Abstract

A gutter, in particular a drainage gutter, in which a gutter body forms a gutter channel and is provided with a detachable gutter cover, the gutter body having recesses for inserting at least one laterally projecting anchorage part, should be improved in relation to a simple and secure anchorage accompanied by easy handling of the anchorage parts. According to the invention, this is achieved in that at least one recess (14) for inserting at least one laterally projecting anchorage part (7; 15; 19, 20), which recess extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the gutter body (5) between the external side wall surfaces, is provided in the base region of the gutter body (5) underneath the gutter channel (13). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a channel, in particular a drainage channel, in which a channel body forms a channel channel and is provided with a releasable channel cover, the channel body having recesses for inserting at least one laterally projecting anchoring part.

It is known to embed drainage channels in enveloping in-situ concrete and thereby fix it. Since vibrations, braking forces and vibrations of the roadway are transmitted to such drainage channels when installed in heavy traffic areas, there is a risk that the channel will become detached from the in-situ concrete, especially after a long period of operation.

The prior art includes a drainage channel with a channel body formed from concrete, this channel body as described in DE-U-7 122 579 for better anchoring in the in-situ cast concrete has projections and recesses on the side wall surfaces.

The effectiveness of recesses in the side wall surfaces to achieve adequate anchoring depends on whether the in-situ concrete can be compacted accordingly at these points. Filling the side wall recesses in this way requires adequate compaction of the in-situ concrete at these points, but due to the susceptibility of the channel made of pourable material to breakage, intensive in-depth compaction of the in-situ concrete cannot generally take place directly on the channel wall.

Cantilevered projections of the channel body interfere with transport and storage, they are bulky during installation and in many cases are superfluous with less installation stress.

In DE-A 28 44 748, for additional anchoring, in addition to the above-mentioned projections on the channel body, anchoring dowels are described, which are inserted into preformed recesses in the side wall surfaces of the channel body. Such anchoring dowels are unwieldy to install and also hinder the free channel channel. Furthermore, without the projections provided on the side wall surfaces of the channel body, they cannot provide a sufficiently secure anchoring of the drainage channel.

Recesses for receiving hook-shaped carrying handles for transporting such channel bodies are also through FR-A 2 088 046 is known. These are non-continuous formations in the side wall surfaces of the channel body.

The invention is based on the task of designing a channel of the type specified at the outset in such a way that a safe anchoring of the channel body in in-situ concrete can be achieved with simple handling.

This object is achieved in that in the bottom region of the channel body below the channel channel there is at least one recess transverse to the longitudinal direction of the channel body between the outer side wall surfaces for inserting at least one laterally projecting anchoring part.

By inserting continuous or one-sided or two-sided rod-shaped anchoring parts, the drainage channel can be securely locked in the in-situ concrete bed without additional anchoring parts. In such an embodiment, the smooth design of the vertical side wall outer surfaces is retained, and the rod-shaped or angular anchoring parts can be used in a corresponding number if required.

Such recesses can preferably be made in channel bodies made of pourable material, in particular concrete, glass fiber reinforced concrete, synthetic resin concrete, plastic or the like. In the case of a metallic design, tabs with hole cutouts can advantageously be provided in connection with the channel body for receiving one-sided or transversely insertable anchoring parts.

In the case of channel bodies made of pourable material, in particular of concrete, it appears expedient to form an empty tube, preferably made of plastic, which accommodates at least one rod-shaped anchoring part in order to form the recess. Although it is possible to make the recesses in any mutual arrangement, it can be expedient to provide at least two continuous recesses per running meter length of the drainage channel for inserting anchoring parts.

Another particularly advantageous embodiment can consist in the fact that the anchoring part has a stop that determines the insertion depth in the continuous recess. For example, an attached perforated disk or a diameter shoulder in the case of rod-shaped anchoring parts can be provided as such a stop. The anchoring part can expediently be locked in the continuous recess in the longitudinal direction, ie it can be secured against undesired displacement. This defines a defined overhang. The locking can be done in different ways, in particular by the fact that the anchoring part is provided on its rod-shaped insertion section with positive locking elements. The insertion section can expediently be enclosed with a plastic sleeve, which has elastic locking teeth on its outside, which are bent back in the feed direction when the anchoring part is inserted, and which hold the anchoring part in motion in the opposite direction. Another possible embodiment of the locking of the anchoring part can consist, for example, in the use of threaded sleeves with an adapted threaded section on the rod-shaped anchoring part.

The invention is described below in exemplary embodiments, from which further features of the invention result, it shows:
Fig. 1
a cross section through a built-in drainage channel,
Fig. 2
2 shows a cross section through a drainage channel according to FIG. 1 with the arrested anchoring part inserted,
Fig. 3

In Figure 1, a drainage channel 1 is embedded in an in-situ concrete bed 8, which is pulled up in a wedge shape on the outer side wall surfaces of the drainage channel and is firmly connected to it.

The drainage channel 1 is made of concrete, possibly with reinforcement by embedded fibers, and is provided with a steel edge protection 2 made of angular profile parts. In the drainage channel 1, a grid-shaped channel cover 3 is held by screw fasteners 4.

In the bottom region of the channel body 5 below the channel channel 13 running in the longitudinal direction, a recess 14 is provided which is continuous between the two outer side wall surfaces. This molded-in recess 14 is formed by an empty tube 6, which is transverse to the longitudinal direction, made of plastic or other material, into which a steel rod 7 is inserted as an anchoring part, if required. The steel rod 7 is inserted directly during the laying process.

There are therefore no disruptive projections on the drainage channel 1, which hinder transport or storage. The length of the steel rod 7 and the number of rods lying one behind the other is arbitrary; it can also be bent at its ends as shown.

The in-situ concrete bed 8 lies in a corresponding formation 9, and the pavement consists of layers arranged in a known manner, namely a base layer 10, a binding layer 11 and a surface covering made of asphalt concrete 12.

Die übrigen nicht näher erläuterten Einzelteile der Entwässerungsrinne entsprechen der Ausführung nach Fig. 1.2 shows a rod-shaped anchoring part 15 which is locked in the continuous recess 14 and which in the continuous embodiment has a one-sided stop in the form of a perforated disk 16. The insertion section is covered with a plastic sleeve 17, which has elastic locking teeth 18 on its outside. The remaining individual parts of the drainage channel, not explained in detail, correspond to the embodiment according to FIG. 1.

Der Einschubabschnitt jedes der einseitig auskragenden, stabförmigen Verankerungsteile 19, 20 ist mit einer Kunststoffhülse 23, 24 umschlossen, die an ihrer Außenseite elastische Arretierzähne 25, 26 aufweist.FIG. 3 describes in the detail from FIG. 2 two rod-shaped anchoring parts 19, 20, each of which has perforated disk-shaped limit stops 21, 22 at the end of the insertion section. The insertion section of each of the one-sided, rod-shaped anchoring parts 19, 20 is enclosed with a plastic sleeve 23, 24, which has elastic locking teeth 25, 26 on its outside.

Another, possibly expedient embodiment can provide that corresponding locking elements, for example locking teeth, on the inside of the embedded empty tube 6 are provided. This allows existing and prepared steel bars to be inserted as anchoring parts on the construction site.

The drainage channel is expediently supplied as a complete kit together with a corresponding number of one-sided and / or continuous anchoring parts.

The drainage channel is generally used as a component of a corresponding drainage channel, with several drainage channels being assembled in the desired channel direction.

The application of the features of the invention is not limited to a drainage channel; in the same way, channel elements can also be formed for a supply channel.
