Claims (5)

  1. Support de programmation pour un interrupteur horaire électrique, qui, sous la forme d'un profilé de support de forme annulaire en plusieurs parties, est destiné à être entraîné par un arbre à mouvement d'horlogerie, par l'intermédiaire d'une couronne dentée et d'un pignon ou par une transmission classique, et qui pour sa part provoque, parle palpage de sa périphérie, le cas échéant au moyen d'un dispositif à levier et/ou au moyen d'une came, le passage d'un commutateur de l'interrupteur horaire, d'un état de fonctionnement (par exemple "MARCHE") à un autre (par exemple "ARRET"),
    avec notamment à proximité de la périphérie du support de programmation, une zone radiale et, disposés radialement dans celle-ci, des rainures et/ou des évidements et/ou des fenêtres,
    ainsi qu'avec des éléments de commande guidés de manière imperdable dans cette zone, en étant susceptibles de coulisser parallèlement à l'axe ou radialement, entre une position de repos et au moins une position de travail,
    le nombre de ces éléments de commande étant égal au nombre de plages horaires pouvant être sélectionnées pour un programme de commande correspondant à la révolution du support de programmation,
    et en outre avec des moyens d'encliquetage et des butées en correspondance avec les positions de déplacement des éléments de commande, nécessaire aux états de fonctionnement du commutateur devant être engendrés,
    les éléments de commande
    a) sont constitués d'une partie de profilé plat (1) en forme de barre comportant une embase en "L" (3) faisant office de butée, et comportant parallèlement à cette partie de profilé plat, un bras en porte-à-faux (4) plus mince et le cas échéant plus court, formé sur cette dernière en y étant raccordé au moyen d'une partie de liaison (6) en forme d' arc de cercle, toutes ces parties étant regroupées pour former une pièce en forme de "U",
    b) les éléments de commande, au nombre des plages horaires, et rassemblés en un anneau en étant groupés et ordonnés par complémentarité de forme, sont logés individuellement de maniére coulissante et respectivement côte à côte, dans l'une de plusieurs positions longitudinales pouvant être prédéfinies, entre deux parties d'un seul tenant du profilé de support (40), dans un corps annulaire (21) d'un seul tenant, c'est à dire un corps de forme à symétrie de révolution comportant un évidement de forme circulaire (35) et un profil intérieur axial,
    c) les éléments de commande sont maintenus et ne peuvent s'échapper, uniquement grâce à la liaison du profilé de support avec une pièce adaptée (41, 62) concentrique, également d'un seul tenant, de forme tubulaire et présentant un profil extérieur axial compatible avec le profilé de support, la liaison s'effectuant par des éléments de fixation comportant des talons d'encliquetage (43),
    caractérisé en ce que les éléments de commande, au nombre égal à celui global mentionné précédemment sont répartis sur la périphérie de l'anneau en étant groupés et ordonnés alternativement de manière symétrique entre-eux, de telle sorte que sont insérés à chaque fois deux éléments de commande, conformément à la figure 2a et respectivement 2c, alternativement un élément de commande dénommé gauche (a: sur la figure 2a) et un élément de commande dénommé droit (b: sur la figure 2b) pour le coulissement axial (respectivement figure 2c et figure 2d pour le coulissement radial), l'épaisseur de chacune des parties de profilé plat ayant au moins approximativement une valeur égale à la moitié de celle du pas des rainures sur la périphérie de la totalité des éléments de commande, et l'épaisseur des bras en porte-à-faux ayant au moins approximativement une valeur égale au quart du pas, le bras en porte-à-faux plus mince étant, dans le cas de l'élément de commande dit gauche et dans le cas de l'élément de commande dit droit, alternativement formé de manière affleurante sur l'un des côtés (par exemple gauche) et respectivement sur l'autre côté (par exemple droit), mais de telle sorte que les surfaces extérieures des parties de profilé plat soient adjacentes dans un même plan à l'intérieur de l'anneau assemblé.
  2. Support de programmation pour un interrupteur horaire électrique, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que selon un premier mode de construction, le corps annulaire (21) faisant l'office de partie inférieure (20), est constitué par une paire d'embouts cylindriques (23, 24) à symétrie de révolution et reliés entre eux par un disque annulaire (25), qui forme une rainure annulaire (22) pour l'anneau formé par les éléments de commande groupés, et en ce que la pièce adaptée concentrique (41) faisant l'office de partie supérieure pour un ajustement adhérent dans le corps annulaire (21), est pourvue de talons d'encliquetage (43) répartis avec symétrie axiale, de sorte que dans la rainure annulaire (22) des éléments de commande (7) sont guidés en direction axiale, avec le bras intérieur (4) et le bras extérieur (18), d'un côté entre des nervures réparties de manière uniforme, c'est à dire équidistantes, sur la paroi extérieure (27) de l'embout cylindrique intérieur (24), et au moyen de nervures (31) petites en largeur et en hauteur, sur la paroi intérieure (29) de l'embout cylindrique extérieur (23), les éléments de commande étant maintenus dans une des deux positions axiales de coulissement, par une came (44) qui se trouve dans une zone centrale de la paroi extérieure de la pièce adaptée (41) de forme tubulaire, et qui coopère avec une came conjugée (12) correspondante, opposée, également en ce qui concerne les inclinaisons, faisant l'office de moyen d' encliquetage, et réalisée sur le bras en porte-à-faux de l'élément de commande,
    et un flasque extérieur (45) sur le col tubulaire de la pièce adaptée (41) concentrique et compatible, recouvrant finalement la rainure annulaire (22) et comportant des fenêtres (36) pour les embouts (15) des éléments de commande (7) en empêchant ceux-ci de s'échapper lorsque le support de programmation est assemblé.
  3. Support de programmation pour un interrupteur horaire électrique, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que selon un second mode de construction, le corps annulaire (61) faisant l'office de partie inférieure (19) est réalisé sous la forme d'un disque annulaire qui comporte un moyeu (91) et un décrochement sur le bord extérieur, et présente concentriquement, en alternance et de manière régulièrement répartie, des rainures (72) et des nervures (73) pour recevoir les bras en porte-à-faux (4) des éléments de commande, et qui présente également, dans une cavité supplémentaire de forme annulaire (92) à proximité immédiate du moyeu du disque annulaire, une came (65) qui coopère avec une came conjugée (12) correspondante, faisant l'office de moyen d'encliquetage, de l'élément de commande, en maintenant celui-ci dans l'une des positions radiales de coulissement,
    et en ce que finalement, la pièce adaptée (62) concentrique et compatible faisant office de partie supérieure et comportant un évidement (35), présente sur le col tubulaire (93), un flasque de tube extérieur (94), qui recouvre les parties de profilé plat (1) des éléments de commande (7) en empêchant ceux-ci de s'échapper lorsque le support de programmation est assemblé.
  4.   5. Support de programmation pour un interrupteur horaire électrique, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu au moins l'un des éléments de commande comporte un bras en porte-à-faux (4) qui présente, à l'opposé de sa came (12), un embout (15) de même largeur et de même épaisseur, et/ou au moins un prolongement (16) de la pièce de liaison (6) des deux branches de l'élément de commande, de même largeur que la pièce de liaison, embouts ou prolongements pour lesquels sont prévus des fenêtres (par exemple 45′) dans le flasque (45) ou le disque annulaire (25) respectivement associés.
