Claims (11)
- Dispositif de conditionnement d'une matière en vrac, comme des copeaux ou des déchets, en particulier du type végétal, tels que des déchets de coupe de bois en vue de la préparation de fibres ou de cellulose pour la production de papier ou de carton ou la production de panneaux de fibres, comprenant un silo (2) qui présente des conduites d'amenée de vapeur (15) réparties en plusieurs endroits, un groupe de déblayage (4) et un dispositif d'évacuation (5), caractérisé en ce que les conduites d'amenée de vapeur sont réalisées sous forme de buses d'injection de vapeur (15) et sont protégées vis-à-vis de la matière en vrac par des chicanes (11 à 14), prévues pour le déchargement de la matière en charge, et en ce que des buses d'injection de vapeur protégées (15) sont prévues dans des espaces (16) sur les parois latérales du silo (2), dans différents plans au-dessous de chicanes (11 à 13) réparties sur la paroi du silo, espaces limités par des surfaces de guidage obliques (10) des chicanes (11 à 13), le mouvement de descente de la matière en vrac sur la paroi du silo étant freiné au moyen des chicanes (11 à 13) et étant donc plus rapide au milieu du silo (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les buses d'injection de vapeur (15) sont de préférence fraisées coniquement dans le fond du silo (3) et munies d'une ouverture de nettoyage sous la plaque de buse et sont prévues sur celui-ci et/ou sur le dispositif d'évacuation, avantageusement sur un convoyeur d'évacuation à vis (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les buses d'injection de vapeur (15) présentent des trous d'écoulement (17) se rétrécissant coniquement dans la direction d'écoulement de la vapeur, qui sont avantageusement rassemblées à plusieurs sur une plaque (18) sensiblement en forme de tamis.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un espace interne (20) de la buse d'injection de vapeur (15) est accessible pour le nettoyage des trous d'écoulement (17) par une ouverture de visite (19) obturable par une bride (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de visite (19) est disposée transversalement, de préférence perpendiculairement, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (24) de la buse d'injection de vapeur (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à la suite du convoyeur d'évacuation à vis (5), sont montés au moins un et de préférence plusieurs convoyeurs d'imprégnation à vis (27) qui contiennent un fluide d'imprégnation (26) pour la matière en vrac.

- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur d'évacuation à vis (5) et le convoyeur d'imprégnation à vis (27) s'élèvent avec des pentes différentes, la montée du convoyeur d'imprégnation à vis (27) étant plus raide que la montée du convoyeur d'évacuation à vis (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus au moins deux convoyeurs d'évacuation à vis (5), avantageusement parallèles, qui peuvent être actionnés indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
