Abstract

Falthülle für mehrere in zwei Reihen nebeneinander angebrachte Gegenstände, mit einer Deckfläche, zwei Seitenwänden und einem Boden, der aus zwei Abschnitten besteht. Im einen Bodenabschnitt sind Lappen ausgestanzt, welche in Ausnehmungen des anderen Bodenabschnittes eingreifen und dort an weiteren Lappen verhakt werden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Falthülle für mehrere in zwei Reihen nebeneinander angeordnete Gegenstände, mit einer Deckfläche, zwei Seitenwänden und einem Boden, der aus zwei Abschnitten besteht, die zum Verschließen der Falthülle miteinander verbunden sind. Mit derartigen Falthüllen werden Joghurtbecher oder ähnliches verpackt, die einen sicheren Halt erfahren sollen.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß in dem einen innenliegenden Bodenabschnitt Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind, in welche aus dem anderen außenliegenden Bodenabschnitt ausgestanzte Lappen eingreifen und sich dort verhaken.
  • Diese Lappen halten zwar die beiden Bodenabschnitte zusammen, sie dienen aber in erster Liniee dazu, den in die Falthülle eingestellten Gegenständen am unteren Ende einen sicheren Halt zu gewährleisten.
  • Eine sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß in den Ausnehmungen des innenliegenden Bodenabschnittes jeweils wenigstens ein Lappen vorgesehen ist, der am Rand der Ausnehmung angelenkt und mit einem Einschnitt versehen ist, in welchen der Lappen des außenliegenden Bodenabschnittes eingreift. Damit ist eine sehr einfache Arretierung des Lappens des außenliegenden Bodenabschnittes erreicht.
  • Eine besonders günstige Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Ausnehmung des innenliegenden Bodenabschnittes zwei einander gegenüberliegende Lappen angeordnet sind, in deren Einschnitte die Kanten der Lappen des außenliegenden Bodenabschnittes eingreifen.
  • Durch diese Verhakung des äußeren Lappens in zwei inneren Lappen ist dessen einwandfreie Festlegung und eine hervorragende Arretierung der eingestellten Gegenstände erzielt.
  • Eine weitere Verbesserung des Haltes der eingestellten Gegenstände wird dadurch erreicht, daß erfindungsgemäß an der Deckfläche und dem außenliegenden Bodenabschnitt an beiden Stirnseiten der Falthülle je eine Klappe angelenkt ist, wobei sich die beiden Klappen der Stirnseite gegenseitig wenigstens geringfügig überlappen. Damit werden Boden und Deckfläche gegeneinander festgelegt, womit auch die Verhakung der Lappen zusätzlich gesichert wird.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt und
    • Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Darstellung einer aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 1 aufgerichteten Falthülle.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein flachliegender Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckfläche 2 aufweist, an welcher zwei Seitenwände 3 und 4 angelenkt sind. Darüber hinaus trägt die Deckfläche 2 noch zwei Klappen 5 und 6, die zur Bildung von Stirnwänden dienen. An den beiden Seitenwänden 3 und 4 ist jeweils ein Bodenabschnitt 7 bzw. 8 angelenkt. Aus dem Bodenabschnitt 7 sind drei Lappen 9 ausgestanzt, die entlang einer Faltlinie 10 am Bodenabschnitt gelenkig befestigt sind.
  • Der Bodenabschnitt 8 ist dagegen mit drei Ausnehmungen 11 ausgestattet, in denen jeweils zwei Lappen 12,13 angeordnet sind, die entlang von Biegelinien 14 bzw. 15 am Bodenabschnitt befestigt sind. Beide Lappen 12,13 sind mit keilförmigen Einschnitten 16 versehen, die zueinander fluchten und deren Öffnungen zueinander hin gerichtet sind.
  • Am Bodenabschnitt 7 sind seitlich zwei verhältnismäßig kurze Klappen 17,18 angelenkt, die beim Aufrichten mit den Klappen 5 und 6 verbunden werden. Der Boden wird dabei durch Übereinanderlegen der beiden Bodenabschnitte 7 und 8 gebildet, wobei der Abschnitt 7 außen und der Abschnitt 8 innen liegt und beide miteinander verklebt sind.
  • Die Lappen 9 werden nach innen gedrückt, wobei sie die Lappen 12 und 13 mitnehmen, die sich an in die Verpackung eingestellte Becher anlegen. In der Endlage der Lappen 9 greifen diese in die Einschnitte 16 ein, wodurch sich die Lappen gegenseitig verriegeln und die Becher 19 einen Halt in ihrem unteren Bereich erfahren.
  • In der Deckfläche 2 sind beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel acht kreisrunde Löcher 20 ausgestanzt, die dazu dienen, daß die Deckseite der eingestellten Becher 19 erkannt werden kann.

Claims (4)

1. Falthülle für mehrere in zwei Reihen nebeneinander angeordnete Gegenstände, mit einer Deckfläche, zwei Seitenwänden und einem Boden, der aus zwei Abschnitten besteht, die zum Verschließen der Falthülle miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem einen innenliegenden Bodenabschnitt (8) Ausnehmungen (11) vorgesehen sind, in welche aus dem anderen außenliegenden Bodenabschnitt (7) ausgestanzte Lappen (9) eingreifen und sich dort verhaken.

Falthülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Ausnehmungen (11) des innenliegenden Bodenabschnittes (8) jeweils wenigstens ein Lappen (12,13) vorgesehen ist, der am Rand der Ausnehmung (11) angelenkt und mit einem Einschnitt (16) versehen ist, in welchen der Lappen (9) des außenliegenden Bodenabschnittes eingreift.
3. Falthülle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Ausnehmung (11) des innenliegenden Bodenabschnittes (8) zwei einander gegenüberliegende Lappen (12,13) angeordnet sind, in deren Einschnitte (16) die Kanten der Lappen (9) des außenliegenden Bodenabschnittes (7) eingreifen.
4. Falthülle nach Anspruch 1,2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Deckfläche (2) und dem außenliegenden Bodenabschnitt (7) an beiden Stirnseiten der Falthülle je eine Klappe (5,6,17,18) angelenkt ist, wobei sich die Klappen einer Stirnseite gegenseitig wenigstens geringfügig überlappen.
