Claims (10)

1. Outil de ponçage flexible, en particulier bande abrasive, comprenant un support flexible qui porte un apprêt d'envers (7), caractérisé en ce que celui-ci contient une matière incluse, composée principalement de particules minérales en forme de plaquettes, dans une proportion d'au moins 2% en poids par rapport à l'apprêt d'envers durci.
2. Outil de ponçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les particules de la matière incluse dans l'apprêt d'envers (7) présentent une composante directionnelle principale parallèle à la surface de la bande.
3. Outil de ponçage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par un chevauchement mutuel multiple de particules voisines.
4. Outil de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'apprêt d'envers contient une quantité de la matière incluse d'au moins 3 g/m2.
5. Outil de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matière incluse est formée par des particules cristallines en couches.
6. Outil de ponçage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la matière incluse est un fer micacé.
7. Outil de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la dureté de l'apprêt d'envers n'est pas supérieure à 90 Shore A.
8. Outil de ponçage selon la revendication 7, caractéisé en ce que la dureté n'est pas supérieure à 85 Shore A.
9. Outil de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérise en ce que la concentration de la matière incluse dans l'apprêt est plus forte à proximité de la surface du support qui porte l'apprêt qu'à proximité de la surface libre de l'apprêt.
10. Procédé de fabrication d'un outil de ponçage flexible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel on applique un apprêt d'envers à l'état liquide sur l'envers d'un support et on le laisse durcir, caractérisé en ce que l'apprêt contient une matière incluse minérale en forme de plaquettes de masse volumique élevée, et en ce qu'au moins pendant une partie du processus de fabrication, il présente une viscosité suffisamment faible pour que la matière incluse en forme de plaquettes s'accumule à prowimité de la surface du support, tandis que celui-ci est guidé horizontalement ou en position faiblement inclinée.
