- the invention relates to a method and a device for mixing suspensions containing solids, in which a suspension containing solids is introduced in a pressure-tight and solid container which is closed on all sides and is atomized by means of a pressure spray system from a nozzle and applied to a surface, the pressure spray system being from the outside is pressurized.
- the purpose of such inventions is to avoid sedimentation of solid matter components from suspension mixtures in the bottom region of the containers or to integrate sedimentation constituents homogeneously into the suspension again and to make them accessible to the spray system without blocking the latter.
- the object of the invention is now, while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages, to create a reusable spray system with a safe mixing of the separated solid body components with the suspension liquid and a safe application of the suspension mixture from the spray container without further manipulations.
- This solution has the advantage that the suspension is constantly mixed during each pumping process and during the spraying process, so that a loss of function due to clogging of the spraying system is avoided, and that this spraying system is used in refillable, propellant-free spray containers.
- Another advantage is that retrofitting of spray systems of the type mentioned at the beginning is made possible by means of a separately usable part.
- Fig. 1 normal air (15) is introduced manually through holes (22) in the pump casing (2) into the pressure-tight and -proof container housing (10) via the pump piston (1). This is done by the air first penetrating into the cavity (11) formed by the union sleeve (4); spreads there in all directions and is prevented from spreading further in the upper area by the valve (8).
- the union sleeve (4) is non-positively and / or positively connected to a tulip (9) of the container housing (10), but here has slots (19) which serve to penetrate the air.
