Abstract

Die beiden Federarme eines U-förmigen Bügels sind mittels von den Federarmen ausgehender und mit ihren freien Enden aneinander abgestützter Streben vorgespreizt. Der mit seiner U-Kontur parallel zu einem Schaltungssubstrat auf das Substrat gelegte Bügel wird mit den freien Enden der Federarme mit Kontaktflächen des Substrates verlötet, die in innigem Wärmekontakt mit thermisch belasteten Schaltungsteilen (insbesondere Schicht­ widerständen) der Substratschaltung stehen. Durch Verbiegen der Streben über die Elastizitätsgrenze hinaus werden die Federarme freigegeben und können bei Erweichung des Lotes von der jewei­ ligen Kontaktfläche weg gegeneinander schnellen. Dadurch wird der Stromkreis über ein zu heiß gewordenes Schaltungsteil unterbro­ chen. Durch entsprechende thermische Zuordnung des Schaltungs­ teils zur Kontaktfläche des einen oder anderen Federarmes kann sofort erkannt werden, welches Schaltungsteil thermisch über­ lastet worden ist.
