Abstract
Die Sensoranordnung enthält einen mit einer Katalysator schicht (9) versehenen Transistor (20). Der Nachweis der Gase erfolgt über die Temperaturerhöhung des Transistors (20) infolge einer exotermen, katalytischen Reaktion an der Katalysatoroberfläche, wobei die Katalysatorschicht (9) eine vorbestimmte Betriebstemperatur haben muß. Die Katalysator schicht (9) wird durch die Verlustleistung des Transistors (20), der als Sensor wirkt, oder durch die Verlustleistung eines Heiztransistors (11) geheizt.
