Claims (10)
- Lamelle de porte (1) à paroi simple ou double formant en position de fermeture, la finition supérieure d'un panneau de porte à lamelles, relevable, panneau qui se compose d'un grand nombre de lamelles de porte articulées les unes aux autres, successivement dans la direction du mouvement, lamelle dont l'arête supérieure (2) est réalisée à gradins perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement du panneau, de façon que le gradin (3) le plus bas en position de fermeture soit réalisé de façon à se terminer du côté extérieur (4) de la lamelle de porte, alors que l'autre gradin (5) situé plus haut se termine du côté intérieur (6) de la lamelle de porte (1), un profilé d'étanchéité (7) en une matière élastique, notamment en caoutchouc, qui s'étend le long du bord supérieur (2) de la lamelle de porte (1) est fixé sur ce bord supérieur (2) par une partie d'accrochage (8) de profilé et est en saillie du côté extérieur (4) de la lamelle de porte (1) par une partie d'étanchéité (9) du profilé, lamelle caractérisée en ce que la partie d'accrochage (8) du profilé d'étanchéité (7) placée sur le gradin (3) le plus bas du bord supérieur (2) de la lamelle de porte (1) est fixée à l'aide d'une série de pinces (12) en acier à ressort, placées par dessus la longueur du bord supérieur en étant réparties sur le profilé d'accrochage (8), ces profilés étant maintenus de façon correspondante, de manière élastique à ressort, en matière synthétique ou en caoutchouc, ces pinces coiffant par une partie d'accrochage (13), la partie d'accrochage (8) du profilé d'étanchéité (7), sur le gradin le plus bas (3) en le comprimant et la partie de fixation (14) en forme de U, située beaucoup plus haut, et qui fait suite en une seule pièce avec la partie d'accrochage (13), est engagée par pincement sur l'autre gradin (5) situé plus haut du bord supérieur (2) de la lamelle de porte (1).
- Lamelle de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins de l'une des pinces intérieures de la branche (15') de la pièce de fixation (14) en forme de U de la pince (12), il y a des parties en saillie ou des emboutis (15), notamment en forme de crochets de retenue ou de griffes, qui servent à éviter l'enlèvement par rapport au gradin (5) haut du bord supérieur (2).
- Lamelle de porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans la partie de la branche (16) de la pièce de fixation (14) en forme de U de la pince (12), il y a des emboutis de rigidification (17) ou des moyens analogues.
- Lamelle de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que chacune des pinces (12) présente une largeur d'environ 20 mm dans la direction longitudinale du bord supérieur et/ou les pinces sont placées avec un intervalle de l'ordre de 250 mm dans la direction longitudinale de l'arête supérieure.
- Lamelle de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dont les extrémités de profile situées du côté avant sont munies chacune d'un cache frontal s'étendant dans la direction du mouvement, ces caches étant principalement en forme de U avec leurs branches qui passent par dessus les zones marginales du côté extérieur et du côté intérieur de la lamelle de porte, lamelle caractérisée en ce que dans les deux zones d'extrémités longitudinales du gradin inférieur (3), on a pour le bord supérieur (2), des pinces latérales (19) en acier à ressort ou en une matière synthétique analogue ayant l'élasticité d'un ressort, et ayant pour chaque branche de fixation (20) entre la branche (21) qui passe par dessus la zone marginale respective du côté extérieur (4) de la lamelle de porte (1) et la partie opposée, ainsi qu'une branche d'accrochage (22) réalisée en une seule pièce avec la branche ci-dessus, et qui recouvre la partie d'accrochage (8) du profilé d'étanchéité (7) dans la zone marginale latérale (23) respective, sur le gradin (3) le plus bas du bord supérieur (2) de l'élément de lamelle de porte (1) en exerçant une compression.
- Lamelle de porte selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la branche de fixation (20) des chambres latérales (19), ont à partir de leur surface, des pinces latérales (19) s'opposant à l'extraction, ces pinces en forme de griffes, notamment des parties en saillie ou des emboutis (15) en forme de crochets de retenue.
- Lamelle de porte selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la branche fixe (20) des pinces latérales (19) est munie de parties rigidifiées latéralement avec dans la direction longitudinale de la branche, des moyens de rigidification, notamment un bord replié (26).
- Lamelle de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les parties d'accrochages (13) des pinces (12) et/ou l'entretoise d'accrochage (22) des parois latérales (19) ont à leurs extrémités opposées à la partie de fixation (14) ou à l'entretoise de fixation (20), chaque fois une partie repliée (24) qui vient prendre dans une rainure (25) disposée de manière correspondante dans l'espace sur le joint d'étanchéité (7).
- Lamelle de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le profilé d'étanchéité (7) comporte une nervure profilée (10) formée dans la jonction entre la partie d'accrochage (8) du profilé et la partie d'étanchéité (9) du profilé, une nervure (10) qui s'applique en réalisant un positionnement contre le côté extérieur (4) de la lamelle de porte (1).
- Lamelle de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les arêtes librement en saillie de la partie d'étanchéité du profilé d'étanchéité (7) formant l'étanchéité de la travers du bâti est munie d'un bourrelet (11).
