte à enlever de la matière des rives de la bande. Pour maintenir la bande en défilement dans un plan déterminé au niveau des outils de coupe on a prévu au moins un jeu de deux courroies (3), fermées sur elles-mêmes, situées en vis-à-vis et se déplaçant sur des galets (4, 6). Les courroies (3) prennent la bande (22) en sandwich et contactent la bande au moins sur la distance où sont localisés les outils de coupe (15). Chaque courroie se déplace sur des galets supportés par un châssis unique (1, 2). Les châssis sont montés sur des supports (12) réglables permettant d'ajuster leur position à chaque changement de type de bande.
