Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälterdeckel (2) mit unter den Behälterrand (1a) untergreifenden Rastern (3), welche über einen Drehpunkt (5a) mit Hebel (4) und Hebelfortsatz (5) verbunden sind und Teilungen (8) haben. Öffnen und Schließen erfolgt über Kippbewegung der Raster (3) und Hebel (4).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Deckel aus Kunststoff für Behälter mit einer Vorrichtung bzw. einem System, wel­ches ein leichtes und wiederholtes Öffnen und Schlies­sen von Behältern mit Deckein ermöglicht.
  • Die Anforderungen von hohen Belastungen im Transport und Verkehr mit Kunststoffverpackungen führte zu stabi­len und hochbelastbaren Packeinheiten. Hierzu werden teilweise neue und verstärkte Rohstoffe sowie dickwan­dige Behälter und Deckel eingesetzt. Von Verschlüssen wie Deckel, Kappen und Hauben wird dabei ausreichende Belastbarkeit beim Stapeln und gute Dichtigkeit gefor­dert. Das Handling in teils vollautomatischen Abfüll­betrieben und letztlich der Endverbraucher verlangen sichere und einfache Handhabung, was die Verschlußtech­nik betrifft. Hierzu sind viele Behältnisse, wie Dosen, Flaschen und dergleichen mit Abreiß- oder Öffnungs­streifen im Handel, welche ein leichtes Öffnen ermögli­chen. Nachteilig bei diesen Deckeln ist teilweise das Fehlen eines nach Abriß vorhandenen und dichten Wie­derverschlusses. Auch ist durch den Abriß und evtl. Kerben und Schwächungslinien die Belastbarkeit und Dichtigkeit eingeschränkt. Es sind Deckel mit daran angebrachten Abzugslaschen oder Stegen bekannt, bei welchen die sogenannten Stege und Laschen als Abnahme­hilfe dienen. Bei notwendigen dichten und stabilen Ver­schlüssen ist jedoch mit diesen geringen Hilfsmitteln ein leichtes Öffnen und Schließen nicht möglich.
  • Aus der britischen Patentschrift GB 2091701 ist ein Containerdeckel bekannt. Dieser Deckel hat einen äus­seren Flansch, welcher durch Umklappen und Überdehnen des Kunststoffmaterials eine lösbare Verbindung mit dem Behälter bildet. Nachteilig ist die hohe auf den Flansch anzubringende Kraft mittels Finger oder auch teils nur Fingerkuppen oder zusätzlichem Werkzeug. Außerdem muß der Flansch um den gesamten Umfang des Behälters ge­löst bzw. umgeklappt werden. Dies erfordert einiges Ge­schick und ist zeitraubend. Ein Wiederverschließen ist durch die Überdehnung des Kunststoffes nur bedingt und nicht mehr zum ursprünglichen Maß hin möglich. Dichtig­keit und Belastbarkeit sind herabgesetzt.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung beinhaltet einen Kunststoff­deckel mit Öffnungsvorrichtung, der die oben angege­benen Nachteile vermeidet. Bei dem erfindungsgemäs­sen Ausführungsbeispiel hat der Deckel an seinem äus­seren Rand Hebel und Rasterelemente, welche als Einzel­teile, verbunden über einen Drehpunkt, wirken. Der Drehpunkt liegt in der geringen und sicheren Kraftaufwen­dung der Einzelelemente. Die Erfindung wird anhand ei­es Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigt:

    • Figur 3 einen Schnitt durch den erfindungs­gemäßen Deckel entsprechend den Li­nien AA in Figur 1.

