Claims (5)

  1. Die Maschine um die Metallteile zu waschen und trocknen enthält einen Rotationskranz (10) in Sektoren geteilt, eimen horizontalen Behälter, der die Flüssigkeit zum Waschen (5) enthält, einen Ladungskanal für die zu waschenden Metallteile, einen Entlandungskanal (13) um die getrockneten Teile aus der Maschine zu befordern, ist tatsächlich charakterisiert dadurch, dass:
    (a) eine Metallscheibe (2) auf einem Grundrahmen (1) durch einen Träger (4) befestigt ist, der die genannten Scheiben von 15 bis 45 Grad, in Bezug auf die Senkrechte, geneigt hält,
    (b) eine zylindrische koaxiale Trommel (11) auf der genannten Scheibe (2) befestigt ist; die genannte Trommel (11) einen niedrigeren Durchmesser als die genannte Scheibe (2) hat, der obere Schnitt der genannten Trommel (11) eine Warmlufteintrittzone enthält, die von einer Reizanlage (12) erzeugt wird, die aus einem Gitter besteht;
    (c) der o.g. Kranz (10) um die genannten befestigten Metallscheibe (2) als auch mit der genannten Trommel (11), und in getrennte Sektoren durch Radialverteilung geteilt ist;
    (d) der untere Sektor der genannten rotierenden Trommel (10) immer in den genannten Behälter (5), der die Flüssigkeit zum waschen enthält, getaucht ist;
    (e) die o.g. Heizluftanlage (12) die auf dem höchsten Teil des genannten Rotationskranzes (10) angebracht ist, und folglich von dem Saugkanal (3) gesaugt wird, mit einer Öffnung in der höchsten Stelle der befestiften genannten Scheibe (2) verbunden ist, in Übereinstimmung mit genannten Sektor;
    (f) die Ladungsrutsche (9), um die Metallteile zu waschen, an der tiefsten Stelle des genannten Rotationskranzes (10) angebracht ist;
    (g) die o.g. Entladungsanlage (13) um die getrockneten Stucke aus der Maschine zu entladen, mit einer Öffnung in der oberen Seite der genannten befestigten Scheibe (2) verbunden ist, mindestens einen Sektor von der Öffnung entfernt, die mit dem genannten Saugkanal (3) verbunden ist.
  2. Die Maschine zum waschen und trocknen der Metallteile, nach Patentanspruch 1, ist tatsächlich charakterisiert dadurch, dass der genannte Rotationskranz (10) mit einer sowohl beständigen als auch aussetzenden Bewegung bestätigt ist und 20 bis 60 Touren pro Stunde ausführt.
  3. Die Maschine zum waschen und trocknen der Metallteile, nach Patentanspruch 1, ist tatsächlich charakterisiert dadurch, dass die Anzahl der Sektoren des Rotationskranzes (10) zwischen 6 und 18 ist.
  4. Die Maschine zum waschen und trocknen der Metallteile, nach Patentanspruch 1, ist tatsächlich charakterisiert dadurch, dass der Winkel zwischen der o.g. Entladungsanlage (13) und der Öffnung, die mit der Saugleitung (3) verbunden ist, 20 und 60 Grad einschliesslich beträgt.
  5. Die Maschine wum waschen und trocknen der Metallteile, mach Patentanspruch 1, ist tatsächlich charakterisiert dadurch, dass die Warmluft in die Maschine oberhalb der Teile eingeführt und in die Maschine unter die gleichen Stücke gesaugt wird.
