Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Abgabe eines abgemessenen Flüssigkeitsvolumens aus einem Speisetank (10) unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft, welcher innen in Abteile (14) unterteilt sein kann, die jeweils mit einem Bodenventil (20) und Mitteln (22) zum Zählen der ausfließenden Flüssigkeitsmenge versehen sind, wobei
       das Bodenventil (20) geöffnet wird, um die Zählmittel (22) einzuschalten,
       das Näherkommen des Tankendes mittels eines ersten Sensors (26) festgestellt wird, welcher automatisch das teilweise Schließen des Bodenventils (20) bewirkt, um den Ausflußdurchsatz zu verringern und deshalb das Auftreten eines Wirbels zu verzögern,
       das Ankommen des Flüssigkeitsniveaus auf dem Niveau des Tankbodens mittels eines in einer im Abteilboden ausgebildeten Rückhaltemulde (16) angeordneten zweiten Sensors (32) festgestellt wird, was das automatische Stoppen des Zählens bewirkt, und
       ein pauschales Flüssigkeitsvolumen ausfließen gelassen wird, welches dem Volumen der Rückhaltemulde (16) und der Speiserohrleitung entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, welche je Tankabteil (14)
       ein Bodenventil (20), das eine Öffnungsstellung, eine Halböffnungsstellung und eine Schließstellung einnehmen kann,
       zwei Sensoren (26, 32) zum Erfassen unterschiedlicher Flüssigkeitsniveaus bei der Entleerung und zum Umschalten des Ventils zwischen der Halböffnungsstellung und der Schließstellung dann, wenn die freie Flüssigkeitsoberfläche ihr jeweiliges Niveau erreicht,
       eine an die Auslaßöffnung des Ventils angeschlossene Abgaberohrleitung (23) und
       einen Zähler (22) zur Messung der aus dem Tank ausgeflossenen Flüssigkeitsmenge
       aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Boden jedes Tankabteils (14) eine Rückhaltemulde (16) geringen Volumens mit einer vom zugeordneten Ventil (20) überwachten Ausflußöffnung ausgebildet ist,
       wobei der eine Sensor (26) im Abteil geringfügig oberhalb desjenigen Niveaus angeordnet ist, wo normalerweise ein Wirbel auftreten würde, wenn das Ventil in Öffnungsstellung bliebe, so daß dieser Sensor das Umstellen des Ventils in seine Halböffnungsstellung veranlaßt, sobald die freie Flüssigkeitsoberfläche seine Höhe erreicht,
       und daß der andere Sensor (32) in der Rückhaltemulde selbst unterhalb des Niveaus der Muldenoberkante angeordnet und in der Lage ist, das Umstellen des Ventils in seine Schließstellung zu veranlassen, sobald die freie Flüssigkeitsoberfläche sein Niveau erreicht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Sensor (26) am Ende eines vertikalen Supportes (28) angeordnet ist, welcher mit seinem unteren Ende am Boden der Rückhalbemulde (16) befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Sensor (32) am Ende eines vertikalen Supportes (30) angeordnet ist, welcher mit seinem unteren Ende am Boden der Rückhaltemulde befestigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (26, 32) durch ein Rohr (34) geschützt sind, dessen Achse vertikal verläuft und das am Boden der Rückhaltemulde (16) befestigt, an seinem oberen Ende offen, höher als der Support (28) und in seinem unteren Bereich mit mehreren Löchern (36) perforiert ist, welche dasselbe Flüssigkeitsniveau außerhalb und innerhalb des Rohres ermöglichen.