  • Deckel der vorliegenden Erfindung können von Hand ma­nuell und/oder auch maschinell auf Behälter aufge­bracht werden. Beim Aufsetzen des Deckels 2 auf den Behälter 1 arretieren sich beide Teile mit dem Behäl­terrand 1a und dem Hebel 4 sowie der Schräge 3a. Der eigentliche Verschlußvorgang erfolgt durch achsialen Druck auf die Deckfläche 7 und den Rand 6. Durch die konische Schräge 3a wird der Raster 3 nach außen ge­drückt. Dies erfolgt mit geringstem Kraftaufwand, weil die Teilung 8 ein Federn nach außen ermöglicht. Bei An­lage der Deckelfläche 7 am Behälter 1 schnappen die Ra­ster 3 unter die Deckelwand 1a und der Behälter ist dicht und sicher verschlossen. Durch die rechtwinklige Anordnung des Hebels 4 zum Hebelfortsatz 5 und die ge­genüber dem Drehpunkt 5a vervielfachte Wandung des He­bels 4 und Hebelfortsatzes 5 ist eine hochbelastbare und dichte Verschlußstellung gegeben. Stöße und Drücke werden von der stabilen Winkelform abgefangen.
  • Beim Öffnen wirkt die stabile Winkelform andererseits als feste Hebelform mit Hebel 4 und Hebelfortsatz 5. Der Drehpunkt 5a erzeugt bei Zug und/oder Druck am He­bel 4 ein Wegschwenken des Rasters 3. Damit wird die Verschlußstellung des Rasters 3 aufgegeben. Ein Abneh­men des Deckels ist locker und leicht möglich. Bei runden und ovalen Behältern wirkt die Wölbung des He­bels 4 und Deckelfortsatzes 5 in gelöster und hochge­stellter Lage als Sperre. Der hochgestellte Hebel 4 und Hebelfortsatz 5 haben beide leichte innere Zug- und/oder Druckspannungen und halten sich dadurch in der einge­nommenen Lage. Ein Wiederverschliessen ist durch leich­tes Umlegen möglich, da bei Krafteinwirkung am Hebel 4 zum Behälter hin der Raster 3, Hebel 4 und Hebelfort­satz 5 über Drehpunkt 5a umklippsen und der Raster 3 verriegelt. Bei eckigen Behältern ist dies ebenfalls möglich. Die Anordnung des Hebels 4 und Hebelfortsat­zes 5 kann an den äusseren Ecken und/oder an den Längs- oder Querseiten sein.
  • Eine sogenannte Original- bzw. Gütesicherung ist gege­ben, wenn an den Teilungen 8 dünne Verbindungen 8a vor­ handen sind. Beim Aufdeckeln bleiben diese erhalten. Bei der Bewegung zum Öffnen am Hebel 4 und Hebelfort­satz 5 gehen die Verbindungen 8a zu Bruch. Es wird damit festgestellt, ob der Deckel gelöst und der Behälter ge­öffnet wurde.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Deckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrichtung ist ein sicheres und wiederholtes Öffnen und Verschliessen von Behältern möglich. Es sind keine aufwendigen maschinellen Vorrichtungen und zu­sätzliche Hilfsmittel erforderlich. Die erfindungsgemässe Ausführungsform ist auf alle Behältergrößen und Behälter­formen anwendbar.

Claims (7)

1. Behälter aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung, bestehend aus einem den Behälter (1) über­deckenden Deckel (2) mit Deckfläche (7) und Rand (6) und den Behälterrand (1a) untergreifenden Raster (3) und damit über Drehpunkt (5a) verbundenen Hebelfortsatz (5) und Hebel (4) dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die achsiale Länge des Hebels (4) größer ist als die radiale Breite des Hebelfortsatzes (5) und daß die Wandung des Hebels (4) und Hebelfort­satzes (5) sowie des Rasters (3) und des Randes (6) ein Doppeltes oder Mehrfaches des Drehpunktes (5a) beträgt, und daß der Hebel (4) und Hebelfortsatz (5) und Raster (3) durch Teilungen (8) durchbrochen sind und nur über Drehpunkt (5a) verbunden sind.
2. Behälterdeckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung nach Anspruch (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (4) und der Hebelfortsatz (5) nahezu rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind und der Raster (3) sich als plane Verlängerung zum Hebel­fortsatz (5) in geschlossenem Zustand unter dem Behälterrand (1a) befindet.

Behälterdeckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung nach Anspruch (1 - 2) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Zug oder Druck in radialer und/oder achsia­ler Richtung am Hebel (4) der Raster (3) über dem Drehpunkt (5a) eine gelöste Rastverstellung vom Behälterwulst (1a) einnimmt und der Deckel (2) vom Behälter (1) gelockert und gelöst ist.

Behälterdeckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung nach Anspruch (1 - 3) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (4), der Hebelfortsatz (5) und Raster (3) Teilungen (8) hat und dadurch bei Betätigung nur geringere innere Spannungen hat und damit über den Drehpunkt (5a) ohne bleibende Verformung in die Schließ- und/oder Öffnungsstellung bringbar ist.
5. Behälterdeckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung nach Anspruch (1 - 4) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilungen (8) Verbindungen zum Hebel (4) haben und diese beim Öffnen zu Bruch gehen und daß dadurch eine Original- bzw. Öffnungssicherung vor­handen ist.
6. Behälterdeckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung nach Anspruch (1 - 5) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die erfindungsgemäße maßliche und rich­tungsorientierte Ausführungsform eine lose bzw. fe­ste Rasterverbindung des Rasters (3) mit dem Eimer­rand (1a) einnehmbar ist.
7. Behälterdeckel aus Kunststoff mit Öffnungsvorrich­tung nach Anspruch (1 - 6) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raster (3) eine konische, sich nach unten erweiternde Schräge (3a) hat und dadurch ein Vor­zentrieren von Behälter (1) und Deckel (2) und ein Wegschwenken der Raster (3) nach außen beim Schließen möglich ist.
