Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Zerschneiden von geschädigten Zigaretten und zur Wiedergewinnung des in denselben verarbeiteten Tabaks, bestehend aus einer Trommel (17) mit Rotationsantrieb, deren Aussenwand mit wenigstens einer peripherischen Rille (22) für das Auffangen der Zigaretten und mit Öffnungen (23) versehen ist, einer im Innern der Trommel (17) befindlichen und mit ihr in Berührung stehenden, an eine Vakuumpumpe (31) angeschlossenen feststehenden Ansaugkammer (26) für kräftiges Heransaugen der Zigaretten in die Rillen (22) der vorgenannten Trommel (17) und das Festhalten derselben in den Rillen, wenigstens einem oberhalb der Trommel angeordneten, mit einer peripherischen Rille (22) der Trommel (17) zusammenwirkenden Kreismesser (38) mit Rotationsantrieb zum Längsschneiden der gegen die Trommel herangesaugten Zigaretten, und Mitteln (46-56) zum Abtrennen des Papiers, der Filter und des Tabaks von den Zerschnittenen Zigaretten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Trommel (17) eine Befeuchtungsanlage (8, 9, 10, 11) zur Befeuchtung des Papiers der zu öffnenden Zigaretten und hinter der Befeuchtungsanlage mehrere Vibrierleitungen (12) gegeneinander angeordnet sind, deren Boden mit in der Längsrichtung derselben liegenden Rillen (14) zum Auffangen, Ausrichten und Vorwärtsschieben der befeuchteten Zigaretten ausgestattet ist, wobei die Trommel (17) gegen die letzte Vibrierleitung angeordnet ist und die Vorrichtung mit einer in der Trommel (17) in Berührung mit ihr ausgeordneten Festtrommel (24) versehen ist, welche die vorgenannte Ansaugkammer (26) und eine Blaskammer (27) bildet, welche Ansaugkammer (26) ein Ansaugfenster (28) aufweist und welche Blaskammer (27) ein Blasfenster (40) hat, derart, dass die Öffnungen (23) der Drehtrommel (17) sich oberhalb der betreffenden Fenster bewegen, und wobei die Blaskammer (27) an einen Kompressor (44) zum Fortblasen der Zigaretten ab der Trommel (17) nach einem Abfuhrtrichter (45) angeschlossen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befeuchtungsanlage aus einem endlosen offenen Förderriemen (8), einer Wasserdampfspritzdüsenreihe (10) für die Befeuchtung der mit dem Förderriemen mitgenommenen zu zerschneidenden Zigaretten und einer über dem vorgenannten Förderriemen angeordneten Absaugkappe (11) für das Absaugen des überflüssigen Wasserdampfes besteht.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Vibrierleitungen (12) mit einem Siebboden (15) für die Abfuhr der bereits von den befeuchteten Zigaretten gelösten Teilchen versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Festtrommel (24), oberhalb derselben die Drehtrommel (17) angetrieben wird, auf einer Hohlfestwelle (19) befestigt ist, wobei zwischen der Festtrommel und der Festwelle eine Radial-trennwand (25) angeordnet ist, welche den Innenraum der Trommel in einer Ansaugkammer (26) und einer Blaskammer (27) verteilt, wobei jede der beiden Kammern eine Öffnung (28 bzw. 40) in der Zylinderwand und eine Öffnung (29 bzw 41) in der Festhohlwelle (19) aufweist, derart dass die letztgenannten Öffnungen durch eine Querwand (42) der Hohlwelle voneinander getrennt sind, demzufolge das eine Hohlwellenende als Ansaugöffnung und das andere Hohlwellende als Blasöffnung wirkt.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Anspruch 1 mit Mitteln für die Abtrennung des Papiers, der Filter und des Tabaks der zerschnittenen Zigaretten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die Trennung des Papiers, der Filter und des Tabaks der zerschnittenen Zigaretten bestehen aus einer Siebtrommel (47) für das Sammeln der zerschnittenen Zigaretten, einem Sammelbehälter (49) und einem Aspirator (50) für die Staubabfuhr ab der Siebtrommel, einer unter dieser Siebtrommel angeordneten Vibrierleitung (53) mit Sieb (54) und Vollboden, einem ersten Behälter (58) für den durch das Sieb durchgelassenen Tabak und einem zweiten Behälter (57) für das Papier und die Filter, welche nicht durch das Sieb durchgelassen werden.
