Claims (7)
- Echangeur de chaleur constitué par des tubes (5) voisins les uns des autres et de préférence parallèles entre eux, reliés entre eux par des coudes disposés à leurs extrémités, tubes où circule un fluide dont la direction d'écoulement alterne d'un tube à l'autre, les coudes présentant une paroi extérieure (1) en forme de chape (9) recouvrant les bouts de tubes (5) voisins, caractérisé par le fait que les coudes comportent une paroi intérieure (2) s'étendant sur les faces frontales, paroi munie de tubulures (3) pour le raccordement des tubes (5) et présentant dans sa partie recouvrant la distance entre ces tubulures de raccordement (3) un profil concave orienté vers ces tubulures (3).
- Echangeur de chaleur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi extérieure (1) formant la chape (9) et/ou la paroi intérieure (2) sont faites de tôles profilées, de préférence embouties.
- Echangeur de chaleur suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi extérieure (1) formant la chape (9) et la paroi intérieure (2) sont assemblées entre elles par un agrafage circonférentiel (4) ou par soudure, brasure ou collage de leurs bords.
- Echangeur de chaleur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que, pour le branchement d'une conduite (8) assurant l'adduction ou l'évacuation du fluide circulant dans les tubes (5), la paroi extérieure (1) formant la chape (9) comporte au moins à l'une de ses extrémités une tubulure (7) pour le raccordement de cette conduite.
- Echangeur de chaleur suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que cette tubulure (7) est disposée coaxialement en face du bout de l'un des tubes (5).
- Echangeur de chaleur suivant la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que la tubulure (7) a une section ovale, notamment elliptique, dont le grand axe correspond à peu près à l'étendue (a), parallèle à cet axe, de la partie de la paroi extérieure (1), formant la chape (9) emboutie et renfermant un creux.
- Echangeur de chaleur suivant l'une des revendications 4 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que la tubulure (7) est munie d'un épaulement circonférentiel (10) en rétrécissement de la section de sa partie extérieure.
